Claims (10)

  1. Elément de sécurité (12) destiné à la sécurisation d'objets de valeur (10), comprenant
    - une couche à effet (40), variable optiquement, qui offre, sous différents angles d'observation, différentes impressions de couleur,
    - et une couche d'encre non variable optiquement (32) qui, au moins dans une zone de recouvrement, est recouverte par la couche à effet et y inclut au moins une première zone partielle (34) à première impression constante de couleur et une deuxième zone partielle (36) à deuxième impression constante de couleur différente, cependant que
    - l'élément de sécurité comporte une marque individualisante (14) qui est générée au moins dans la zone de recouvrement de la couche à effet et couche d'encre et qui, respectivement dans une première zone partielle (16, 18), montre la première ou deuxième impression constante de couleur, caractérise en ce que l'élément de sécurité comporte un substrat (30) sur lequel, dans cet ordre, la couche d'encre non variable optiquement et la couche à effet, variable optiquement, sont agencées, et en ce que
    - les zones partielles de la couche d'encre et la couche à effet sont accordées entre elles de telle façon que l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un premier angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la première impression constante de couleur, et l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un deuxième angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la deuxième impression constante de couleur, et en ce que
    - la couche à effet est réalisée sous forme essentiellement transparente, que, entre la couche à effet et la couche d'encre, une couche intermédiaire (38) couvrante sensible au laser est agencée, et que la marque est constituée par des évidements ou par des modifications transparentes locales de la couche intermédiaire générés par effet de rayonnement laser.
  2. Elément de sécuritée destiné à la sécurisation d'objets de valeur, comprenant un substrat sur lequel, dans cet ordre, une couche d'encre non variable optiquement et une couche à effet, variable optiquement, sont agencées, cependant que
    - la couche à effet, variable optiquement, offre, sous différents angles d'observation, différentes impressions de couleur,
    - la couche d'encre non variable optiquement est, au moins dans une zone de recouvrement, recouverte par la couche à effet et y inclut au moins une première zone partielle à première impression constante de couleur et une deuxième zone partielle à deuxième impression constante de couleur différente,
    - l'élément de sécurité comporte une marque individualisante qui est générée au moins dans la zone de recouvrement de la couche à effet et couche d'encre et qui, respectivement dans une première zone partielle, montre la première ou deuxième impression constante de couleur,
    - les zones partielles de la couche d'encre et la couche à effet sont accordées entre elles de telle façon que l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un premier angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la première impression constante de couleur, et l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un deuxième angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la deuxième impression constante de couleur, et
    - la couche à effet est réalisée sous forme essentiellement transparente, la couche d'encre comprend au moins un mélange d'encres sensible au laser, et la marque est constituée par des changements locaux de couleur dans le mélange d'encres sensible au laser générés par effet de rayonnement laser.
  3. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'encre montre un dégradé d'encre entre la première et deuxième impression constante de couleur, le dégradé d'encre étant généré de préférence par une pluralité de premiers et deuxièmes éléments d'encre juxtaposés, en particulier de rubans d'encre ou points de trame qui montrent respectivement la première ou deuxième impression constante de couleur et dont les parts de surface varient dans l'espace afin de générer un dégradé d'encre quasi-continu de la première à la deuxième impression de couleur.
  4. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'encre et/ou la couche à effet contient une substance caractéristique, en particulier une substance caractéristique magnétique, éléctroconductrice, luminescente ou absorbant l'infrarouge.
  5. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche à effet contient des pigments interférentiels monocouches ou multicouches ou des pigments cristaux liquides cholestériques.
  6. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la marque individualisante est poursuivie à l'extérieur de la zone de recouvrement, en particulier par un changement local d'une encre standard ou un changement local tel qu'un moussage ou un noircissement d'un substrat, et/ou en ce que la marque individualisante est réalisée sous forme tramée et représente de préférence une image en échelle de gris tramée ou une image en demiteintes colorée tramée.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'encre et la couche à effet sont, au moins dans la zone de recouvrement, revêtues d'une couche de vernis qui compense un différent effet mat ou brillant dans la zone de la marque et/ou en ce que les zones partielles de la marque à la première et deuxième impression de couleur représentent des informations en rapport l'une avec l'autre ou se complétant.
  8. Support de données, en particulier document de valeur tel que billet de banque, carte d'identification ou objet similaire, comprenant un élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 7, la marque individualisante étant de préférence poursuivie, au-delà de l'élément de sécurité, en repérage dans le support de données.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité selon une des revendications de 1 à 7, dans lequel
    - un substrat est mis à disposition,
    - une couche d'encre non variable optiquement est appliquée, laquelle, dans une zone de recouvrement, inclut au moins une première zone partielle à une première impression constante de couleur et une deuxième zone partielle à une deuxième impression constante de couleur différente,
    - une couche à effet, variable optiquement, est appliquée, laquelle offre, sous différents angles d'observation, différentes impressions de couleur, et laquelle, dans la zone de recouvrement, recouvre la couche d'encre non variable optiquement,
    - cependant que les zones partielles de la couche d'encre et la couche à effet sont accordées entre elles de telle façon que l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un premier angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la première impression constante de couleur, et l'impression variable de couleur de la couche à effet, sous un deuxième angle prédéterminé d'observation, correspond à la deuxième impression constante de couleur, et
    - au moins dans la zone de recouvrement de la couche à effet et couche d'encre, une marque individualisante est générée, laquelle, respectivement dans une première zone partielle, montre la première ou deuxième impression constante de couleur, à savoir par exposition au laser, en particulier avec un laser infrarouge tel qu'un laser CO2, Nd:YAG ou Nd:YVO4.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'encre et/ou la couche à effet, de préférence les deux couches, sont appliquées en un procédé d'impression.
