Claims (8)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un paquet scellé (1) de papiers à rouler des cigarettes (9) à partir d'un paquet de papiers plats (2) formé par une partie de réceptacle ouverte (3) ayant une configuration parallélépipédique mince, dans laquelle lesdits papiers à rouler des cigarettes (9) sont contenus, et par un volet d'ouverture/fermeture supérieur (4), qui peut se déplacer librement par rapport à la partie de réceptacle (3) ; ladite partie de réceptacle (3) comprenant une paroi supérieure (8) rectangulaire ayant une taille plus grande que l'épaisseur dudit paquet (2) et présentant une ouverture (10) pour retirer lesdits papiers (9), et ledit volet supérieur (4) ayant également un profil rectangulaire et étant articulé le long d'un côté (11, 12) de celui-ci sur un bord périphérique correspondant de ladite partie de réceptacle (3) de manière à être reçu librement dans une position fermée sur la partie de réceptacle (3) et tourné dans une pluralité de positions d'ouverture à partir de ladite position fermée ; ledit procédé comprenant les étapes- d'avance dudit paquet (2) le long d'une direction d'alimentation (A) orthogonale audit côté d'articulation (11, 12) dudit volet supérieur (4) et opposée au côté d'ouverture du volet supérieur (4) ;- de superposition, audit volet supérieur (4), d'un film de revêtement (20) en plastique dépassant de chaque côté par rapport audit paquet (2) ;- d'avance de l'unité (22) consistant en ledit paquet (2) et ledit film (20) à travers un siège (23) agencé au-dessus de celle-ci et le long d'une direction d'élévation (B) orthogonale à ladite direction d'alimentation (A), de manière à obtenir le pliage en U dudit film (20) autour dudit paquet (2) avec les bords d'extrémité opposés (29, 30) s'étendant au-delà du fond du paquet (2) ;- de pliage du premier (29) desdits bords d'extrémité (29, 30) opposé au côté d'articulation (11, 12) dudit volet supérieur (4) sur une paroi de base (5) dudit paquet (2) en avançant un élément de fermeture supérieur (32) dudit siège (23) dans une direction (C) parallèle à ladite direction d'alimentation (A) et au-dessous du paquet (2) ;- de pliage du deuxième (30) desdits bords d'extrémité (29, 30) sur ledit premier bord d'extrémité (29) en faisant glisser ladite unité (22) sur un plan de transport (33) coplanaire avec ledit élément de fermeture (32) et le long d'une direction d'avance (C) parallèle à ladite direction d'alimentation (A) ;- de scellage desdits bords d'extrémité (29, 30) superposés de sorte que ledit film (20) prenne une configuration tubulaire ayant des bords latéraux (31) respectifs dépassant par rapport audit paquet (2) dans une direction orthogonale auxdites direction d'élévation (B) et d'avance (C) ; et- de pliage de chacun desdits bords latéraux (31) en faisant glisser ladite unité (22) sur des moyens de guidage (37) respectifs parallèles à ladite direction d'avance (C) ; et- de scellage desdits bords latéraux (31) pliés l'un à l'autre ;ladite étape d'avance de ladite unité (22) étant effectuée en élevant un élément mobile (26) coopérant avec la paroi de base (5) dudit paquet (2) ;
caractérisé en ce que ladite étape d'avance de ladite unité (22) est également effectuée en actionnant un élément de réaction (27) agissant sur ladite unité (22) du côté opposé audit élément mobile (26), ledit élément de réaction (27) comprenant un corps de support (27a) et une tête d'actionnement (27b) supportée par ledit corps de support (27a), ledit élément de réaction (27) étant chargé de manière élastique sur ladite unité (22). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément mobile (26) comporte une face de poussée (28) agissant sur la paroi de base (5) entière dudit paquet (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit élément de réaction (27) agit sur une partie intermédiaire dudit volet supérieur (4) dudit paquet (2) recouvert par ledit film (20).
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'avance dudit élément de fermeture (32) est effectuée pendant le retour dudit élément mobile (26) dans la position de départ.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le pliage dudit deuxième bord d'extrémité (30) est aidé par un volet mobile (35) s'étendant dans ledit siège (23) pendant l'avance de ladite unité (22) sur ledit plan de transport (33).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, dans lequel ledit volet mobile (35) peut être déplacé entre une configuration de retrait, dans laquelle il ne s'étend pas dans ledit siège (23) pour permettre le passage de ladite unité (22), et une configuration d'extension, dans laquelle il s'étend dans ledit siège (23) à partir d'une paroi de définition aval (25) du siège (23) ; ledit volet mobile (35) est agencé selon un angle par rapport à ladite direction d'avance (C) et sa distance par rapport à la paroi de base (5) dudit paquet (2) augmente vers l'extrémité libre de celui-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de pliage de chacun desdits bords latéraux (31) comprend l'étape de pliage, avec référence à ladite direction d'avance (C), d'une partie avant (40) et d'une partie arrière (41) dudit bord latéral (31) sur un côté (7) correspondant dudit paquet (2) par des actions de pression respectives exercées dans la direction d'avance (C) et dans la direction opposée à celle-ci.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite étape de pliage de chacun desdits bords latéraux (31) comprend l'étape d'engagement d'une partie supérieure (47) et d'une partie inférieure (48) dudit bord latéral (31) dans des rainures de guidage (45, 46) respectives desdits moyens de guidage (37) de manière à faire tourner les parties supérieure et inférieure vers ledit côté (7) dudit paquet (2).
