Das Aufschraubstück 1j weist im Querschnitt L-förmige Gestalt auf und ist auf dem Grundkörper der Türöffnerfalle 1 in unterschiedlicher Position über Rippen mittels nicht dargestellte Schrauben feststellbar, d.h. justierbar um die Türöffnerfalle 1 an die baulichen Verhältnisse anzupassen. Die Einstellung bei der Justierung erfolgt so, dass die Türöffnerfalle 1 mit ihrem Aufschraubstück 1j in der Schließstellung der Tür die Schlossfalle der Tür hintergreift und dabei an der Schlossfalle rüttelfest anliegt. In dem dargestellten Fall wirkt die Türöffnerfalle 1 mit einer Rückstellfeder 33 zusammen, die mit ihrem einen Ende an der Türöffnerfalle unmittelbar abgestützt ist und mit ihrem anderen Ende sich in dem Türöffnergehäuse 6 abstützt. Über diese Rückstellfeder 33 ist sichergestellt, dass die Türöffnerfalle 1 jeweils nach dem Öffnen der Tür wieder in ihre Schließstellung zurückgestellt wird, in der sie bei geschlossener Tür von der Schlossfalle hintergriffen mit dieser im Anschlag steht.The
Das Sperrventil 5 weist in dem dargestellten Fall einen Ventilstößel 5v auf, der in einer zylinderförmigen Magnetspule 5s angeordnet ist und mit einem plattenförmigen Magnetanker 5a stirnseitig starr verbunden ist. Der Ventilstößel 5v ist auf einer Rückstellfeder 5r abgestützt. Die Magnetspule 5s ist über einen Schalter 57 mit einer Spannungsquelle 58 verbunden. Der mit dem Magnetanker 5a verbundene Ventilstößel 5v wird in die Magnetspule 5s hineingezogen, wenn der Schalter 57 geschlossen ist. Dabei wird die Rückstellfeder 5r komprimiert. Der Ventilstößel 5v durchgreift mit seinem dem Magnetanker 5a abgewandten hinteren Endabschnitt die hydraulische Verbindungsleitung 56 und weist dort zwei axial hintereinander und senkrecht zur Längsachse angeordnete, um 90° gekreuzte Durchgangslöcher auf. Claims (15)
- Remote-controllable door opening mechanism for assembly in a door, having a preferably fixed door frame and a door wing mounted moveably thereon,
having a moveable door opening latch (1) and a remote-controllable blocking device, which operates indirectly or directly in conjunction with the door opening latch (1) in such a way that the door opening latch (1) can be switched into a blocking position and a release position, wherein the blocking device has an hydraulic circuit,
characterised in that a valve (5) and a working piston (2, 2k) are arranged in the hydraulic circuit,
wherein the working piston (2, 2k) operates actively indirectly or directly in cooperation with the door opening latch (1) as a blocking element (2) of the blocking device and
the valve (5) is designed as a remote-activated valve (5), which is switched in such a way that, when the valve (5) is in a closed position, the door opening latch (1) is in the blocking position and, when the valve (5) is in an open position, the door opening latch (1) is in the release position; and
in that a resetting device (3f, 30, 33) having an energy store is provided, which acts upon the working piston (2, 2k) and/or the door opening latch (1) in the sense of the setting of the blocking position. - Door opening mechanism according to claim 1,
characterised in that,
the valve (5) is designed as a valve (5) which can be activated electrically and/or mechanically and/or hydraulically and/or pneumatically. - Door opening mechanism according to claim 1 or 2,
characterised in that,
the valve (5) is designed as a valve with adjustable perfusion and/or as a blocking valve (5). - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,

the working piston (2k) or a section connected to the working piston (2k) operates directly in conjunction with the door opening latch (1) when stopped, or operates indirectly with the door opening latch (1) when a transmission gear unit (2w, 2s) is intercalated. - Door opening latch according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the resetting device (3, 30, 33) operates indirectly or directly in conjunction with the blocking element of the blocking device and with the working piston (2, 2k) in such a way, that the working piston (2, 2k) is reset into its blocking position, in which it supports the door opening latch (1) in the blocking position. - Door opening latch according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the resetting device (3) is designed as an hydraulic or pneumatic device, which is connected to the hydraulic circuit and has a balancing cylinder (3z) and a balancing piston (3k) guided therein, charged by the energy store, e.g. reset spring (3f). - Door opening mechanism according to claim 7,
characterised in that,
the energy store (3f) operating in conjunction with the balancing piston (3k) is dimensioned in such a way that the energy store establishes hydraulic pressure when the door is opened, which is able to reset the blocking element and/or the working piston (2k) into the blocking position. - Door opening mechanism according to claim 8,
characterised in that,
the energy store (3f) operating in conjunction with the balancing piston (3k) is dimensioned in such a way that the energy store establishes hydraulic pressure when the door is opened, which is able to move the door opening latch (1), together with the blocking element and/or the working piston (2k) into the position in which the door opening latch (1) stands in the blocking position when the door is closed and/or stops with the locking latch (90). - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the energy store is designed as a preferably mechanical spring device (33) without intercalation of the hydraulic circuit with its one end on the blocking element and/or the working piston (2k) or the door opening latch (1) and with its other end on the housing (6) of the door opening mechanism or is stabilised on a component arranged therein. - Door opening mechanism according to claim 11,
characterised in that,
the valve (5) is designed as an electrical magnet valve and the magnet valve has an axially moveable valve lifter (5v), which is designed as an anchor for the magnet valve,
in that the valve lifter (5v) has two perfusion channels which are displaced behind one another and axially to one other and are arranged at an angle, preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and intersect each other displaceably,
in that the valve lifter (5v) is designed rotatably around its longitudinal axis at a predetermined angle, preferably 90°, for switching the magnet valve between a working and an idle operative status, and is designed moveable along its longitudinal axis. - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
a preferably adjustable pressure-relief valve is arranged in the hydraulic circuit parallel to the blocking valve (5). - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
a supporting device (12) operating in conjunction with the door opening latch (1) and/or the working piston (2, 2k) is provided, which stops the door opening latch (1) or the working piston (2, 2k) after opening the door when the door is in an open position and which can be released during closing, preferably by the locking latch (90). - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
an intermediate stopping element (11) operating in conjunction with the door opening latch (1) and/or the working piston (2, 2k) is provided, which stops the door opening latch (1) in an already partly reset position after the door has been opened and which can be released during the closing of the door, preferably by the locking latch (90). - Door opening mechanism according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
a locking latch actuation device (12) is provided, which operates in conjunction with the locking latch (90) during opening and/or closing of the door, so as to bring the locking latch out of the stopping position with the door opening latch (1) or into the stopping position with the door opening latch (1).
