Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Bilden eines verdickten Kopfes (5) an einem Kopfende eines Metallstangenelements (2), wobei die Vorrichtung ausgestattet ist mit:
    - einer Klemmvorrichtung zum Klemmen des Metallstangenelements (2), wobei ein Endabschnitt mit dem Kopfende frei bleibt,
    - einem Verformungskörper (16) zur plastischen Verformung des Endabschnitts des Metallstangenelements (2), um den verdickten Kopf (5) zu bilden,
    - einer Antriebsvorrichtung zum Antreiben des Verformungskörpers (16), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Antriebsvorrichtung ausgestattet ist mit:
    - einer Antriebseinheit (18),
    - einem mit der Antriebseinheit (18) antreibbar verbundenes Übertragungselement (21), wobei das Übertragungselement (21) um eine Drehachse (22) schwenkbar ist und mit einer Nockenbahn (23) ausgestattet ist,
    - einem Hebelarm (24), der an einem Ende an der Nockenbahn (23) des Übertragungselements (21) anliegt und an einem gegenüberliegenden Ende mit dem Verformungskörper (16) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Hebelarm (24) um eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse (22) verlaufende Scharnierachse (27) schwenkbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Antriebseinheit eine lineare Antriebseinheit, wie beispielsweise einen Pneumatikzylinder (18), umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Antriebseinheit (18) mit einer Antriebsstange (19) ausgestattet ist, die hin- und her beweglich ist und die schwenkbar mit dem Übertragungselement (21) verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Nockenbahn (23) des Übertragungselements (21) eine gekrümmte Bahn umfasst,
    und
    wobei vorzugsweise die gekrümmte Bahn (23) mit einem Weg mit einem Startpunkt ausgestattet ist, und wobei jeder Punkt des Weges durch den Abstand zwischen diesem Punkt des Weges und der Drehachse (22) und dem Winkel zwischen der Verbindungslinie von diesem Punkt zur Drehachse (22) und der Verbindungslinie vom Startpunkt zur Drehachse (22) bestimmt ist, und wobei der Abstand direkt proportional zum Winkel ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Vorrichtung mit einem Anschlagelement (32) für das Kopfende des zu klemmenden Metallstangenelements (2) ausgestattet ist, wobei das Anschlagelement (32) in einer Richtung parallel zum zu klemmenden Stangenelement (2) verstellbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klemmvorrichtung mit einem festen Klemmkörper (14) und einem beweglichen Klemmkörper (15) ausgestattet ist, wobei der bewegliche Klemmkörper (15) beweglich ist zwischen einer ersten Position, in der das Metallstangenelement (2) zwischen die Klemmkörper (14, 15) gebracht werden kann, und einer zweiten Position, in der das Metallstangenelement (2) seitlich zwischen den Klemmkörpern (14, 15) eingespannt werden kann, wobei der Endabschnitt mit dem Kopfende frei bleibt.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Vorrichtung eine zweite Antriebseinrichtung umfasst, die konfiguriert ist, um den beweglichen Klemmkörper (15) anzutreiben, wobei die zweite Antriebseinrichtung ausgestattet ist mit:
    - einer zweiten Antriebseinheit (38),
    - einem zweiten Übertragungselement, das mit der zweiten Antriebseinheit (38) antreibbar verbunden ist, wobei das zweite Übertragungselement um eine Drehachse schwenkbar ist und mit einer Nockenbahn ausgestattet ist,
    - einem zweiten Hebelarm (44), der an einem Ende an der Nockenbahn des zweiten Übertragungselements anliegt und an einem gegenüberliegenden Ende mit dem beweglichen Klemmelement (15) ausgestattet ist, wobei der zweite Hebelarm (44) um eine im Wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse des zweiten Übertragungselements verlaufende Drehachse schwenkbar ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, wobei der feste Klemmkörper (14) und der bewegliche Klemmkörper (15) jeweils mit einer Klemmfläche (50, 51) ausgestattet sind, in der eine Längsnut (53, 54) ausgebildet ist, und wobei in der zweiten Position des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) die Klemmflächen (50, 51) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) so gegeneinander angeordnet sind, dass die Längsnuten (53, 54) einen Aufnahmehohlraum zur Aufnahme eines Teils des Metallstabelements (2) bilden, wobei der bewegliche Klemmkörper (15) mit einem hakenförmigen Vorsprung (56) ausgestattet ist, der von seiner Klemmfläche (51) vorsteht, und der feste Klemmkörper (14) mit einer in seiner Klemmfläche (50) ausgebildeten Aussparung (60) ausgestattet ist, und wobei in der zweiten Position des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) der hakenförmige Vorsprung (56) des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) in der Aussparung (60) des festen Klemmkörpers (14) aufgenommen ist,
    und
    wobei vorzugsweise der hakenförmige Vorsprung (56) konfiguriert ist, um, wenn die Klemmflächen (50, 51) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) aneinander anliegen und ein Metallstangenelement (2) im Aufnahmehohlraum aufgenommen ist, seitlich in das Metallstangenelement (2) einzugreifen, wenn sich diese aneinanderstoßenden Klemmflächen (50, 51) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) voneinander wegbewegen.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, wobei der hakenförmige Vorsprung (56) ausgestattet ist mit einem Trägerteil (57), das sich im Wesentlichen quer zur Klemmfläche (51) des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) erstreckt, und einem Hakenteil (58), das sich im Wesentlichen quer zum Trägerteil (57) in einem Abstand von der Längsnut (54) in der Klemmfläche (51) des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) erstreckt, und
    wobei vorzugsweise das Trägerteil (57) mit einer Stützfläche (59) zum Lagern des Metallstangenelements (2) darauf ausgestattet ist, und wobei die Stützfläche (59) in Bezug auf die Längsnut (54) des beweglichen Klemmkörpers (15) ausgerichtet ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei die Längsnuten (53, 54) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) jeweils mit mindestens einer Klemmrippe (61) ausgestattet sind, wobei die Klemmrippen (61) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie, wenn die Klemmflächen (50, 51) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) aneinander anliegen und ein Metallstangenelement (2) im Aufnahmehohlraum untergebracht ist, dieses Metallstangenelement (2) seitlich klemmen.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-10,
    wobei die Klemmkörper (14, 15) jeweils mit einer im Wesentlichen flachen Anschlagfläche (62, 63) ausgestattet sind, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längsnut (53, 54) erstreckt, wobei die Anschlagflächen (62, 63) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene ausgerichtet sind, und wobei der Verformungskörper (16) mit einer Verformungsfläche ausgestattet ist, die konfiguriert ist, um, wenn ein Metallstangenelement (2) mit einem Endabschnitt, der mit dem Kopfende ausgestattet ist und relativ zu den Anschlagflächen (62, 63) vorsteht, in dem Aufnahmehohlraum aufgenommen ist, diesen Endabschnitt plastisch zu verformen, um den verdickten Kopf (5) zu bilden, und
    wobei vorzugsweise der Verformungskörper (16) beweglich ist zwischen einer ersten Position, in der sich der Verformungskörper (16) in einem Abstand vom Kopfende des Metallstangenelements (2) befindet, und einer zweiten Position, in der der Verformungskörper (16) von der ersten Position zu den Anschlagflächen (62, 63) der Klemmkörper (14, 15) bewegt wurde und der Endabschnitt mit diesem Kopfende durch den Verformungskörper (16) plastisch verformt wurde, und
    wobei vorzugsweise die Verformungsfläche mit einem Verformungshohlraum ausgestattet ist, der im Wesentlichen dem zu bildenden verdickten Kopf (5) entspricht.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6-11,
    wobei der feste Klemmkörper (14) lösbar an der Vorrichtung befestigt ist, und wobei der bewegliche Klemmkörper (15) lösbar am zweiten Hebelarm (44) befestigt ist.
  13. Griffherstellungsvorrichtung zur Herstellung eines Metallgriffs für einen Behälter, die eine Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  14. Behältergriff-Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Metallgriffs an einem Behälter, umfassend eine Griffherstellungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13.
  15. Verfahren zum Bilden eines verdickten Kopfes (5) an den Kopfenden eines Metallstangenelements (2), wobei das Verfahren ausgestattet ist mit:
    - dem Klemmen des Metallstangenelements (2), während ein Endabschnitt mit einem Kopfstück frei bleibt,
    - der plastischen Verformung des Endabschnitts des Metallstangenelements (2) durch einen Verformungskörper (16), um den verdickten Kopf (5) zu bilden,
    - dem Antreiben des Verformungskörpers (16) durch eine Antriebseinrichtung, wobei die Antriebseinrichtung ausgestattet ist mit:
    - einer Antriebseinheit (18),
    - wobei die Antriebseinheit (18) ein Übertragungselement (21), das mit der Antriebseinheit (18) verbunden ist, antreibt, das Übertragungselement (21) um eine Schwenkachse (22) schwenkt und mit einer Nockenbahn (23) ausgestattet ist, einen Hebelarm (24), der an einem Ende an der Nockenbahn (23) des Übertragungselements (21) anliegt und an einem gegenüberliegenden Ende mit dem Verformungskörper (16) ausgestattet ist, Scharniere um eine Scharnierachse (27), die im Wesentlichen parallel zur Drehachse (22) verläuft.
