Der Zapfen 11 wiederum wirkt durch die Ausnehmung 13 des linken Gehäuseteils 6 hindurch auf eine entsprechende Aufnahme (nicht ersichtlich) in der mechanischen Stelleinheit 3. Der Elektroantrieb 2 wird an der Antriebsaufnahme 14 der Getriebestufe 1 angebracht, wobei der besagte Bolzen des Elektroantriebs 2 in die Bolzenaufnahme 8 ragt. Der Bolzen des Elektroantriebs 2 treibt über das Zwischenrad 9 und den Zapfen 11 die mechanische Stelleinheit an. Es kommt in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sowohl zu einem örtlichen Versatz der Kraftübertragung auf die mechanische Stelleinheit 3, als auch durch entsprechende Dimensionierung der Zahnräder (7, 9, 10) zu einer Erhöhung oder Verringerung des Drehmomentes. Durch die äußere Form der Antriebsaufnahme 14 der Getriebestufe 1 ist gewährleistet, dass der gleiche Elektroantrieb 2 für unterschiedliche mechanische Stelleinheiten 3 und auch für unterschiedliche Getriebestufen 1 verwendet werden kann. Durch entsprechende Dimensionierung des Zahnrades 10 bzw. durch geeignete Wahl der Position des Zapfens 11 auf dem Zahnrad 10 ist es möglich, den zurückzulegenden Weg des Bolzens 11 zu verlängern oder zu verkürzen. Natürlich könnte die Getriebestufe 1 auch so ausgebildet werden, dass es weder zu einer Positionsänderung noch zu einer Drehmomentänderung durch die Getriebestufe 1 kommt.In Fig. 3 is an exploded view of the gear stage 1 to see, consisting of a right housing part 5 and a left housing part 6 between which a transmission 4 is located. Der Elektroantrieb 2 des Klappenantriebssystem 15 wirkt über die Getriebestufe 1 auf die mechanische Stelleinheit 3. Die mechanischen Stelleinheit 3 weist einen Stellarm 19 auf, der in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel in der Form eines Hebelwerkes ausgebildet ist. Über den Stellarm 19 ist in weiterer Folge die Klappe 18 bewegbar. Der Stellarm 19 der mechanischen Stelleinheit 3 könnte natürlich ebenso als einstückiger Hebel ausgebildet sein oder die mechanische Stelleinheit 3 könnte zum Beispiel mit einem Antriebsstummel ausgebildet sein, mit welchem ein weiterer Hebelarm verbindbar ist, um die Klappe 18 zu bewegen. Claims (9)

  1. A flap drive system (15) for a flap (18) mounted movably to a furniture carcass (17), the flap drive system (15) is arrangeable at a side wall of the furniture carcass (17), comprising
    - a mechanical actuating unit (3) having an actuating arm (19) which can be connected to the flap (18) and a force storage means acting on the actuating arm (19),
    - an electric drive (2) fixed to the mechanical actuating unit (3) for driving the flap (18), the electric drive (2) having at least one electric motor, and
    - a transmission stage (1) which permits a transmission of force from the electric drive (2) to the mechanical actuating unit (3),
    wherein the transmission stage (1) is in the form of a self-contained component having a housing which is independent of the mechanical actuating unit (3) and the electric drive (2),
    wherein the mechanical actuating unit (3) comprises a side surface (31) to be attached to a side wall of the furniture carcass (17) and a side surface (32) opposite to the side surface (31) where the mechanical actuating unit (3) is plate-shaped and where a first plate-shaped housing portion (6) of the transmission stage (1) is arrangeable, characterized in that the transmission stage (1) comprises a second housing portion (5) arranged opposite to a first housing portion (6) and being configured as a flat plate, where a side surface (21) of the electric drive (2) being configured as a flat plate is arrangeable, wherein the mechanic actuation unit (3), the transmission stage (1) and the electric drive (2) can respectively be connected together in such a way that their side surfaces (32, 6, 5, 21) lie against each other.
  2. A flap drive system as set forth in claim 1 characterized in that the electric drive (2) has a further transmission stage.
  3. A flap drive system as set forth in claim 1 or claim 2 characterized in that the transmission of force from the electric drive (2) to the mechanical actuating unit (3) can be locally displaced by the transmission (4) of the transmission stage (1).
  4. A flap drive system as set forth in one of claims 1 through 3 characterized in that the transmission (4) of the transmission stage (1) causes an increase or a reduction in the length of the travel path described by a projection (11) of the transmission stage (1).
  5. A flap drive system as set forth one of claims 1 through 4 characterized in that the transmission (4) of the transmission stage (1) causes an increase or reduction in torque from the electric motor (2) to the mechanical actuating unit (3).
  6. A flap drive system as set forth in one of claims 1 through 5 characterized in that the transmission stage (1) has at least one drive mounting (14) to which the electric drive (2) can be mounted.
  7. A flap drive system as set forth in one of claims 1 through 6 characterized in that the transmission stage (1) can be fixed to the actuating unit (3) or to the furniture carcass (17) even when the actuating unit (3) is already mounted to the furniture carcass (17).
  8. A flap drive system as set forth in one of claims 1 through 7 characterized in that the mechanical actuating unit (3), the transmission stage (1) and the electric drive (2) are adapted to be releasably assembled together.
  9. An article of furniture having a furniture carcass and a flap mounted movably to or in the furniture carcass, characterized by a flap drive system (15) as set forth in one of claims 1 through 12, that is arranged on the furniture carcass (17).
