Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'un élément de guidage d'écoulement de fluide (16) d'un échangeur de chaleur (10) qui est traversé par un écoulement de fluide (F) lors du fonctionnement de l'échangeur de chaleur (10), l'élément de guidage (16) étant fait à partir d'une bande métallique ondulée (18) dont la largeur (W) s'étendant le long d'un axe transversal (T) entre un bord d'attaque (26) et un bord de fuite (28), dans lequel l'écoulement de fluide (F) s'écoule du bord d'attaque (26) au bord de fuite (28) lors du fonctionnement de l'échangeur de chaleur (10), dans lequel
    - dans la portion bord d'attaque (30) de l'élément de guidage (16) des déflecteurs à fentes (34) sont prévus, conçus pour dévier l'écoulement (F),
    - la portion bord de fuite (32) est exempte de déflecteurs à fentes,
    - des nervures de renforcement (36) sont agencées dans la portion bord de fuite (32),
    - les nervures (36) sont formées en faisant subir un formage d'ondulations à la portion bord de fuite (32) de la bande (18).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les nervures (36) ont une section transversale trapézoïdale.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la portion bord d'attaque (30) et la portion bord de fuite (32) sont de longueur égale.
  4. Procédé selon les revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la portion bord d'attaque (30) et la portion bord de fuite (32) sont de longueur inégale.
  5. Procédé d'utilisation d'un élément de guidage d'écoulement de fluide (16), selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans un échangeur de chaleur (10) comportant des tubes (14) entre lesquels sont agencés une pluralité desdits éléments de guidage de fluide (16).
