- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes de travail suivantes se déroulant en cadence pendant une course de travail:a) fermeture de l'outil et pinçage de la bande droite (7) entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (14, 15),b) découpage complet d'au moins un flan (8) hors de la bande droite (7) dans l'étape de découpage de précision (3),c) maintien du flan (8) en dessous du plan de matrice (ME) dans l'ouverture de coupe de la matrice (22) de l'étape de découpage de précision (3), serrage du flan (8) dans l'étape d'estampage (4) et descente du flan corrigé (8) dans l'étape de déformation (5) en dessous du plan de matrice (ME) par des forces de ressort séparées, indépendantes l'une de l'autre, produites en plus, lors de l'ouverture de l'outil,d) introduction horizontale d'un coulisseau transversal opérant sous 90° par rapport à la direction d'avance (VR) de la bande droite (7) entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (14, 15) en dessous de la bande droite (7) dans une position au-dessus de l'étape de coupe et de l'étape d'estampage pour saisir le flan respectif (8) sur le plan de matrice (ME),e) repoussage du flan (8) situé dans l'ouverture de coupe de l'étape de découpage de précision (3) dans un plan situé au-dessus du plan de matrice (ME) par l'éjecteur (24) dans l'étape de découpage de précision (3), libération du flan corrigé serré (8) et soulèvement des flans (8) par des systèmes d'entraînement séparés (32, 39, 50) opérant indépendamment l'un de l'autre dans l'étape d'estampage (4) et dans l'étape de déformation (5),f) saisie du flan repoussé dans le plan au-dessus du plan de matrice et libéré (8) par le coulisseau transversal (6) et envoi horizontal du flan (8) dans l'étape d'estampage (4) et l'étape de déformation (5) respectivement décalée vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'étape de découpage de précision (3) par un déplacement du coulisseau transversal (6) hors de la position de saisie de l'étape de découpage de précision (3) jusque dans la position de l'étape d'estampage (4) et ensuite de la position de saisie de l'étape d'estampage (4) à la position de l'étape de déformation (5) avec sortie simultanée de la pièce pliée terminée (2) hors de l'outil par le coulisseau transversal (6),g) fermeture de l'outil et nouvelles opérations effectuées simultanément de découpage de précision, correction de la bavure dans l'étape d'estampage (4) et pliage du flan corrigé (8) dans l'étape de déformation (5).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les forces appliquées en plus aux flans (8) pour le serrage ou le soulèvement dans l'étape d'estampage (4) et dans l'étape de déformation (5) sont produites de façon hydraulique et/ou mécanique et/ou pneumatique.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les flans (8) sont centrés par une force de ressort après leur envoi dans l'étape d'estampage (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux flans (8) disposés l'un derrière l'autre provenant de la bande droite (7) sont usinés simultanément dans des étapes de découpage de précision (3), des étapes d'estampage (4) et des étapes de déformation (5) respectivement séparées, dans lequel des coulisseaux transversaux communs (6) sont associés par étape de découpage de précision (3), étape d'estampage (4) et étape de déformation (5), qui travaillent en sens contraire de la direction d'avance (VR) de la bande droite (7) sous 90° l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise pour la correction des bavures des poinçons de presse (30) avec un rayon d'estampage défini.
- Outil composite progressif pour la fabrication de pièces pliées permettant la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon la revendication 1, composé d'une partie supérieure et d'une partie inférieure (15, 14) avec au moins une étape de découpage de précision (3) prévue pour le découpage d'un flan (8) hors d'une bande droite (7), qui comprend au moins une plaque de guidage ou de pression (21), une matrice (22), un poinçon de découpage (23) et un éjecteur (24), et avec une étape de déformation (5) composée d'un poinçon de pliage (44), d'un séparateur (43) et d'un contre-appui (47) pour le pliage du flan (8) à une forme prédéterminée, dans lequel l'étape de découpage de précision (3) est raccordée à un système d'entraînement hydraulique (27) et l'outil à l'état fermé pince la bande droite (7) et la libère à l'état ouvert, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque étape de découpage de précision (3) est associée une étape d'estampage (4) précédant l'étape de déformation (5), dans lequel l'étape d'estampage (4) et l'étape de déformation (5) sont raccordées à un système de sortie supplémentaire (32, 39, 50) pour soumettre séparément le flan (8) à une force supplémentaire en vue d'un serrage temporaire du flan (8) dans l'étape d'estampage (4) en dessous d'un plan du plan de matrice (ME) et pour expulser la pièce pliée terminée (2) hors de l'étape de déformation (5), et en ce que l'étape d'estampage (4) et l'étape de déformation (5) sont disposées, par rapport à l'étape de découpage de précision (3), normalement à la direction d'avance de la bande droite (7) et sont couplées par un coulisseau transversal commun (6) qui, lorsque l'outil est ouvert, peut être introduit et retiré entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure (14, 15) en dessous de la bande droite (7) horizontalement en alignement avec le plan de matrice (ME) pour saisir et déplacer les flans (8) de l'étape de découpage de précision (3) à l'étape d'estampage (4) et de l'étape d'estampage (4) à l'étape de déformation (5) ainsi que pour évacuer la pièce pliée terminée (2) hors de l'outil.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau transversal (6) est disposé, après son introduction, dans une position telle, par rapport à l'étape de découpage de précision (3) et à l'étape d'estampage (4), qu'il puisse saisir le flan (8) complètement découpé, repoussé hors de l'ouverture de coupe de la matrice (22) par l'éjecteur (24) dans le plan de matrice (ME) et déplacer avec son mouvement horizontal le flan (8) sous 90° par rapport à la direction d'avance (VR) le long du plan de matrice (ME) situé en dessous de la bande droite (7) dans l'étape d'estampage (4) disposée de façon décalée vers l'extérieur par rapport à l'étape de découpage de précision (3) dans la direction du mouvement de déplacement et composée au moins d'un poinçon d'estampage (30) et d'une enclume d'estampage (40) en vue de corriger la bavure au contour de découpage du flan et dans l'étape de déformation (5) disposée de nouveau de façon décalée vers l'extérieur dans la direction du mouvement de déplacement par rapport à l'étape d'estampage (4), dans lequel cette dernière est raccordée à une rampe (9) pour l'évacuation en chute libre de la pièce pliée terminée (2) hors de l'outil.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu au moins deux étapes de découpage de précision (3) disposées l'une derrière l'autre dans la direction d'avance (VR) de la bande droite (7), dont les étapes d'estampage (4) et de déformation (5) sont disposées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction normale à la direction d'avance (VR) de la bande droite (7), dans lequel les coulisseaux transversaux (6) de ces étapes sont orientés de façon à travailler en sens contraire l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'étape d'estampage (3) présente au moins un système d'entraînement supérieur et inférieur (32, 39) et l'étape de déformation présente au moins un autre système d'entraînement (50), qui sont indépendants les uns des autres.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le système d'entraînement supplémentaire (32, 39, 50) est un système hydraulique, pneumatique ou mécanique.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau transversal (6) présente une forme plate plane et est muni d'ouvertures de réception (18, 20), qui sont respectivement adaptées à la forme du flan (8) et des pièces terminées.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de réception (18) est associée à l'étape de découpage de précision (3) ainsi qu'à l'étape d'estampage (4) et est fermée en périphérie.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de réception (20) est associée à l'étape de déformation (5) et est ouverte du côté frontal.
- Outil composite progressif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de réception (18, 20) du coulisseau transversal (6) sont munies d'éléments de fixation (19) pour le maintien du flan (8, 8.1) en position correcte.
- Outil composite progressif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les poinçons d'estampage (30) et les estampeuses de forme intérieure (41) présentent un rayon d'estampage défini.
