Durch eine derartige Ergänzung des erfindungsgemäßen Stuhls um zwei Knickeinrichtungen ist der Stuhl unter Beibehaltung seiner beschriebenen Eigenschaften um eine weitere Funktion ergänzbar. Diese zusätzliche Funktion ist insbesondere für Stühle mit einer hohen Rückenlehne, welche bis in den Nackenbereich oder bis in den Kopfbereich einer auf dem Stuhl sitzenden Person reicht, vorgesehen. Claims (15)
- A chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) comprising,- a continuous support element (2), a movement mechanism (3) and a frame (4),- wherein the support element (2) comprises a seat region (5), which forms a seat part (8),- wherein the support element (2) comprises a back region (6), which forms a back part (9),- wherein the support element (2) comprises a transition region (7), which connects the seat region (5) and the back region (6),- wherein the support element (2) uses elastic deformation to compensate for a relative movement between the back region (6) and the seat region (5), which occurs when the loading to which the chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34) is subjected, is changed by the person sitting on it,- wherein the movement mechanism (3) comprises a torsion element (11),- wherein the torsion element (11) supports the back part (9) and controls the inclination of the back part (9),- wherein the back part (9) of the support element (2) is connected to the torsion element (11) only above a lordosis support (19),
characterized in that- the movement mechanism is arranged between the frame (4) and the support element (2),- that the movement mechanism (3) comprises a first rocker (14), a second rocker (38) and a base body (41),- that the second rocker (38) is rotatably hinged to the base body (41) and is rotatably hinged to a front half (8a) of the seat part (8),- and that the first rocker (14) is rotatably hinged to the base body (41), is rotatably hinged to a rear half (8b) of the seat part (8), and comprises the torsion element (11), which is connected to the back region (6) above a lordosis support (9). - The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to claim 1, characterized in that- the back region (6) can be inclined and/or twisted from a sitting position relative to the seat region (5),- wherein a force, which causes the support element to be bent open and/or which causes a rotation of the back part (9) relative to the seat part (8) and which is introduced into the support element (2) by a sitting person, experiences a counter force by means of the movement mechanism (3),- wherein the movement mechanism (3) is connected to the support element (2) in the back region above a lordosis support (19), in particular in a central pivot point (18) or in particular in two lateral pivot points (17, 18), and is connected, in particular fixedly, in the seat region (5), or is in particular connected via two axes of rotation (15, 39), which are arranged in the seat region (5).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the torsion element (11) comprises a torsion rod (21), which runs upwards beyond the lordosis support (19) in a vertical axis of symmetry (22) of the chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a connection of the support element (2) to the movement mechanism (3) in the back region (6) of the support element (2) below the lordosis support (19) and in the transition region (7) of the support element (2) is avoided so as to provide the deformation.
- The chair (1; 1a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support element (2) comprises two support beams (26, 27), which are bent in an L-shaped manner, and a cover (28), wherein the cover (28) is stretched between the support beams (26, 27).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movement mechanism (3) is arranged between the frame (4) and the support element (2) and supports the back part (9) of the support element (2) as well as the seat part (8) of the support element (2), wherein the movement mechanism (3) controls an inclination of the seat part (8) and an inclination of the back part (9) is controlled as a function of the forces, with which a person sitting on the chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) acts on the latter,
wherein the inclination of the seat part (8) and the inclination of the back part (9) are controlled as a function of one another, and wherein the inclination of the back part (9) between an initial position (9-1) and an end position (9-2) increases more than the inclination of the seat part (8). - The chair (31, 34; 31a, 34a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the support element (2) is embodied as seat shell (32), which is bent in an L-shaped manner.
- The chair (1) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in its seat region (5), the support element (2) is rigidly fixed to the frame (4).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to claim 2, characterized in that the two axes of rotation (15, 39), which are arranged in the seat region, run parallel to one another and orthogonally penetrate a vertical plane of symmetry (22) of the chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a);
characterized in that the force, which the movement mechanism (3) introduces to compensate the force introduced by a sitting person, creates a counter force, which is at least 50% and in particular at least 70% of a required total counter force, wherein the remaining counter force is created by means of the support element (2), which deforms. - The chair according to at least one of the preceding claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the movement mechanism (3) is arranged between the frame (4) and the support element (2), wherein the movement mechanism (3) comprises an in particular elastically deformable bearing element (48), which is arranged between the frame (4) and the seat part (8), and wherein the movement mechanism (3) comprises an elastically deformable rocker (14), which comprises the torsion element (11) and which is connected to the frame (4) and to the back region (6) above a lordosis support (9).
- The chair (1; 1a) according to claim 5, characterized in that the support element also comprises two spacer rods (43, 44), wherein the support beams (26, 27) are held at a defined distance by means of the two spacer rods (43, 44), which connect free ends (26a, 26b; 27a, 27b) of the support beams (26, 27), and are held in the defined distance by means of the movement mechanism (3).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the movement mechanism is cushioned by means of at least one spring mechanism (42) or a spring element (23).
- The chair (1, 31, 34; 1a, 31a, 34a) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the seat part (8) is connected to the movement mechanism (3) at four pivot points (A, B, C, D) by means of a four point bearing (47), and that the back part is connected to an upper half (20) of the back part (9), in particular by means of a two point bearing (49) in particular at support beams (26, 27) in particular to the movement mechanism (3) at two pivot points (E, F).
- The chair (1a, 31a, 34a) according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in- that the back part (9) comprises a first bending device (50),- wherein the first bending device (50) connects a lower section (52) of the back part (9), which adjoins the transition part (10), and an upper section (53) of the back part (9), which adjoins the lower section (52), in a pivotable manner,- wherein the first bending device (50) is arranged below a pivot region (54), in which the torsion element (11) is connected to the back part (9),- wherein the torsion element (11) comprises a second bending device (51),- wherein the second bending device (51) connects a lower section (55) of the torsion element (11), which is hinged to a base body (41) of the movement mechanism (3), and an upper section (56) of the torsion element (11), which is hinged to the back element (9), in a pivotable manner,- wherein the second bending device (51) is embodied above the lordosis support (19).
- The chair according to claim 14, characterized in that, in response to a movement of the chair (1a, 30a, 31a, 33a, 34a, 36a) from a rest position (R1) into a reclined position (R2) as a result of a decrease of an opening angle (β-R1, β-R2) between the lower section (55) of the torsion element (11) and the upper section (56) of the torsion element (11) measured in a vertical plane of symmetry (22), the second bending device (51) forces a decrease of an opening angle (α-R1, α-R2) between the lower section (52) of the back part (9) and the upper section (53) of the back part (9), also measured in the vertical plane of symmetry (22), so that the upper section (53) of the back part (9) is moved forwards in an arrow direction (x) relative to the lower section (52) of the back part (9) in response to moving the chair (1a, 30a, 31a, 33a, 34a, 36a) from the rest position (R1) into the reclined position (R2).
