  • the cam holder 2 continuously drives the cam 20 so that it moves horizontally, and the swing guide portion 70 is still driven by the curvature formed by the guide track 21 to swing back as shown in FIG. 5 ; meanwhile, as the first retaining portion 71 is in contact with the bearing surface 11 of the needle seat 10, the sinker 7 stops swinging.
  • the downward pressing mechanism 1 can operate continuously and the cam 20 also is moved horizontally and continuously to drive all the sinkers 7 on the needle seat 10 so that they swing and press downward to form a knitted fabric.

Claims (6)

  1. Une platine pour une machine à tricoter rectiligne, comprenant :
    un évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) disposé vers le bas de ladite platine (7) ;
    une partie de guidage de pivotement (70) se projetant vers l'extérieur depuis un côté supérieur de ladite platine (7) ; et
    une partie de pressage de fil (75) se développant depuis un côté de ladite platine (7) au-delà d'une ligne connectant la partie de guidage de pivotement (70) et l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) pour presser le fil et former un tricot ;
    ledit évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) comprenant une partie de couplage d'arbre (732) configurée pour un couplage avec un arbre de freinage (4) ;
    caractérisée en ce que la platine (7) comporte en outre une rainure (76) proche de l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) et une languette élastique (77) formée entre la rainure (76) et l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73), dans laquelle un nez (731) disposé à l'entrée d'une partie de couplage d'arbre (732) est formée avec un intervalle inférieur à l'intervalle maximal de la partie de couplage d'arbre (732).
  2. La platine de la revendication 1, comprenant en outre un premier élément de retenue (71) disposée entre l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) et la partie de pressage de fil (75).
  3. La platine de la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre une encoche de guidage (74) à un autre côté au-delà de la ligne connectant la partie de guidage de pivotement (70) et l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73), l'encoche de guidage (74) comprenant une surface de guidage archée (451) à un côté inférieur, l'encoche de guidage (74) et la partie de guidage de pivotement (70) étant interposée au moyen d'une deuxième élément de retenue (72).
  4. Un mécanisme de pressage vers le bas pour une machine à tricoter rectiligne pour la commande de toutes les platines (7) de ladite machine à tricoter rectiligne pour le pivotement et le pressage vers le bas desdites platines, comprenant :
    un support d'aiguille (10) comportant une surface de support (11) pour soutenir lesdites platines (7) et des aiguilles à tricoter (8) séparés par des pièces d'écartement (3) ; et
    un support de came (2) disposé au dessus des platines (7) pour soutenir une came (20) ;
    dans lequel
    la came (20) comporte une piste de guidage (21) pour le pivotement des platines (7) ; et
    un arbre de freinage (4) s'étend perpendiculairement au travers des pièces d'écartement (3) à un côté inférieur ;
    chaque platine (7) comprenant :
    un évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) disposé vers le bas de ladite platine (7) et comprenant une partie de couplage d'arbre (732) pour le couplage avec l'arbre de freinage (4) ;
    une partie de guidage oscillant (70) s'étendant vers l'extérieur depuis un côté supérieur de ladite platine (7) et entraînée par la piste de guidage (21); et
    une partie de pressage de fil (75) se développant depuis un côté de ladite platine (7) au-delà d'une ligne connectant la partie de guidage de pivotement (70) et
    l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) pour presser le fil et former un tricot ;
    caractérisée en ce que chacune des platines comporte en outre une rainure (76) proche de l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73) et une languette élastique (77) formée entre la rainure (76) et l'évidemment rotatif d'arbre (73), dans laquelle
    un nez (731) disposé à l'entrée de la partie de couplage d'arbre (732) est formée avec un intervalle inférieur à l'intervalle maximal de la partie de couplage d'arbre (732).
  5. Le mécanisme de pressage vers le bas de la revendication 4, dans lequel une tige de retenue (5) s'étend perpendiculairement au travers les parties d'écartement (3) à un côté supérieur, chacune des platines (7) comprenant une première partie de retenue (71) contrainte par la surface d'appui (11) durant la rotation et le pivotement vers le bas et une seconde partie de retenue (72) contrainte par la tige de retenue (5) durant la rotation et le pivotement vers le haut.
  6. Le mécanisme de pressage vers le bas de la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel une tige de guidage (6) s'étend perpendiculairement au travers des parties encoche de guidage (74) comprenant une surface de guidage (741) pour le guidage et la limitation des positions de rotation et de pivotement de la platine (7).
