Definitions
- the present invention relates to a finger glove for use in sports activities in the colder season, e.g. skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, etc.
- mobile communication devices such as mobile phones.
- Smartphones with touchscreens while exercising The activation and operation of smartphones or touchscreens requires a direct contact of the skin with the screen. If a user wears gloves that do not allow electronic operation, they must first be removed before handling is possible.
- Various gloves are known from the prior art, which have a conductive surface on the index finger and / or thumb, which allows operation of a touch screen. Some of them, such as the WO 2011/004672 A1 or EP 2 550 880 A2 use conductive yarns in the contact areas or external application of conductive surfaces to the areas concerned. Others embed a portion of conductive material on the palm side fingertip regions of the glove, such as the glove WO 2010/044962 or the EP 2 540 176 A2 , However, these solutions lead to relatively large conductive areas on the fingertips, which makes precise operation of touchscreen keyboards or an exact selection of specific buttons difficult.
- the DE 20 2011 109 508 U1 offers a solution to this by providing a point of discontinuity in the conductive region, which is intended to serve as an extension of the fingertip with a concrete dimension.
- the US 2013/0021292 A1 on the other hand, for the purpose of focusing the conductive area, an extension on the fingertip is disclosed, which extends through a cylindrical inner element and a conductive, outer material layer surrounding the inner element is formed.
- a glove which has at least one finger cover for receiving a finger of a user, wherein the finger cover has a contact element made of conductive material.
- the finger cover is preferably the index finger cover or the thumb cover.
- both the index finger sheath and the thumb sheath have a contact element according to the invention.
- a first contact element on the hand-side fingertip region of the index finger cover is arranged and a second contact element on the hand-side fingertip region of the thumb shell.
- the glove preferably has a contact element only on the thumb sheath and on the index finger sheath on its respective inside hand fingertip area, but not on the other finger covers (for middle, ring and little fingers).
- a contact element only on the thumb sheath and on the index finger sheath on its respective inside hand fingertip area, but not on the other finger covers (for middle, ring and little fingers).
- it may well be advantageous for example, for the operation of larger tablets, which have a larger touchscreen keyboard so that can be written with ten-finger system to provide the hand inside fingertip areas of one or more (even all) other fingers with a contact element according to the invention . All of the features described for a "finger cover" or for the contact element arranged thereon can therefore also be used for the thumb cover or the remaining finger covers.
- the contact element has a first contact region and a second contact region, wherein the first contact region is arranged on an outer surface of the glove on a fingertip-side region of the finger cover on the inside of the hand.
- the first contact region is electrically connected to a second contact region, which is arranged on an inner surface of the glove.
- the first contact region is limited to an edge region near the fingertip of the palm region on the inside of the fingertips and is essentially parabolic in shape.
- the parabolic shape described by the first contact area has a first leg and preferably a second leg. Both legs are directed with their "free" ends to the root of the wrist or user of the glove-bearing user.
- the apex of the parabola (where the two legs converge) is located in a fingertip area.
- the surrounding around the parabolic contact area outer surface region of the finger cover with the contact element is not conductive, which means that the parabolic contact area allows a very precise surface contact at different angles between finger and contact surface and at different rotational positions of the finger to the contact surface.
- the parabolic design of the first contact region is to be understood such that the shape described by the first contact region (in a state attached to the glove), for example substantially in the form of a parabola, a sickle, a bow, a crescent, or a ring portion or Arch segment or the like is formed, also possible in some angular configuration.
- the limbs of the respective shape may be tapered towards their free ends pointing towards the root of the finger, ie with a smaller width than in their region near the vertex, but this need not necessarily be the case.
- the legs can be essentially the same length, but they can also have different lengths. Which forms are to be understood inter alia under the term "parabolic" according to the invention is in FIG. 4 shown.
- the parabolic shape of the first contact region runs essentially along an edge of the palm side fingertip region of the glove.
- this edge separates the palm side fingertip area from a side area of the finger cover which lies between the palm side fingertip area and a hand exterior area of the finger shell.
- the edge runs along the corresponding edge seam, which in most cases likewise extends substantially parabolically or in an arcuate manner, or is formed by the joining together and, if necessary, sewing / bonding of the adjoining material sections.
- an edge seam is to be understood as a connection at a transition point of Materialabe4.000en, and includes not only with thread / yarn sewn connections, but also, for example, a glued connection with a.
- the first contact area on the glove is preferably bead-shaped or tubular.
- an outer edge and an inner edge of the first contact region of the contact element in a not yet attached to the glove state along a curvature line is preferably merged, so that to some extent a parabolic (on the sewn inner longitudinal side open) "tube” results.
- This is then preferably attached to the outer surface of the glove, in particular sewn on, respectively partially sewn and / or glued.
- this "tube” is sewn to the edge seam of the palm side fingertip area. This preferably leads to the formation of a "piping" or edge seam reinforcement.
- the free ends of the legs in the state fastened to the glove are preferably directed into the inside of the glove and are not visible from the outside, which may result in the legs tapering towards the carpal, i.e., the leg. are formed with gradually decreasing width.
- the first contact region can also have a flat parabolic configuration which is sewn or glued onto the outer surface of the glove on the palm side of the fingertip.
- the first contact region can also be adhesively fastened, in particular sprayed or otherwise applied or applied, on the outer side surface of the glove, provided an electrical connection to the second contact region is nevertheless ensured.
- the first contact area is in the glove-mounted state in the fingertip area in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of the glove over the outer side of the glove on the inside of the glove, preferably around (a board of) at most half of a width of the legs in one corresponding leg portion of the contact element of the first contact region in the non-attached to the glove state.
- the first contact region is particularly preferably in the range of 0.2-3 mm.
- the board corresponds at most to the diameter, preferably approximately the radius of the hose or the bead. With such a protruding bead, a touch screen can be operated much more precisely than with the whole fingertip surface.
- the legs of the first contact area on the glove preferably have in the am Glove mounted state a width in a range of 0.5-5 mm, preferably from 0.2 to 3 mm, preferably the legs are formed on the glove tapering towards their free ends.
- the arranged inside the glove second contact area is advantageously disposed on an inner surface of an outer material of the glove, which corresponds to a single-layer glove with only one material layer of the user's hand directly or indirectly contacting the inner surface of the glove. If the glove has an inner lining, the second contact region can be arranged on the inner surface of the inner lining, which preferably directly or indirectly contacts the hand of the user.
- the second contact region is disposed on an outer surface of the inner lining, and preferably between the inner surface of an outer material and the outer surface of the inner lining.
- the first contact region is preferably connected via a mechanical connection, preferably via a web or a tab, to a second contact region, wherein the connection or the web is preferably formed at least partially from the same material as the contact element, particularly preferably from the same material as the first and / or the second contact area.
- the connection between the first and the second contact region can be realized, for example, by a one-piece design of the contact element. But there are also other connection means conceivable, in particular purely electrical connections.
- the web of the contact element is guided by the outer surface of the glove through an outer material of the glove or passes through the outer material or a seam which connects two sections of outer material to one another.
- the web of the contact element is optionally additionally guided through a possibly existing inner lining to the inner surface of the glove, or to the inner surface of the inner lining.
- the entire web is arranged in the glove inside.
- the portion of the web facing the first contact region protrudes at least partially from the outer surface of the glove or even at the Outside surface of the glove extends, while the second contact region facing portion of the web extends in the glove inside.
- the second contact region is preferably configured to come into direct or indirect contact with a skin surface of a user's hand when in use.
- it is preferably flat, but which discontinuities or protrusions or relief pattern should not exclude.
- the contact element and preferably both the first and the second contact region is formed from a conductive material. It is possible, for example, in the case of a knitted glove, or even if the glove itself is formed in the fingernail area handinnenuppen from a flat fabric to achieve the conductivity of the material of the contact element by the interweaving of at least one conductive yarn or thread.
- the conductive yarn (for example, a silver thread) can then be drawn parabolic in the hand-side fingertip area for the formation of the first contact region, wherein the height of the board from the outer surface of the glove can be varied by the layer thickness of the interweaving.
- the edge along which the parabolic-shaped first contact element extends is, as it were, formed by the parabolic or arcuate shape of the fingertip region on the fingertip itself.
- the conductive material is a plastic, particularly preferably conductive polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
- the conductive material may also be a plastic having incorporated therein conductive fibers or conductive particles, or a plastic having at least one molecular conductor incorporated therein.
- the first contact region is configured by a (in the case of the first contact region parabolic) Aufnähung / application of a conductive yarn, while the second contact region of a flat conductive material is designed, or vice versa.
- a natural material which normally has no conductive properties (such as leather or natural fabric) is subjected to a treatment by a pigmented conductive liquid or a coating with conductive material. This can make a material that is normally nonconductive conductive.
- FIG. 1 shows a glove 1 according to a first embodiment of the invention.
- This has five finger covers 2-6, wherein only the hand inside fingertip portion 3a of the index finger sheath 3 with an inventive Contact element 10 is shown.
- the thumb cover 2 has such a contact element 10 according to the invention, but this is not visible to the viewer due to the view of the glove 1.
- additional contact elements 10 on one or more of the other finger covers 4-6 are also applicable to the thumb cover 2 and any other finger covers 4-6 with a contact element 10.
- the glove 1 further comprises a wrist portion 9 and a middle-hand portion 7, and a fixing means 11 disposed between the finger covers 2-6 and the wrist portion 9 for fixing the width of the glove 1 to the wrist of the user.
- the illustrated glove 1 further comprises an optional coupling device 8, which (eg in the form of eyelet shown), the coupling of the glove 1 to a stick handle, such as a trekking, Nordic walking, cross-country skiing or ski pole allows.
- the finger covers 2-6 of the illustrated glove 1 are here sewn together from different sections of an outer material 17.
- the finger cover 3 (also applicable to other finger covers, in particular also for the thumb cover) is formed from a hand-side fingertip area 3a and a hand-outside area 3b, which are connected to one another via a side area 3c.
- a contact element 10 is mounted on the glove side or on the outer surface of the glove 1, the parabolic or sickle-shaped or arcuate extent being limited essentially to the edge area of the fingertip area 3a in the fingertip area 3a on the inside.
- the contact element 10 projects in a direction transverse to the longitudinal axis L of the glove 1 somewhat beyond the actual finger surface of the palm-side fingertip region 3a or the outer surface 17a of the glove 1.
- the contact element 10 directly adjoins an edge seam (not shown) in the direction of the fingertip region 3 a, which connects the side region 3 c to the fingertip region 3 a. That is, the parabolic form nestles in the illustrated example of a sewn (or formed of several joined material sections) glove at the edge 18, which essentially by the along the hand inside portion of the Fingerhülle 3 extending (not shown) edge seam is formed.
- FIG. 2 is an enlarged section X of the fingertip portion 3a of FIG. 1 shown.
- the contact element 10 is formed in accordance with this exemplary embodiment from a first, outer contact region 13 and a second, inner contact region 14, which are connected to one another via a web 15.
- the web 15 extends from the fingertip group 3a over the curved area of the fingertip or the fingertip area 3d in the direction of the hand-outside area 3b or the back of the finger cover 3, wherein the web 15 runs in the interior of the glove 1 and is barely visible from the outside ,
- the web 15 thus leads through the outer material 17 or through the edge seam into the glove interior and there connects the first contact region 13 with the second contact region 14 arranged in the glove interior.
- This inner, second contact region 14 can, as in FIG. 5 is shown, in the case of a glove with inner lining 16, between outer material 17 and inner lining 16 may be arranged. However, it is a prerequisite that the contact (the electrical connection) is ensured at least indirectly via the inner lining 16 to the skin of the user.
- FIG. 5 It can be seen how the web 15 passes through the outer material 17 and the second contact region 14 is arranged on the outer surface 16 a of the inner lining 16.
- the second contact area 14 in the inner cavity 12 of the finger cover 3 of the glove ie, be arranged on the inner surface 16b of the inner lining 16.
- this contact need not be limited to the user's fingertip
- the hand is inserted into the inner cavity 12 for use of the glove 1.
- FIG. 3 a contact element 10 is shown in a not yet attached to the glove 1 form.
- An inventive contact element 10 may for example from the formed mold, which is particularly suitable when the contact element is to be sewn to the glove 1. This can be done by folding the crescent-shaped region 13 into a substantially parabolic bead or tube by merging the outer edge 13c with the inner edge 13d along the illustrated line K. The merged edges 13c, 13d would then according to this embodiment sewn together with the edge seam (not shown) at the edge 18 of the hand-side fingertip region 3a.
- the width b2 of the bead or hose is then at most half the width b1 of the legs of the contact element 10 in the non-folded and thus not attached to the glove or on / sewn state.
- FIG. 3 represented axis A, and thus the center of the web 15, comes in accordance with the illustrated embodiment of FIG. 2 during the incorporation of the contact element 10 in the glove 1 to lie on the curved portion in the fingertip portion 3d of the finger cover 3, in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of an outstretched finger of the user.
- the web 15 is arranged according to the illustrated embodiment, both with its the first contact portion 13 facing portion 15a, and with its second contact portion 14 facing portion 15b inside the glove.
- FIG. 1 represented axis A, and thus the center of the web 15
- legs 13a, 13b of the contact element 10 in the state not attached to the glove are slightly tapered towards their free ends.
- the legs 13a, 13b of the contact element 10 sewn on to the glove 1 run in this case also tapering towards their ends, the ends being directed downwards, ie away from the fingertip to the root of the finger or to the hand-side centerhand section 7.
- the apex 21 of the parabolic shape of the first contact region 13 is arranged in the glove-mounted state of the contact element 10 in the fingertip region 3d of the finger cover 3.
- FIG. 4 5 shows schematically examples of a shape of the first contact region 13, all of which are to be regarded as "parabolic" in the sense of the present invention. It shows Fig. 4a a classic parabolic shape, and Fig. 4b a partial / semi-parabola shape.

Description
The present invention relates to a finger glove for use in sports activities in the colder season, e.g. skiing, ski touring, cross-country skiing, etc. With increasing importance of mobile communication, there is also an increased demand for the use of mobile communication devices such as mobile phones. Smartphones with touchscreens while exercising. The activation and operation of smartphones or touchscreens requires a direct contact of the skin with the screen. If a user wears gloves that do not allow electronic operation, they must first be removed before handling is possible.
It is an object of the present invention to provide the gloves with touch screen operation function of the prior art with regard to the operation of electronic devices, in particular touchscreens, e.g. from smartphones, continue to improve.
This object is achieved by a glove which has at least one finger cover for receiving a finger of a user, wherein the finger cover has a contact element made of conductive material. The finger cover is preferably the index finger cover or the thumb cover. In particular, both the index finger sheath and the thumb sheath have a contact element according to the invention. In the light of the mostly two-finger operation of smartphones by thumb and forefinger, in a particularly preferred embodiment, a first contact element on the hand-side fingertip region of the index finger cover is arranged and a second contact element on the hand-side fingertip region of the thumb shell. In particular, the glove preferably has a contact element only on the thumb sheath and on the index finger sheath on its respective inside hand fingertip area, but not on the other finger covers (for middle, ring and little fingers). However, it may well be advantageous (for example, for the operation of larger tablets, which have a larger touchscreen keyboard so that can be written with ten-finger system) to provide the hand inside fingertip areas of one or more (even all) other fingers with a contact element according to the invention , All of the features described for a "finger cover" or for the contact element arranged thereon can therefore also be used for the thumb cover or the remaining finger covers.
According to the invention, the contact element has a first contact region and a second contact region, wherein the first contact region is arranged on an outer surface of the glove on a fingertip-side region of the finger cover on the inside of the hand. The first contact region is electrically connected to a second contact region, which is arranged on an inner surface of the glove. According to the invention, the first contact region is limited to an edge region near the fingertip of the palm region on the inside of the fingertips and is essentially parabolic in shape. The parabolic shape described by the first contact area has a first leg and preferably a second leg. Both legs are directed with their "free" ends to the root of the wrist or user of the glove-bearing user. The apex of the parabola (where the two legs converge) is located in a fingertip area. The surrounding around the parabolic contact area outer surface region of the finger cover with the contact element is not conductive, which means that the parabolic contact area allows a very precise surface contact at different angles between finger and contact surface and at different rotational positions of the finger to the contact surface.
According to a preferred embodiment, the parabolic shape of the first contact region runs essentially along an edge of the palm side fingertip region of the glove. In the case of a glove in which a plurality of individual material sections are joined together (eg sewn together), this edge separates the palm side fingertip area from a side area of the finger cover which lies between the palm side fingertip area and a hand exterior area of the finger shell. The edge runs along the corresponding edge seam, which in most cases likewise extends substantially parabolically or in an arcuate manner, or is formed by the joining together and, if necessary, sewing / bonding of the adjoining material sections. Here, an edge seam is to be understood as a connection at a transition point of Materialabeschnitten, and includes not only with thread / yarn sewn connections, but also, for example, a glued connection with a.
In particular, in the case of a sewn / glued glove, the first contact area on the glove is preferably bead-shaped or tubular. For this purpose, an outer edge and an inner edge of the first contact region of the contact element in a not yet attached to the glove state along a curvature line is preferably merged, so that to some extent a parabolic (on the sewn inner longitudinal side open) "tube" results. This is then preferably attached to the outer surface of the glove, in particular sewn on, respectively partially sewn and / or glued. Preferably, this "tube" is sewn to the edge seam of the palm side fingertip area. This preferably leads to the formation of a "piping" or edge seam reinforcement. According to this preferred embodiment, the free ends of the legs in the state fastened to the glove are preferably directed into the inside of the glove and are not visible from the outside, which may result in the legs tapering towards the carpal, i.e., the leg. are formed with gradually decreasing width. However, the first contact region can also have a flat parabolic configuration which is sewn or glued onto the outer surface of the glove on the palm side of the fingertip.
Alternatively, the first contact region can also be adhesively fastened, in particular sprayed or otherwise applied or applied, on the outer side surface of the glove, provided an electrical connection to the second contact region is nevertheless ensured.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the first contact area is in the glove-mounted state in the fingertip area in a direction transverse to a longitudinal axis of the glove over the outer side of the glove on the inside of the glove, preferably around (a board of) at most half of a width of the legs in one corresponding leg portion of the contact element of the first contact region in the non-attached to the glove state. The first contact region is particularly preferably in the range of 0.2-3 mm. In the abovementioned case of the hose-shaped first contact region, the board corresponds at most to the diameter, preferably approximately the radius of the hose or the bead. With such a protruding bead, a touch screen can be operated much more precisely than with the whole fingertip surface.
The legs of the first contact area on the glove preferably have in the am Glove mounted state a width in a range of 0.5-5 mm, preferably from 0.2 to 3 mm, preferably the legs are formed on the glove tapering towards their free ends.
The arranged inside the glove second contact area is advantageously disposed on an inner surface of an outer material of the glove, which corresponds to a single-layer glove with only one material layer of the user's hand directly or indirectly contacting the inner surface of the glove. If the glove has an inner lining, the second contact region can be arranged on the inner surface of the inner lining, which preferably directly or indirectly contacts the hand of the user.
Alternatively, if the glove has an inner lining, it is possible for the second contact region to be disposed on an outer surface of the inner lining, and preferably between the inner surface of an outer material and the outer surface of the inner lining. In such an intermediate or "sandwich" arrangement of the second contact region between the two material layers of the glove but still an electrical connection must be ensured by the second contact element to the skin of the user. The first contact region is preferably connected via a mechanical connection, preferably via a web or a tab, to a second contact region, wherein the connection or the web is preferably formed at least partially from the same material as the contact element, particularly preferably from the same material as the first and / or the second contact area. The connection between the first and the second contact region can be realized, for example, by a one-piece design of the contact element. But there are also other connection means conceivable, in particular purely electrical connections.
According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the web of the contact element is guided by the outer surface of the glove through an outer material of the glove or passes through the outer material or a seam which connects two sections of outer material to one another. Preferably, the web of the contact element is optionally additionally guided through a possibly existing inner lining to the inner surface of the glove, or to the inner surface of the inner lining. In this case, preferably, the entire web is arranged in the glove inside. However, it may also be that the portion of the web facing the first contact region protrudes at least partially from the outer surface of the glove or even at the Outside surface of the glove extends, while the second contact region facing portion of the web extends in the glove inside.
The second contact region is preferably configured to come into direct or indirect contact with a skin surface of a user's hand when in use. For this purpose, it is preferably flat, but which discontinuities or protrusions or relief pattern should not exclude.
Advantageously, the contact element and preferably both the first and the second contact region is formed from a conductive material. It is possible, for example, in the case of a knitted glove, or even if the glove itself is formed in the fingernail area handinnenuppen from a flat fabric to achieve the conductivity of the material of the contact element by the interweaving of at least one conductive yarn or thread. The conductive yarn (for example, a silver thread) can then be drawn parabolic in the hand-side fingertip area for the formation of the first contact region, wherein the height of the board from the outer surface of the glove can be varied by the layer thickness of the interweaving. In the case of a knitted glove, which does not necessarily have seams in the area of the fingertips, the edge along which the parabolic-shaped first contact element extends is, as it were, formed by the parabolic or arcuate shape of the fingertip region on the fingertip itself.
But knitted gloves have the disadvantage that air and moisture can penetrate into the tissue, which is why for gloves used at cooler temperatures, preferably a continuous sheet and / or at least partially conductive fabric and / or at least for the conductive material of the contact element partially conductive nonwoven fabric is used, or a combination thereof. Particularly preferably, the conductive material is a plastic, particularly preferably conductive polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC). However, the conductive material may also be a plastic having incorporated therein conductive fibers or conductive particles, or a plastic having at least one molecular conductor incorporated therein.
It would also be possible to provide a mixed form, for example, that the first contact region is configured by a (in the case of the first contact region parabolic) Aufnähung / application of a conductive yarn, while the second contact region of a flat conductive material is designed, or vice versa. Furthermore, it is conceivable that a natural material, which normally has no conductive properties (such as leather or natural fabric), is subjected to a treatment by a pigmented conductive liquid or a coating with conductive material. This can make a material that is normally nonconductive conductive.
Further embodiments are described in the dependent claims.

The
