Definitions
- the invention relates to a suction hose for a vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a vacuum cleaner with such a suction hose.
- a suction hose for a vacuum cleaner is known per se especially in vacuum cleaners.
- the device part of the vacuum cleaner which comprises the suction fan intended for generating a negative pressure
- a floor nozzle which is usually located at the end of a suction pipe.
- the negative pressure generated by means of the suction fan during operation then acts in the region of a suction mouth of the floor nozzle, so that suction of a respective substrate is possible in a manner known per se by moving the floor nozzle.
- a suction hose for a canister vacuum cleaner whose inside and outside diameters gradually increase from one end of the suction hose attached to a fitting part for a floor nozzle to another end of the suction hose to be fixed to the vacuum cleaner.
- a suction hose for a vacuum cleaner is known, which is widened on one side, starting from a first small diameter to a second large diameter and tapers on the other side back to the first small diameter.
- the suction hose has a first and a second end in a conventional manner, the two ends being referred to below as a device side and as a handle side.
- a suction hose connected to a vacuum cleaner is the side of the suction hose compared to the handle side close to a suction blower included by the vacuum cleaner.
- the handle side of the suction hose is moved during the suction operation by the user of the vacuum cleaner, namely usually by means of a handle.
- the handle includes directly or indirectly, for example, using a so-called suction tube, a floor nozzle.
- a diameter of the suction hose starting from a first diameter decreases on the handle side or in the area of the handle side towards the side of the device. Due to the diameter of the suction hose decreasing starting from the first diameter on the grip side or in the region of the grip side in the direction of the device side, the suction hose proposed here is also distinguished from the suction hose according to FIG US 1,892,382 , in which the decrease of the diameter takes place in the opposite direction - referred to as anti-conical suction hose and the underlying geometry in short as anti-iconic.
- the advantage of the invention is that by means of the described embodiment of the suction hose optimization with regard to the air flow and the dust absorption of the vacuum cleaner can be achieved without increasing the recorded for operation of the suction fan electrical power.
- the suction hose can end in a diameter which allows an immediate connection to a device housing or a device-side connection device.
- the proposed here suction hose is thus directly used together with standard equipment and vacuum cleaners already in use.
- this comprises three sections, namely a grip-side cylindrical section directly adjoining the handle side and a device-side cylindrical section, each having a constant diameter, directly adjoining the device side, as well as a cylindrical section adjoining the handle-side cylindrical section and terminating at the device-side cylindrical section (anticonnect ) Middle section with a decreasing in the direction of the device side diameter.
- a suction hose has the anticonische geometry only in the region of the central portion. Even with such a suction hose, a diameter of the suction hose decreases starting from a first diameter on the handle side in the direction of the device side. Even with such an embodiment of the suction hose ensures that this is due to the smallest diameter on the side of the device directly with standard equipment and vacuum cleaners already in use usable.
- an anticonic central portion and a device-side cylindrical portion of the handle-side cylindrical portion is longer than the device-side cylindrical portion.
- the length of the grip-side cylindrical portion is, for example, about 1,100 mm, while the length of the apparatus-side cylindrical portion is, for example, in a range of 20 mm to 200 mm, especially 50 to 100 mm.
- As a measure of a diameter of the handle side and device side cylindrical portion come, for example, 41 mm and 34 mm into consideration.
- an anticonischen suction hose having a handle-side cylindrical portion a antikonischen central portion and a device-side cylindrical portion of the handle side cylindrical portion is longer than the central portion with the decreasing in the direction of the device side diameter.
- the length of the anticonic center portion is in a range of 500 mm to 1,000 mm, while the length of the grip side cylindrical portion is, for example, about 1,100 mm.
- the invention is also a vacuum cleaner with a suction hose of the type described here and below.
- FIG. 1 shows a simplified schematic illustration of a vacuum cleaner 10 in an embodiment as a vacuum cleaner.
- a vacuum cleaner 10 in an embodiment as a vacuum cleaner.
- the vacuum cleaner 10 comprises a floor nozzle 14 at the end of a suction pipe 16.
- the floor nozzle 14 and suction pipe 16 are guided by means of a gripping element 18.
- Between the handle member 18 and the device housing 12 extends a suction hose 20.
- the bottom nozzle 14 located at the end of the suction pipe 16 is coupled to the negative pressure generated in the dust chamber of the device housing 12 by means of the suction unit during operation of the vacuum cleaner 10, so that this too adjusts to a suction mouth formed in a bottom surface of the floor nozzle 14 and thus in a conventional manner, the suction of a respective substrate to be cleaned is possible.
- the suction hose 20 is designed basically in a manner known per se, for example as a one-piece spiral hose.
- the representation in FIG. 2 shows the suction hose 20 in a schematically simplified form and both of the device housing 12 ( Fig. 1 ) as well as from the grip element 18 (FIG. Fig. 1 ) solved.
- the suction hose 20 is shown in an elongated shape with two free ends.
- a first end of the suction hose 20 is provided for coupling to the device housing 12 and accordingly, this end and immediately adjacent portions of the suction hose 20 are referred to as the device side 22 of the suction hose 20.
- a second end of the suction hose 20 is provided for coupling to the grip element 18 and accordingly this end and immediately adjoining portions of the suction hose 20 are designated as the grip side 24 of the suction hose 20.
- FIG. 2 The representation in FIG. 2 is schematically greatly simplified. Specifically, no attention is paid to a correct representation of a ratio of a length of the suction hose 20 to different diameters of the suction hose 20.
- the illustration is intended to illustrate that a diameter of the suction hose 20 decreases starting from a first diameter on the handle side 24 in the direction of the device side 22. When the diameter of the suction hose 20 decreases, this is a strictly monotone decrease in the diameter along the entire length of the suction hose 20.
- This geometry of the suction hose 20 is here and below sometimes as anti-conical and the suction hose 20 thus a total as antikonischer suction hose 20 denotes.
- FIG. 3 shows a specific embodiment of an anti-conical suction hose 20 according to FIG. 2
- the suction hose 20 comprises three sections 26, 28, 30, namely an immediately adjacent to the handle side 24 handle cylindrical portion 26 with a constant diameter, a device side adjacent to the device side 22 cylindrical portion 28 with a constant diameter and a central portion 30 with a decreasing in the direction of the device side 22 diameter.
- the middle section 30 adjoins the grip-side cylindrical section 26 and terminates at the device-side cylindrical section 28. Due to the diameter of the central section 30 decreasing from the handle side 24 in the direction of the device side 22, the constant or at least essentially constant diameter of the device-side cylindrical section 28 is the same smaller than the constant or at least substantially constant diameter of the handle-side cylindrical portion 26th
- the middle section 30 results over the entire length of the central portion 30 previously with reference to the illustration in FIG. 2 described strictly monotonous decrease in diameter.
- Nowhere along the suction hose 20 results in an increase in the diameter of the suction hose 20.
- the diameter of the suction hose 20 does not decrease, but remains rather constant.
- the diameter of the suction hose 20 decreases gradually, in particular continuously.
- the anti-conical suction hose 20 When displayed in FIG. 3 Further, basically optional embodiments of the anti-conical suction hose 20 are shown. Thereafter, the grip-side cylindrical portion 26 of the suction tube 20, for example, longer than the device-side cylindrical portion 28. Additionally or alternatively, the anti-conical suction hose 20 - as shown - also be designed so that the handle-side cylindrical portion 26 longer than the central portion 30 with the towards the device side 22 is decreasing diameter.
- a suction hose 20 for a vacuum cleaner 10 and a vacuum cleaner 10 with such a suction hose 20 the ends of which are referred to as device side 22 and handle side 24, wherein a Diameter of the suction hose 20, starting from a first diameter on the handle side 24 in the direction of the device side 22 decreases.

Description
The invention relates to a suction hose for a vacuum cleaner. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a vacuum cleaner with such a suction hose.
A suction hose for a vacuum cleaner is known per se especially in vacuum cleaners. By means of the suction hose, the device part of the vacuum cleaner, which comprises the suction fan intended for generating a negative pressure, is connected to a floor nozzle, which is usually located at the end of a suction pipe. The negative pressure generated by means of the suction fan during operation then acts in the region of a suction mouth of the floor nozzle, so that suction of a respective substrate is possible in a manner known per se by moving the floor nozzle.

Just as with other household and electrical appliances, their energy efficiency is increasingly coming to the fore in vacuum cleaners as well. The invention thus raises the problem of increasing the efficiency of a vacuum cleaner. The approach described below is intended to contribute to this.
According to the invention this problem is solved by a suction hose for a vacuum cleaner with the features of claim 1.
The advantage of the invention is that by means of the described embodiment of the suction hose optimization with regard to the air flow and the dust absorption of the vacuum cleaner can be achieved without increasing the recorded for operation of the suction fan electrical power. In addition, as the diameter of the suction hose decreases in the direction of the device side, the suction hose can end in a diameter which allows an immediate connection to a device housing or a device-side connection device. The proposed here suction hose is thus directly used together with standard equipment and vacuum cleaners already in use.
Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention will become apparent from the following subclaims. Here used backlinks indicate the further development of the subject matter of the main claim by the features of the respective subclaim. They should not be construed as a waiver of obtaining independent, objective protection for the feature combinations of the dependent claims. Furthermore, with a view to an interpretation of the claims in a closer specification of a feature in a subordinate claim, it is to be assumed that such a restriction does not exist in the respective preceding claims.
In one embodiment of the suction hose, this comprises three sections, namely a grip-side cylindrical section directly adjoining the handle side and a device-side cylindrical section, each having a constant diameter, directly adjoining the device side, as well as a cylindrical section adjoining the handle-side cylindrical section and terminating at the device-side cylindrical section (anticonnect ) Middle section with a decreasing in the direction of the device side diameter. Such a suction hose has the anticonische geometry only in the region of the central portion.
34 mm in Betracht. In a particular embodiment of an anti-conical suction hose having a handle-side cylindrical portion, an anticonic central portion and a device-side cylindrical portion of the handle-side cylindrical portion is longer than the device-side cylindrical portion. The length of the grip-side cylindrical portion is, for example, about 1,100 mm, while the length of the apparatus-side cylindrical portion is, for example, in a range of 20 mm to 200 mm, especially 50 to 100 mm. As a measure of a diameter of the handle side and device side cylindrical portion come, for example, 41 mm and 34 mm into consideration.
In a further or alternative embodiment of an anticonischen suction hose having a handle-side cylindrical portion, a antikonischen central portion and a device-side cylindrical portion of the handle side cylindrical portion is longer than the central portion with the decreasing in the direction of the device side diameter. For example, the length of the anticonic center portion is in a range of 500 mm to 1,000 mm, while the length of the grip side cylindrical portion is, for example, about 1,100 mm.
Insgesamt ist die Erfindung auch ein Staubsauger mit einem Saugschlauch der hier und im Folgenden beschriebenen Art.Overall, the invention is also a vacuum cleaner with a suction hose of the type described here and below.
