Der Grundkörper des Dichtstücks weist ferner eine stirnseitige Endplatte auf, an der die Seitenteile mit den rechtwinklig vorstehenden Auflagestegen angeformt sind. Die stirnseitige Endplatte 10 ist T-förmig ausgebildet und enthält seitlich vorstehende Seitenteile 13, an denen rechtwinklig vorstehende Auflagestege 14 zur Auflage auf den Oberseiten der Seitenstege 3 der Profildichtung 1 vorgesehen sind. Die Auflagestege 14 sind derart ausgebildet, dass sie sich über die gesamte Breite bzw. nahezu die gesamte Breite der Seitenstege der Profildichtung erstrecken. An der Innenseite der stirnseitigen Endplatte 10, ist der Dichtkörper 11 zum Eingriff in eine stirnseitige Öffnung der Profildichtung 1 angeformt. Durch das an der Endplatte 10 angeformte Aufsatzteil 9 mit der an die Profildichtung 1 angepassten Innenkontur und den Dichtkörper 11 kann das Dichtstück 8 mittels Formschluss durch aufklipsen oder aufschieben an der Profildichtung 1 gehalten werden. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Halteelemente erforderlich.The

Durch diesen nach unten spitz zulaufenden Fortsatz 15 kann der Anpressdruck der Profildichtung an eine weitere Dichtung erhöht werden. An der Außenseite des Fortsatzes 15 sind Ansätze 16 vorhanden, die in Rillen oder andere Vertiefungen an der Innenseite des Schraubkanals eingreifen und dadurch die Halterung des Dichtstücks 8 am Trag- oder Aufsatzprofil verbessern können. In dem Aufsatzteil 9 des Dichtstücks 8 befindet sich eine Öffnung 17, die zum Einspritzen von Dichtmasse vorgesehen ist. Um hier eine optimale Abdichtung zu gewährleisten, ist in dem in die stirnseitige Öffnung der Profildichtung 1 eingreifenden Dichtkörper 11 ein auf allen vier Seiten vorgesehener Kanal 18 für die Aufnahme des Dichtmittels vorgesehen.
