Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gargutträger für ein Gargerät, an dem an einer Längsseite zumindest zwei Führungselemente zum Führen des Gargutträgers in einer schienenartigen Aufnahme angeordnet sind. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Gargerät mit einem entsprechenden Gargutträger. Darüber hinaus betrifft die Erfindung auch eine Vorrichtung für ein Gargerät mit einem Gargutträger und einer schienenartigen Aufnahme. - Device (15) for a cooker (1)- having a cooked food holder (8), on which, on a longitudinal side (28), at least two guide elements (24, 25) for guiding the cooked food holder (8) in a rail-type holder (11 to 14) are arranged, and- having at least one rail-type holder (11 to 14), which is a reverse U-profile, into which an edge-side flange (20) of the cooked food holder (8) extends, and in which the guide elements (24, 25) are arranged when the cooked food holder (8) is connected to the holder (11 to 14), wherein the axes (26, 27) of the guide elements (24, 25) are arranged at different heights when viewed in the vertical direction and extend outwards in the horizontal direction at most up to an outer edge of the edge-side flange (20) of the cooked food holder (8), wherein the guide elements (24, 25) with the axes (26, 27) are fastened to a support plate (23) and wherein the support plate (23) is arranged between an exterior of a trough-shaped area (19) of the cooked food holder (8) and the guide elements (24, 25), characterised in that the axes (26, 27) of the guide elements (24, 25) are arranged below the edge-side flange (20) and that the support plate (23) is arranged on the underside (22) of the flange (20) and at a distance from the exterior of the trough-shaped area (19) and extends downwards in the vertical direction beyond the lower of the two guide elements (25).
- Device (15) according to claim 1, characterised in that the flange (20) has a recess (29), through which a first guide element (24) extends area by area across the level of the topside (30) of the flange (20).
- Device (15) according to claim 2, characterised in that the first guide element (24) is the rear guide element (24) when viewed in the longitudinal direction (A) of the cooked food holder (8).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a guide element (25), in particular a front second guide element (25) in the longitudinal direction (A) of the cooked food holder (8) is arranged completely below the flange (20).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide elements (24, 25) are arranged immediately adjacent to one another in a rear corner area (21) of the cooked food holder (8).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the guide elements (24, 25) are rollers, which are rotatably mounted about their horizontally oriented axes (26, 27).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the axes (26, 27) of the guide elements (24, 25) are offset in the vertical direction such that a distance between the topmost point (35) of the higher guide element (24) and the lowermost point (31) of the lower guide element (25) corresponds to the vertical clearance of the holder (11 to 14).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the non-tilted position of the cooked food holder (8) with its lowermost point (36), the higher guide element (24) is at a distance from the base (32) of a lower horizontal limb (18) of the holder (11 to 13), in particular is arranged with its topmost point (35) abutting the underside (34) of an upper horizontal limb (16) of the holder (11 to 14).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that in the non-tilted position of the cooked food holder (8) with its highest point (33), the lower guide element (25) is arranged at a distance from the underside (34) of an upper horizontal limb (16) of the holder (11 to 14), in particular is arranged with its lowest point (31) abutting the base (32) of a lower horizontal limb (18) of the holder (11 to 14).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an elevation is embodied on an underside (34) of an upper horizontal limb (16) of the holder (11 to 14), said elevation being embodied as a stop (37) for the higher guide element (24) and as a pull-out stop for the cooked food holder (8) in the non-tilted state of the cooked food holder (8).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a stop element (41) for the rear guide element (24), when viewed in the longitudinal direction (A) of the cooked food holder (8), is embodied on a base (32) of a lower horizontal limb (18) of the holder (11 to 14), in particular on the rear edge (40) of the base (32).
- Device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the cooked food holder (8) in the state connected to the holder (11 to 14) can be tilted upwards, in particular can be tilted such that the higher guide element (24) can be directed past a stop element arranged on the underside (34) of an upper horizontal limb (16) of the holder (11 to 14).
- Cooker (1), in particular oven, having a device (15) according to one of the preceding claims, in which the device (15) is arranged in a muffle (7).
- Method for moving a cooked food holder (8) in a rail-type holder (11 to 14) of a cooker (1), which is a reverse U-profile, into which an edge-side flange (20) of the cooked food holder (8) extends, in which guide elements (24, 25) of the cooked food holder (8) are guided in the holder (11 to 14) of the cooker (1) and as a result the cooked food holder (8) is moved relative to the holder (11 to 14), characterised in that a first guide element (24, 25) on a support plate (23) of the cooked food holder (8), which is arranged on the underside (22) of the edge side flange (20) and is fastened to its axis (26), slides along an underside (34) of an upper limb (16) of the holder (11 to 14) and is guided at a distance from a base (32) of a lower limb (18) of the holder (11 to 14) and a second guide element (24, 25) disposed lower in the vertical direction relative to the first guide element (24, 25) and fastened with its axis (27) to the support plate (23) slides along the base (32) of the lower limb (18) and is guided at a distance from the underside (34) of the upper limb (16), wherein the support plate (23) is arranged between an exterior of a trough-shaped area (19) of the cooked food holder (8) and the guide elements (24, 25) at a distance from the exterior and extends downwards in a vertical direction beyond the lower of the two guide elements (25), the axes (26, 27) of the guide elements (24, 25) are arranged below the edge-side flange (20) and the guide elements (24, 25) extend outwards in the horizontal direction at most to an outer edge of the flange (20) of the cooked food holder (8).
- Method according to claim 14, characterised in that for removal from the holder (11 to 14), the cooked food holder (8) is tilted upwards in a specific pull-out position such that the higher guide element (24, 25) is directed past a stop (37) embodied on the underside (34) of the upper limb (16) the holder (11 to 14) during a further horizontal extraction of the cooked food holder (8).
