Claims (5)
- Agencement hydraulique d'un broyeur à cylindres, dans lequel des cylindres de broyage roulent sur un plateau de broyage rotatif et sur un lit de broyage formé au-dessus par du produit à broyer et sont pressés élastiquement sur le produit à broyer à l'aide d'un système de suspension hydropneumatique (10),
dans lequel à chaque cylindre de broyage est associé un système de suspension hydropneumatique (10) avec une unité de suspension (11) et au moins un vérin hydraulique (12), et
chaque système de suspension hydropneumatique (10) comprend, outre l'unité de suspension (11), sa propre unité d'alimentation hydraulique (20) et son propre accumulateur (22), qui sont placés l'un près de l'autre et près de l'unité de suspension (11) et sont reliés entre eux ou bien avec l'unité de suspension (11) par des conduites courtes,
caractérisé
en ce que les vérins hydrauliques (12) des systèmes de suspension hydropneumatique (10) peuvent être chargés des deux côtés,
en ce que chaque unité d'alimentation hydraulique (20) est conformée en unité hydraulique compacte et est logée dans une armoire hydraulique (25) de façon prémontée et facile d'entretien, chaque armoire hydraulique (25) avec l'accumulateur (22) associé étant placée et reliée en ligne directe avec l'unité de suspension (11) d'un cylindre de broyage, et
en ce que chaque accumulateur (22), qui comprend un accumulateur hydraulique à piston (16) et un accumulateur hydraulique à vessie (17), est conformé en unité compacte et est placé en ligne directe avec l'unité de suspension associée (11) d'un cylindre de broyage et est disposé par l'intermédiaire de conduits hydrauliques courts (24) ainsi que directement devant l'armoire hydraulique (25), à laquelle il est relié par des conduites courtes (23). - Agencement hydraulique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque armoire hydraulique (25) est placée sur un réservoir d'huile (26) et peut être retirée du réservoir d'huile (26) et remplacée.
- Agencement hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un système de régulation de la pression de broyage est prévu, avec lequel une pression quasi uniforme des cylindres de broyage d'un broyeur à cylindres, au moins des cylindres de broyage mutuellement opposés, peut être ajustée.
- Agencement hydraulique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le système de régulation de la pression de broyage comprend, au niveau des unités de suspension, des capteurs pour mesurer la pression de l'huile.
- Agencement hydraulique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque vérin hydraulique (12) d'une unité de suspension (11) est relié au cylindre de broyage associé par l'intermédiaire d'un levier oscillant de cylindre de broyage (13), une tige (19) de piston d'un piston (18) placé dans le vérin hydraulique (12) étant fixée, par l'intermédiaire d'une tête (15) de tige, de manière articulée au levier oscillant (13) et au vérin hydraulique (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un oeillet articulé (14) sur la partie inférieure du broyeur ou sur le bâti (21) d'un module à cylindres.
