Claims (10)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement anti-usure (10) sur un composant, en particulier un composant de turbomachine, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes :- la fourniture d'un électrolyte (3) contenant du Co et/ou du Ni,- la dispersion de premières particules (1) dans les électrolytes, les premières particules comprenant des particules de matériau dur et des particules de lubrifiant et possédant une enveloppe métallique, en particulier une enveloppe comprenant ou formée de Ni et/ou de Co,- la dispersion de secondes particules (2) dans les électrolytes, les secondes particules comprenant des particules d'alliage métallique dans lesquelles l'alliage métallique possède du chrome et de l'aluminium,- la fourniture du composant (4) devant faire l'objet d'un revêtement dans un bain d'électrolyte qui est dispersé avec des première et seconde particules,- le dépôt galvanique d'une matrice de Co et/ou de Ni avec des particules d'alliage métallique incorporées (2) et des particules de matériau dur incorporées et des particules de lubrifiant (1) sur le composant, et- le traitement thermique du composant sous vide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le traitement thermique est effectué à une température de 950 °C à 1 200 °C, en particulier de 1 000 °C à 1 150 °C, pendant 2 à 20 heures, en particulier pendant 5 à 15 heures.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'électrolyte (3) comprend du NiSO4 et/ou du CoSO4.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'électrolyte (3) comprend du NaCl et/ou du H3BO3.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'alliage métallique des particules d'alliage métallique (2) possède une composition qui est choisie dans le groupe comprenant CrAl, CrAlY, CrAlHf, CrAlYHf, CrAlTa, CrAlYTa, CrAlSi, MoCrSiAl, CrCoAl, CrNiAl et les alliages avec Cr et Al, comprenant au moins un ou plusieurs éléments choisis parmi Y, Hf, Ta, Si, Mo, Ni et Co.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les première et seconde particules (1, 2) sont chacune pourvues d'une proportion de 50 g/l à 300 g/l dans l'électrolyte.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les premières particules (1) ont une granulométrie maximale ou moyenne inférieure ou égale à 10 µm, en particulier comprise entre 1 µm et 5 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les secondes particules (2) ont une granulométrie maximale ou moyenne inférieure ou égale à 15 µm, en particulier comprise entre 1 µm et 5 µm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les particules de lubrifiant (1) comprennent un lubrifiant solide, en particulier du nitrure de bore hexagonal.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les particules de matériau dur (1) comprennent des oxydes, en particulier de l'oxyde de chrome ou de l'oxyde de zirconium.
