Abstract

The goods separator has a basic shape provided with a smaller extension on a lower side. The smaller extension is adjusted in circular, oval, rectangular or square openings of shelf floors. Bei üblichen Regalsystemen und Rutschregalsystemen verfügen die Warentrenner bzw. Fachteiler nicht über ausreichend seitliche Führung und geben bei erhöhtem Warendruck nach. Teilweise bestehen die Fachteiler aus einzelnen nebeneinander eingesteckten Elementen, die nicht miteinander fest verbunden sind und so die Warenetage in sich instabil wird ( DE196 09 432 ). Bisherige Regale bzw. Regaletagen verfügen über Einsätze mit offenen Nutleisten, in welche die Fachteiler in Form von Bügeln einzusetzen sind ( US 6, 116, 436 ). Auch bei diesen Systemen bieten die Fachteiler den Produkten keinen ausreichenden Seitenhalt. Niedrige Produkte rollen oder rutschen unter den Bügeln seitlich durch. Die Bügel als Fachteiler würden nur in der offenen Nutleiste eingesteckt keinen ausreichenden Halt finden, so dass bei diesem System ( US 6, 116, 436 ) zusätzliche und in der Herstellung aufwendige Vorkehrungen, wie Löcher zum Einstecken der Bügel, geschaffen werden müssen, damit die Bügel auch horizontal fixiert werden. Bei bekannten Systemen ist das Einsetzen der Bügel kompliziert, da sie meist mit zwei Händen zusammengedrückt werden müssen um durch die Nuten zu passen und gleichzeitig in die Löcher eingesetzt werden müssen ( US 6, 116, 436 ).
