Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'ouvrages d'impression tels que des corps d'ouvrage, des livres, des brochures ou des périodiques constitué(e)s d'au moins deux produits imprimés comptant un ou plusieurs feuillet(s), ainsi que de suppléments insérés (7, 8), dans lequel lesdits produits imprimés et lesdits suppléments (7, 8) sont sélectivement regroupés sur un trajet de collecte (14), en vue de former des corps d'ouvrage (9) non reliés, sachant que plusieurs margeurs (12, 19), placés le long dudit trajet de collecte (14), délivrent respectivement lesdits produits imprimés et lesdits suppléments (7, 8) à des zones réceptrices (15) d'un dispositif de convoyage (16) en révolution continue, qui se succèdent à intervalles réguliers, procédé dans lequel
    • au moins une machine d'impression numérique (1) imprime séquentiellement les produits imprimés page à page, sur une feuille de papier continue (2),
    • à l'issue de l'impression, ladite feuille de papier continue (2) est sectionnée longitudinalement ou pliée longitudinalement en des bandes de largeurs égales, lesdites bandes sont ensuite débitées transversalement en des tronçons et lesdits tronçons sont respectivement rassemblés, dans des dispositifs d'empilement (3), en des piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs des corps d'ouvrage (9), imprimées séquentiellement,
    • lesdites piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs, imprimées séquentiellement, sont délivrées aux zones réceptrices (15) du dispositif de convoyage (16) le long du trajet de collecte (14), par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux margeurs (12) reliés à ladite machine d'impression numérique (1) à présence minimale,
    • au moins deux piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs, imprimées séquentiellement, sont respectivement délivrées audit dispositif de convoyage (16) ou à une zone réceptrice (15), par l'intermédiaire d'un margeur (12) respectif, en vue de former un ouvrage d'impression, et
    • au moins un supplément (7, 8) est délivré au corps d'ouvrage (9) au moins partiellement formé, par l'intermédiaire d'un margeur (19) respectif, entre deux piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs imprimées séquentiellement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les piles (4, 5, 6) de sous-blocs, imprimées séquentiellement, sont constituées de feuillets individuels et/ou de feuillets d'impression pliés.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que, par l'intermédiaire d'un margeur (12) respectif, les piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs, imprimées séquentiellement, sont délivrées à un corps d'ouvrage (9) au moins partiellement formé le long du trajet de collecte (14).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que les suppléments (7, 8) sont délivrés à la face supérieure d'un corps d'ouvrage (9) partiellement formé sur le trajet de collecte (14).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que le supplément (7, 8) est mis en applique sur la surface d'un corps d'ouvrage (9) partiellement formé, auquel il adhère.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le supplément (7, 8) est délivré, par un mécanisme d'impression numérique (22), à un corps d'ouvrage (9) au moins partiellement formé.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les corps d'ouvrage complets (9) sont reliés par encollage, par reliage hélicoïdal, par brochage agrafé ou par brochage cousu.
  8. Installation de fabrication d'ouvrages d'impression tels que des corps d'ouvrage, des livres, des brochures ou des périodiques constitué(e)s d'au moins deux produits imprimés comptant un ou plusieurs feuillet(s), ainsi que de suppléments insérés (7, 8), comprenant une machine de délivrance conjointe se présentant comme un dispositif de convoyage (16) formant un trajet de collecte (14), accomplissant une révolution continue et muni de zones réceptrices (15) qui se succèdent à intervalles réguliers le long de margeurs (12, 19) et qui sont alimentées en produits imprimés et en suppléments (7, 8), par l'intermédiaire desdits margeurs (12, 19), en vue de former des corps d'ouvrage (9) non reliés, ladite installation comprenant
    • au moins une machine d'impression numérique (1) imprimant séquentiellement les produits imprimés page à page, sur une feuille de papier continue (2),
    • un dispositif dans lequel ladite feuille de papier continue (2) est sectionnée longitudinalement ou pliée longitudinalement en des bandes de largeurs égales, à l'issue de l'impression, et lesdites bandes sont ensuite débitées transversalement en des tronçons,
    • des dispositifs d'empilement (3) dans lesquels lesdits tronçons sont respectivement rassemblés en des piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs des corps d'ouvrage (9), imprimées séquentiellement,
    • au moins deux margeurs (12) reliés à ladite machine d'impression numérique (1) à présence minimale,
    • au moins un margeur (19) qui délivre des suppléments (7, 8) et est interposé entre deux margeurs (12) délivrant respectivement, au dispositif de convoyage (16) ou aux zones réceptrices (15) de ce dernier, des piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels et/ou de sous-blocs, imprimées séquentiellement, à partir de ladite machine d'impression numérique (1) à présence minimale.
  9. Installation selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait que les piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels, et/ou de sous-blocs, sont délivrées aux margeurs (12) par l'intermédiaire d'un aiguillage (10).
  10. Installation selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que les piles (4, 5, 6) de feuillets individuels, et/ou de sous-blocs, sont délivrées aux margeurs (12) sur des trajets de convoyage distincts (11).
