Claims (6)
- Système constitué d'un disque de pression (10) et d'une pièce adaptatrice (21) pour le montage sur un poinçon de pression (20) d'un dispositif de pression, dans lequel le disque de pression (10) comprend au moins une pièce intercalaire (30) avec une face de pression (31) par le biais de laquelle une force peut être appliquée sur un matériau à presser, et la pièce intercalaire (30) est conçue conique sur son diamètre extérieur avec une face extérieure conique (32) et est entourée par une bague d'étanchéité (40) appartenant également au disque de pression qui est ainsi conçue par son diamètre intérieur qu'elle forme une fente (50) avec sa face intérieure conique (41) et la face extérieure conique (32) de la pièce intercalaire (30), et au moins une fente radiale (51) passe entre la pièce intercalaire (30) et la bague d'étanchéité (40), qui s'élargit de façon conique de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, dans lequel la pièce intercalaire (30) et la bague d'étanchéité (40) peuvent être montées sur la pièce adaptatrice (21) par un élément de liaison (110; 110') et la force de rappel du poinçon de pression (20) peut être transmise à la bague d'étanchéité (40) par l'élément de liaison (110; 110'),

qu'entre l'élément de liaison (110; 110') et l'évidement (109), il y a un léger jeu pour pouvoir tourner les deux pièces l'une contre l'autre, qu'une rotation de la bague d'étanchéité (40) et donc du disque de pression (10) puisse avoir lieu par des réceptions (91) qui se trouvent sur le côté de la bague d'étanchéité (40), que soit des ergots à baïonnette (111, 112, 111', 112') sont prévus qui s'engrènent dans des nervures de guidage, dans lequel une force de rappel du poinçon de pression (20) peut être transmise de la pièce adaptatrice (21) à la bague d'étanchéité (40) par des faces de traction (66') au niveau des ergots à baïonnette (111, 112, 111', 112') tandis que des forces de pression peuvent être absorbées par une face avant de la traverse de liaison (110), soit la traverse de liaison (110, 110') est vissée dans l'évidement (109, 109'), dans lequel une force de rappel du poinçon de pression peut être transmise par le filet, mais la totalité de la face avant de la traverse de liaison (110, 110') est disponible pour recevoir les forces de pression. - Système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de l'air venant de la fente radiale (51) peut être évacué latéralement par des canaux de ventilation (92).
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ergots à baïonnette (111, 112, 111', 112') sont formés par une couronne périphérique avec plusieurs interruptions, dans lequel les zones entre les interruptions forment les ergots à baïonnette qui peuvent s'engrener dans des nervures de guidage dans l'évidement (109) conçues avec une largeur correspondante.
- Système selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ergots à baïonnette (111, 112, 111', 112') sont disposés tant sur le côté intérieur qu'extérieur de la traverse de liaison (110, 110').
- Système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une baïonnette est prévue avec des ergots à baïonnette (111, 111' ou 112, 112') disposés uniquement sur un côté.
- Dispositif de pression, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un poinçon de pression et un système selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
