Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un trajet de transport de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) s'étend au moins dans la partie de sécurité (17) et au moins à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57) perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation des dispositifs de logement (07) disposés sur les bras de support (02).
  6. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux emplacements de stockage (53) sont disposés sur un même côté d'un trajet de transport de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), l'un derrière l'autre le long de ce trajet de transport de cet au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) et/ou en ce qu'au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) est disposé sur un premier côté et au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) est disposé sur un deuxième côté d'un trajet de transport de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) et/ou en ce que plus de deux emplacements de stockage (53) sont disposés et/ou en ce que plusieurs emplacements de stockage (53) sont disposés les uns à côté des autres dans une direction dans laquelle l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) peut se déplacer.
  7. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un guidage traversant l'ouverture (63) est disposée et en ce que ce guidage est conçu de manière à définir au moins un trajet de transport de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) vers l'intérieur de la zone de sécurité (57) et/ou hors de la zone de sécurité (57) et/ou en ce que l'au moins une première protection (62) est conçue comme au moins une porte (62) et/ou une porte roulante (62) et/ou une grille roulante (62) et/ou une herse (62) et/ou un rideau en matière plastique (62) et/ou un filet (62).
  8. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) est conçu comme une table de transfert et/ou de levage (09) et/ou en ce qu'au moins un rouleau (03) est conçu de façon à pouvoir être introduit, à l'aide de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) à travers l'ouverture (63) de la zone de sécurité (57) et/ou de façon à pouvoir être retiré de la zone de sécurité (57) et/ou en ce que, dans la zone de logement et/ou de transfert, au moins un rouleau (03) peuvent être mis en contact simultanément avec des dispositifs de logement (07) disposés sur des bras de support (02) du changeur de rouleau (01) et avec au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) et/ou en ce que la zone de sécurité (57) se trouve à l'intérieur de la partie de sécurité (17) et/ou en ce que, dans un état de fonctionnement, la protection (62) est fermée et le deuxième moyen de transport (52) est disposé à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57).
  9. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de commande (18) du changeur de rouleau (01) est prévu, qui est disposé, de façon à être séparé physiquement du changeur de rouleau (01), à un endroit à l'extérieur de la partie de sécurité (17) et/ou à une distance de 1 m maximum des limitations de la partie de sécurité (17).
  10. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première protection (62) conçue de manière mobile est conçue de façon à pouvoir effectuer au moins partiellement au moins un mouvement de pivotement et/ou de rotation et/ou en ce qu'au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) disposé sur l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), est disposé de manière pivotante autour d'un axe vertical à l'aide d'un dispositif (59) et en ce qu'au moins une partie du dispositif (59) est disposé de manière pivotante, avec ou sans rouleau (03) disposé sur l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), de 180° autour de l'axe vertical.
  11. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de stockage intermédiaire (51) comprend au moins une position de transfert (54) correspondant à au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) et en ce que l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) est disposé ou peut être disposé dans l'au moins une position de transfert (54) et en ce qu'un premier moyen de transport (11) avec ou sans un rouleau (03) peut être échangé entre l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) disposé dans l'au moins une position de transfert (54) et au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) du dispositif de stockage intermédiaire (51).
  12. Changeur de rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le changeur de rouleau (01) comprend une traverse (06), sur laquelle sont disposés les bras de support (02) et en ce que l'ouverture (63) est disposée, vue à partir d'une partie de la traverse (06), qui est disposée couchée par rapport à un dispositif d'assemblage de deux dispositifs de logement (07) conçu pour le logement commun d'un rouleau (03), entre ces deux dispositifs de logement (07), dans une direction qui est perpendiculaire à ce dispositif d'assemblage.
  13. Procédé d'utilisation d'un changeur de rouleau (01) avec un dispositif de sécurité, le changeur de rouleau (01) comprenant une partie de logement et/ou de transfert et, à proximité du changeur de rouleau (01), se trouve une partie de sécurité (17) accessible par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un accès (16), séparée d'un environnement par le changeur de rouleau (01) et/ou au moins un agrégat et/ou au moins un dispositif de verrouillage (14), le changeur de rouleau (01) comprenant une zone de sécurité (57) qui contient la zone de logement et/ou de transfert, au moins un moyen de transport (52) étant déplacé et/ou pouvant être déplacé à travers une ouverture (63) entre une position à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57) et la zone de logement et/ou de transfert du changeur de rouleau (01), disposée à l'intérieur de la zone de sécurité (57), caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une première protection (62) est déplacée de façon à obturer ou à dégager au moins partiellement l'ouverture (63) de la zone de sécurité (57) en direction de la partie de sécurité (17) et ce que l'au moins un moyen de transport (52), mobile entre la position à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57) et la zone de logement et/ou de transfert du changeur de rouleau (01) disposée à l'intérieur de la zone de sécurité (57), est conçu comme au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) pouvant transporter au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) et/ou au moins un récipient de rouleaux et/ou de manchons restants (13), et en ce que, dans un état de fonctionnement, la protection (62) est fermée et l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52) est disposé à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57) et en ce que, au moins temporairement, lorsque la protection (63) est fermée, à l'aide de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57), au moins une étape de travail est effectuée.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la partie de sécurité (17) comprend un dispositif de stockage intermédiaire (51) pour au moins un rouleau (03) disposé sur au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) et en ce que le dispositif de stockage intermédiaire (51) comprend, en plus d'au moins un rail d'alimentation et/ou d'au moins un rail d'évacuation, au moins un emplacement de stockage (53) différent de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau (03) disposé sur l'au moins un premier moyen de transport (11) peut être logé.
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que, en tant que l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), une table de transfert et/ou de levage (09) du changeur de rouleau (01) est utilisée et/ou en ce que, à l'intérieur de la zone de sécurité (57), un changement de rouleau est effectué, tandis que, à l'extérieur de la zone de sécurité (57), à l'aide de l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), l'au moins une étape de travail est effectuée et/ou en ce que l'au moins une étape de travail implique que des premiers moyens de transport (11) et/ou des rouleaux (03), disposés sur l'au moins un deuxième moyen de transport (52), sont pivotés à l'aide d'un dispositif (59) autour d'un axe vertical.
