Claims (8)
- Conteneur pour le transport de marchandises en vrac, et notamment sur un wagon porte-conteneurs (32) dans le transport ferroviaire de marchandises, avec un conteneur (9) permettant de recevoir la marchandise en vrac, lequel récipient présente, disposés à la manière d'un toit en bâtière, des éléments de plancher (16) et des parois latérales avec des volets latéraux (19), qui dans la zone de leurs tranches longitudinales sont articulées au niveau des parois latérales et peuvent ainsi pivoter vers l'extérieur pour passer dans une position ouverte, où le conteneur est d'une construction en cadre d'acier sensiblement parallélépipédique (1) avec deux longerons supérieurs (2), deux longerons inférieurs (3), des traverses supérieures et inférieures (4, 5) de même que des montants angulaires (6), où le conteneur (9) est suspendu au niveau des longerons supérieurs et des traverses supérieures (2, 4) et repose depuis l'extérieur avec ses éléments de plancher (16) sur les longerons (3), caractérisé en ce que les éléments de plancher (16) dépassent au-dessus des longerons inférieurs (3) et se poursuivent sous forme de soles de glissement (22), soles par ailleurs solidaires des éléments de plancher (16) et inclinées par rapport à la verticale en décrivant un angle plus petit (β) que les éléments de plancher (16) et dont les extrémités, lorsque les volets latéraux sont fermés (19), se trouvent juste ou encore à l'intérieur de la largeur de conteneur maximale (b).
- Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les soles de glissement (22) suivent un angle (β) d'un maximum de 25 degrés par rapport à la verticale.
- Conteneur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de plancher (16) suivent un angle (γ) d'un maximum de 45 degrés par rapport à la verticale.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le conteneur (9) présente une partie de conteneur supérieure et une partie de conteneur inférieure (9a, 9b), où la partie de conteneur supérieure (9a) présente deux parois frontales (10) inclinées vers l'intérieur et partant des traverses supérieures (4) et deux parois longitudinales (11) orientées sensiblement à la verticales, lesquelles parois longitudinales sont pourvues respectivement sur leur longueur d'une partie saillante (12) vers l'extérieur en forme de V.
- Conteneur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de conteneur inférieure (9b) est divisée dans le sens de la longueur au moins en deux espaces de cargaison, espaces présentant chacun une paire de volets latéraux (19).
- Conteneur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente un mécanisme d'actionnement (24) permettant l'ouverture simultanée des volets latéraux (19) de chaque espace de cargaison, mécanisme comportant pour chaque paire de volets latéraux (19) deux mécanismes (25) actionnant lesdits volets latéraux (19) dans la zone de leurs parties extrêmes pour les ouvrir ou les fermer et en ce que l'action desdits deux mécanismes est solidarisée.
- Conteneur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des supports (23) sont prévus au niveau des extrémités inférieures des soles de glissement (22).
- Conteneur selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les volets latéraux (19) sont articulés dans la zone des tranches inférieures des parois longitudinales (11) de la partie de conteneur supérieure (9a) et que lesdits volets s'étendent à l'extérieur de la construction en cadre d'acier (1), lorsque lesdits volets sont fermés.
