Claims (6)

    caractérisé en ce que la forme de forgeage (7, 10, 11) présente, pour le formage des surfaces extérieures radiales des parois de caisson (27, 27') et pour le formage d'une poche de refroidissement périphérique (20), disposée radialement à l'extérieur des parois de caisson (27, 27') dans le fond de piston (29), deux mâchoires latérales (10, 11), qui sont montées dans le dispositif de forgeage (1) en oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (3) du dispositif de forgeage (1) de façon mobile dans des directions pouvant être représentées par des flèches disposées en oblique (16, 17), dans lequel les flèches disposées en oblique (16, 17) forment avec l'axe longitudinal (3) du dispositif de forgeage (1) un angle de α ≤ 25° et se dirigent l'une vers l'autre en direction du fond de forgeage (8).
  2. Dispositif de forgeage (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la forme de forgeage (7, 10, 11) présente une douille d'articulation tubulaire (7) disposée sur un premier côté de l'évidement pour le formage de la surface latérale radialement extérieure (30) du fond de piston (29).
  3. Procédé de forgeage d'une ébauche de piston (28), qui présente un fond de piston (29), et des éléments de tige (23) installés sur le fond de piston (29), qui sont reliés l'un à l'autre par des parois de caisson (27, 27'), en faisant application d'un dispositif de forgeage (1) selon la revendication 1, comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - introduire une ébauche estampée chauffée (9), à partir de laquelle l'ébauche de piston (28) doit être forgée, dans un évidement essentiellement cylindrique d'un dispositif de forgeage (1), de telle manière qu'elle vienne se placer sur un fond de forgeage (8) disposé sur un premier côté de l'évidement,
    - former une poche de refroidissement périphérique (20) dans l'ébauche estampée (9) en utilisant deux mâchoires latérales (10, 11), dont les surfaces intérieures présentent la forme des surfaces extérieures radiales des parois de caisson (27, 27'), et qui sont montées dans le dispositif de forgeage (1) en oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (3) du dispositif de forgeage (1) de façon mobile dans des directions qui peuvent être représentées par des flèches disposées en oblique (16, 17), dans lequel les flèches disposées en oblique (16, 17) forment avec l'axe longitudinal (3) du dispositif de forgeage (1) un angle α ≤ 25° et qui sont dirigées l'une vers l'autre en direction du fond de forgeage (8), par le fait que les mâchoires latérales (10, 11) sont pressées dans l'ébauche estampée (9),
    - introduire un poinçon central (14), qui se compose d'un mandrin (21) avec une pièce rapportée montée sur celui-ci et se terminant en forme de cône (24) avec une forme correspondant à la surface intérieure de l'ébauche de piston, avec la pièce rapportée (24) à l'avant, dans l'autre côté de l'évidement, dans lequel la pièce rapportée (24) agit sur l'ébauche estampée (9) et les parois de caisson (27, 27') se forment ainsi et forment les éléments de tige (23) qui sont reliés par celles-ci,
    - retirer le poinçon central (14) hors de l'évidement du dispositif de forgeage (1),
    - retirer les mâchoires latérales (10, 11) hors du dispositif de forgeage (1) dans des directions opposées aux flèches disposées en oblique (16, 17),
    - éjecter l'ébauche de piston (28).
  4. Procédé de forgeage d'une ébauche de piston (28) selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ébauche estampée (9) se compose d'un alliage d'aluminium et est chauffée à une température de 480°C.
  5. Procédé de forgeage d'une ébauche de piston (28) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on choisit pour l'ébauche estampée (9) l'alliage AlSi12CuMgNi.
  6. Procédé de forgeage d'une ébauche de piston (28) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'on choisit pour l'ébauche estampée (9) l'alliage AlSi12Cu3Ni2Mg.
