Claims (10)
- Porte coulissante (10) pour la façade d'un navire pouvant coulisser par rapport à un cadre fixe (14), comprenantun levier oscillant en forme de V (66) formé par deux bras (68, 70) tournant autour d'un point d'appui (X),dans lequel un bras (68) est équipé d'une roue (62) coulissant sur un rail (60) intégré au cadre fixe (14) et faisant saillie de celui-ci, etl'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé pour faire tourner le levier (66) et, en poussant la roue (62) sur le rail (60), soulever ainsi la porte (10),l'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé par une tige (22) pour faire tourner le levier (66) de manière à ce queun bras (68) - en poussant sur le rail (60) - tourne autour du rail (60),caractérisé par le fait queun entraînement électrique (20) est prévu pour pousser ledit autre bras (70) par l'intermédiaire de la tige (22), qui est reliée à l'autre bras (70) et à l'entraînement électrique (22), et en ce quel'entraînement électrique (20) est logé dans un montant vertical d'un cadre creux (12) qui délimite le périmètre de la porte (10).
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle l'entraînement électrique est un actionneur linéaire (20) avec un piston mobile relié par une tige (22) à l'autre bras (70).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un second entraînement électrique (40) pour déplacer latéralement la porte (10) par rapport au cadre fixe (14).
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le second entraînement électrique (40) comprend un moteur rotatif dont l'arbre, par l'intermédiaire d'une tige filetée (42), est couplé de manière rotative à une vis à écrou (48) faisant partie intégrante de la porte (10).
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans laquelle le second entraînement électrique (40) fait partie intégrante du cadre fixe (14).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 3 à 5, comprenant une unité de commande électronique (C) adaptée pour détecter un signal d'un capteur électrique (90) monté pour détecter une limite de fin de course angulaire dudit autre bras (70).
- Porte coulissante selon la revendication 6, dans laquelle le capteur électrique est un interrupteur (90) monté de manière à ce que sa glissière puisse être activée par l'autre bras (70).
- Porte coulissante selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle le levier (66) pivote sur deux supports (15) solidaires du cadre creux (12).
- Procédé de fonctionnement d'une porte coulissante (10), selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, montée sur la façade d'un navire, dans lequel la porte est coulissante par rapport à un cadre fixe (14) et comprend:un levier oscillant en forme de V (66) formé par deux bras (68, 70) tournant autour d'un point d'appui (X),dans lequel un bras (68) est équipé d'une roue (62) coulissant sur un rail (60) intégré au cadre fixe (14) et faisant saillie de celui-ci, etl'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé pour faire tourner le levier (66) et, en poussant la roue (62) sur le rail (60), soulever ainsi la porte (10),l'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé par une tige (22) pour faire tourner le levier (66) de sorte que ledit bras (68) - en poussant sur le rail (60) - tourne autour du rail (60),caractérisée par l'étape de actionner l'autre bras (70) au moyen d'une commande électrique (20) par l'intermédiaire de la tige (22), qui est reliée à l'autre bras (70) et à la commande électrique (20),dans lequel l'entraînement électrique (20) est logé à l'intérieur d'un montant vertical d'un cadre creux (12) qui délimite le périmètre de la porte (10).
- Procédé d'assemblage d'une porte coulissante (10), selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, montée sur la façade d'un navire, dans lequel la porte est coulissante par rapport à un cadre fixe (14) et comprend:un levier oscillant en forme de V (66) formé par deux bras (68, 70) tournant autour d'un point d'appui (X),dans lequel un bras (68) est équipé d'une roue (62) coulissant sur un rail (60) intégré au cadre fixe (14) et faisant saillie de celui-ci, etl'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé pour faire tourner le levier (66) et, en poussant la roue (62) sur le rail (60), soulever ainsi la porte (10),l'autre bras (70) peut être soulevé par une tige (22) pour faire tourner le levier (66) de sorte queledit bras (68) - en poussant sur le rail (60) - tourne autour du rail (60),caractérisé par les étapes suivantes demonter une commande électrique (20) à l'intérieur de la porte (10), la commande électrique (20) étant destinée à actionner ledit autre bras (70) par l'intermédiaire de la tige (22), qui est reliée à l'autre bras (70) et à la commande électrique (22), et en logeant l'entraînement électrique (20) à l'intérieur d'un montant vertical d'un cadre creux (12) qui délimite le périmètre de la porte (10).
