Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum gleichzeitigen Entgraten und/oder Oberflächebearbeiten der Ober- und Unterseite von Werkstücken durch Wirkeingriff mit mindestens zwei horizontal übereinander gelagerten Bürstscheiben, bei der Werkstücke manuell in die Eingriffe der mindestens drei außenverzahnten Werkstückhalter auf der unteren Bürstscheibe positioniert werden und die obere Bürstscheibe auf einen verstellbaren Festanschlag oder über ein Messsystem auf die Werkstücke herunterfährt um die Vorrichtung zu schließen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass sich alle Werkstückhalter in Wirkbeziehung mit den beiden Bürstscheiben befinden, dass die Bürstenaufnahme der unteren Bürstscheibe sowie die Bürstenaufnahme der oberen Bürstscheibe vollflächig mit Bürsten bestückt sind und, dass alle Werkstücke, die in die mindestens drei außenverzahnten Werkstückhalter eingelegt werden und sich mit den Bürstscheiben in Wirkeingriff befinden, sowohl auf der Ober- als auch auf der Unterseite entgratet und/oder oberflächenbearbeitet werden.
