Claims (3)

  1. Un système pour former des fibres par électrofilage, équipé des capillaires de filage localisés verticalement reliés à une source de haute tension ainsi que d'un dispositif à la réception des fibres formées localisé au-dessous des buses de ces capillaires relié à un dispositif de commande, caractérisé en ce que les capillaires de filage (1) sont installés dans la tête de filage (2) en matériau non conducteur, à l'intérieur de laquelle est placée une pièce d'écartement (3) en matériau conducteur, reliée à chacun capillaire (1), dotée en raccordement à une source de haute tension, mais la tête (2) est installée d'une manière coulissante par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme (4) du déplacement horizontal à un moteur d'entraînement, sur la glissière horizontale (5) dont les extrémités sont installées d'une manière coulissante, par l'intermédiaire d'un mécanisme (7) du déplacement vertical relié à un moteur d'entraînement, sur les bras verticaux (6) du châssis-support d'un système, en plus le système est équipé d'une pompe péristaltique à plusieurs voies (9) dont chacune des voies est reliée à un des capillaires de filage (1) localisée sur le bras horizontal (10) du châssis - support du système et [ast équipé] d'un élément de réchauffement sous forme d'un tunnel de séchage localisé à la sortie du dispositif (8) à la réception des fibres.
  2. Le système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la tâte (2) comprend au moins 32 capillaires localisés de préférence en quatre rangées, la distance entre eux de préférence de 3 cm dans une rangée et la distance entre les rangées de 6 cm.
  3. Le système selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'en tant que dispositif (8) à la réception des fibres formées de préférence est utilisé le cylindre ou le transporteur en métal monté d'une manière rotative.
