- A cask (1) in the assembled state and empty of liquid, according to any one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the hole (18) sealing means (19) is a part (19a) made of deformable plastic material, capable of deforming when subjected to a force corresponding to a known pressure exerted thereon, elastically actuated from outside the cask (1) in response to the injection, inside the cask, of the pressurized gas through the at least one hole (18), said part (19a) of the closing means (20), on the one hand, opening the hole (18) when pressurized gas is injected inside the cask, on the other hand, closing the hole (18) when the injection of the pressurized gas inside the cask (1) stops or when the cask (1) is pressurized.

- A set of means to be stiffly associated to form a cask (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 21, comprising:- a sealed and flexible bag (2), capable of containing the liquid, of withstanding an inner or outer pressure which can be exerted thereon, provide with an opining (3) through which the liquid contained therein can be respectively filled or drawn;- a container (4) adapted to receive the bag (2), having a stiffness adapted to withstand the pressure that may exist inside the cask and having an opening (6) adapted to the loading of the bag (2); and a lid (9) having the general shape of a cap, able to close the container (4) on the opening (6) side thereof, having a stiffness adapted to withstand the pressure that may exist inside the cask, having on one side an opening (11) and having, in an opposite end wall (12) an orifice (15) adapted to be opposite the opening of the bag (2) and in communication therewith; the container (4) and the lid (9) provided with complementary means (14) for stiff sealing association, being adapted to be stiffly and sealingly associated, with the two openings (6, 11) thereof being matched;- a part (21) forming the neck, structurally different from the lid (9), having a generally cylindrical shape, the outer side face (22a) of the part (21) forming the neck and the mating inner side face (16a) of the orifice (15) of the lid (9) being provided with complementary means (24) for stiff sealing association, with the part (21) forming the neck and the lid (9) being adapted to be stiffly and sealingly associated, with the part (21) forming the neck being adapted to pass through the lid (9), with the inner end thereof being adapted to be located inside the lid (9), with the part (21) forming the neck being adapted to extend outwardly from the cover (9) and the cask lid and to be located opposite the orifice (15) of the lid (9) and in communication therewith, with the bag (2) being able to be stiffly and sealingly associated with the part (21) forming the neck towards the inner end thereof;- a cover (25) comprising a hollow cylindrical side body (26) supporting means (27a) for closing the cask and means (27b) for drawing the liquid, with the inner side face (22a) of the part (21) forming the neck and the mating outer side face (26a) of the cover (25) body provided with complementary means (28) for stiff sealing association, being adapted to be stiffly and sealingly associated;- at least one hole (18), arranged in the container (4) and / or the lid (9), adapted to allow a pressurized gas to be injected into the cask (1) and outside the bag (2) to compress the bag (2);- tight closing means (19), adapted to selectively seal or open the hole (18) and, when these close the hole (18) to hold the overpressure existing inside the cask (1), with the closing means (19) and the container (4) and / or the lid (9) where the hole (18) is formed being provided with complementary means (20) for stiff sealing association.

- A method for packaging a liquid such as a pressurised beverage in a cask (1) especially adapted to storing and drawing such liquid according to any one of claims 1 to 21, wherein:- the set of means according to claim 23 is made available, with the bag (2) being empty of liquid and the liquid to be packaged is made available;- the bag (2) empty of liquid is stiffly and sealingly associated with the part (21) forming the neck;- the part (21) forming the neck - which is stiffly associated with the bag (2) - is stiffly and sealingly associated with the cover, the bag (2) being placed inside the lid (9); and the bag (2) is plated inside the container (4);- the container (4) and the lid (9) are then stiffly and sealingly associated;- the bag (2) is then filled with the liquid through the part (21) forming the neck and the pening (3) of the bag (2);- the cover (25) and the part (21) forming the neck are then stiffly and sealingly associated.
- A method according to claim 27, characterized in that once the container (4) and the lid (9) are stiffly and sealingly associated and the bag (2) is filled with the liquid, a pressurized gas is injected inside the cask (1) and outside the bag (2) to compress the bag (2) filled with the liquid, with the means closing the hole (18) closing the latter.
- A method according to any one of claims 27 and 28, wherein the cask (1) in the assembled state and empty of liquid according to claim 22, characterized in that once the bag (2) - part (21) forming the neck are assembler - the bag (2) having been attached to the part (21) forming the neck, but not yet filled with liquid - such assembly (2 + 21) is closed by means of a removable closing system in order to keep the bag (2) sterile and in that the closing system is removed before the bag (2) is filled with liquid.
