Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sectional door with individual articulated interconnected section elements, which are guided in laterally arranged rails by means of rollers.
  • a sectional door includes a portable, non-contact sensory device for detecting objects or persons in the region of its trajectory.
  • the WO 91/02132 A1 is a Sedgingaltorkonstrutation with several articulated door sections become known, which are variable by means of rollers in lateral guide rails.
  • a sensor system which is positioned at the lower portion of the door. In this case, objects or persons located during the closing movement of the door are detected, in order to avoid the door leaf being driven up onto them.
  • the sensor device consists of a projecting, below the lower edge of the door substantially vertically movable to perform in relation to the gate during the last part of the closing movement and in the first part of the door opening movement a backup. In order to make such a sensor system safe, this consists of a device that is hinged to the bottom section of the gate on this section. In this case, the device consists of a protruding, substantially vertically movable device, which is guided at a distance to a pivot point.
  • a motor-driven sectional door having corresponding stationary sensors with respect to the detection of objects, persons or the like within the range of the path of the sectional door is the US 5,233,185 refer to.
  • different arrangements of permanently installed sensors are shown.
  • fixed transmitter-receiver devices which are used to control the opening and / or closing operation of high-speed doors, shows the DE 36 03 940 A1 .
  • the transmitter-receiver devices consist of several modules, each consisting of a receiver with multiple transmitters. By controlling the transmitter, which is preferably designed as an infrared diode, a spatial triangular configuration can be achieved with the associated receiver.
  • a disadvantage of the above-mentioned embodiments is that the sensors are attached to the door leaf or sections, so that between the sensor and the laterally arranged guide remains an area that is not monitored. Furthermore, the leadership and winding of the electrical wiring is fraught with problems.
  • a construction with a securing unit which contains at least one element of the transmitter arrangement for a transmitter element or a deflecting element or at least one element of the receiver arrangement via a coupling device and is pivotably mounted on the door leaf about a pivot axis extending approximately parallel to the tilt axes, discloses DE 10 2004 014 182 B4 , This pivotal arrangement is very unstable and can be damaged when getting up on the floor by, for example, forklifts or people. Furthermore, an area below the door leaf is no longer monitored from a certain closure area.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a sectional door or the like with corresponding sensors for the closing area so that such assembly is easy to perform. Furthermore, such a sensor device should be retrofitted and cover the entire area below a closing edge of a section element, that is from the closed position to the open position of the same high safety standard, this should be the case even at high or higher speeds of the door. Another requirement of the task is that the arrangement of the sensory device should be chosen so that it can not be damaged by external influences and thus rendered unusable.
  • the teaching of the invention is characterized in that a sectional door with individual, mutually articulated section elements, which are guided in laterally arranged rails by means of rollers and storable, with a portable, non-contact sensory device for detecting objects or persons in the field of trajectory are equipped such that for the sensory device, a holding element is provided, which is arranged between the running rail and a lateral section element edge in this remaining gap.
  • the holder and arrangement is carried out via rolling elements within the lateral rails. By this arrangement, it is possible to monitor the entire lower closing edge of the last section element up to the closing point.
  • Such a sensory device is controlled in its substantially vertical displacement by the section element. An attachment of the sensory device to the door leaf or the like is not performed.
  • the reel holder is designed so that it is also moved over two roles as the individual sections of Sedgingaltorblattes within the lateral guide rails, but with a greater clearance than the guide elements of Sedgingaltorblattes.
  • connection to the lower section element is maintained by means of a driver.
  • this driver is on one side off-center, that is asymmetrically outside the spaced rollers, connected to the holder.
  • This connection creates a quasi-low moment, which has the consequence that the rollers are forcibly pressed into the track.
  • Another reason for the floating storage is that thereby virtually a constant distance between a bottom seal and the sensory device is maintained even when the sectional door is completely in its open position. This results in a substantially constant distance over the entire travel path of the sectional door leaf until the impact of the sensory device on the floor. This constant distance makes it possible, for example, that the driving speed of the sectional door leaf can be substantially higher than comparable gates on the market.
  • a use of such a sensory device can thus be carried out even with high-speed doors, because a larger braking distance is available due to the greater distance between the sensory device and the bottom seal.
  • the driver itself is preferably pivotally held on the roller holder or a fitting or the like of the sectional door. So that a sectional door equipped in this way can also easily enter the closed position, the holder for the sensory device is equipped such that it essentially carries out a vertical and thus translatory movement in the direction of the section element edge. This translational movement is made possible by the fact that a recess in the longitudinal direction is present within the holder, in which the roller holder is arranged displaceably. With the role holder together acts a corresponding spring element, which may include a tension or compression spring. By the spring element, the roller holder is fixed in position so that it moves on opening the sectional door from the shooting position, which includes a flush closing with the lower closure of the sectional element out.
  • the exit length of the sensory device can be determined accordingly. If you want to achieve a longer flow of the sensory device, so the holder is to be carried out correspondingly longer and within the holder and the recess.
  • the holder of the sensory device takes up no space on the section element, it is guided over its own roll holder within the running rail.
  • the space would be missing for the attachment of a fitting.
  • retrofitting or replacement of such a sensory device is easy to perform by this arrangement within the space between the section element edge and the running rail.
  • this is preferably designed as a flat component.
  • it has at its lower end an angled base, which is extended by a projecting portion, so as to be able to perform the attachment of a corresponding sensor element.
  • Such a component of a holder is preferably made of a stamped and bent part.
  • roller holder is designed differently in this preferred embodiment. Contrary to the first preferred embodiment, not two spaced rolling elements are present on the roll holder, but only one rolling element is rotatably connected to the roll holder, wherein the axis of the rolling element is simultaneously formed as a driver for the section element. However, it is also possible that the driver is attached separately to the roll holder.
  • the role holder as such is also slidably mounted in the sword-like design of the holder in a recess with sufficient play.
  • the second guide roller is arranged as a stationary rolling element directly, preferably at the upper end of the holder, rotatably mounted. While the rolling element is mounted rotatably mounted on the holder, the rolling element with the roller holder within the recess when hitting the holder and thus also the sensory device on the floor, performs the translational movement, in this embodiment, the rolling elements then move away from each other, It is understood that the roll holder is also spring-loaded in this embodiment, to get back to its original position after the extension. Both rolling elements are guided in the running rail.
  • the sensory device is preferably designed as a light barrier, which may be designed in the visible or in the non-visible area. In order to prevent damage to the electrical wiring of such light barriers, there is still a corresponding guide or fuse for such electrical lines on the holder.
  • Such photocells are intrinsically safe or error-proof.
  • sectional doors of the type described above which consist of individual sections, can be equipped with such sensory devices that are mounted on each side of the rails, high-speed doors, roller doors, garage doors or the like.
  • the section element 1 at the bottom which represents the closing edge with the floor of a bottom seal 2 and in the representation of FIG. 1 3.
  • the method is the sectional door with the section elements within a respective laterally arranged track rail 4.
  • the connection to the track rail 4 on the individual section elements is in the FIG. 1 not shown.
  • a holder 13 for a sensor holder 6 of the sensory device 5 is held or moved by means of rolling elements 12 with the section element 1.
  • the section element 1 is fastened via a securing cable 10 in conjunction with a holder 9 via a securing cable holder 11.
  • a gap 15 can be removed, which is located between the section element 1 and the running rail 4 itself.
  • the sensory device 5 has been introduced with the holder 13 according to the invention. It appears, that at the lower end of the holder 13, the sensor holder 6 rests on a base 20 of the holder 13.
  • FIG. 2 It is clear that the arrangement of the right and left existing sensory device 5 in the embodiment of the sectional door, the entire area of the trajectory below the bottom seal 2 is still monitored even if the bottom seal 2 is just before hitting the floor. This becomes possible by automatically pressing the sensory device 5 in the direction of movement 25.
  • opening the sectional door moves automatically due to a spring force of a spring element 18, the sensory device 5 in the direction of movement 24. This process of change of movement of the individual representation of the Figures 3 . 4 and 5 be removed.
  • Another advantage of the sensory device 5 is that the sword-like design of the holder 13, in conjunction with a long recess 17, this has a long displacement in the directions 24 and 25, which means the use of a longer braking distance for the Sekomaltorblatt. This also means that persons, objects or the like are detected earlier in the movement path 3. Furthermore, the holder 13 can be pushed very far with the door closed, which ensures good compression of the bottom seal 2.
  • the longitudinally extending recess 17 is present, in which a roller holder 19 is slidably disposed.
  • the rolling elements 12 are mounted rotatably.
  • the roller holder 19 is in the embodiment of FIG. 3 loaded by the spring element 18 in the form of a tension spring. In this case, due to the connection of the spring element 18 to the attachment point 22 and the roller holder 19 during a displacement of the spring element 18 against the base 20, the spring element 18 deflected and leaving the force, the spring elements 18 back to the starting position of FIG. 3 decline.
  • a driver 14 is articulated in this area, which is rotatably connected to the holder 9 of the section element 1.
  • the driver is eccentrically mounted on one side of the roller holder 19. This measure ensures that the rolling elements 12 are forcibly pressed into the running rail 4.
  • the roller holder 19 is pressed in the direction of movement 24.
  • the roller holder 19 is thereby pressed quasi floating within the recess 17 in the directions of movement 24 and 25.
  • the sensor holder 6 On the base 20 of the holder 13, the sensor holder 6 is shown. Within the sensor holder 6 is a transmitter 7 and a receiver 8 of the light barrier arrangement. The transmitter on the right side corresponds to a receiver on the left side of the sectional door.
  • the holder 13 has been shown again. Parallel to the recess 17, a wiring 21 for the wiring of the sensory device 5 is present.
  • the lower bottom-side region of the holder 13 forms the base 20, which is angled away from the flat component of the holder 13 and has a projecting region 23 in front and thus monitors a larger area than just the thickness of the section element 1.
  • FIG. 7 shows in a sectional view of the opened sectional door, wherein the section element 1 passes over a curved section 26 in the horizontal region.
  • the driver 14 and the sensory device 5 has been moved with the bracket 13 in the curved portion 26.
  • the holder 13 only partially follows the section element 1 in the curved section 26, so that the holder 13 is pivoted downwards to the floor due to gravity and the existing clearance in the running rail 4.
  • the distance between the sensor holder with the transmitter 7 and the receiver 8 and the bottom seal 2 with a sealing lip 29 and a bottom bead 30 is maintained as in a vertical position of the sectional door leaf.
  • the base 20 does not protrude beyond the frame 27 with its outer edge 28.
