Claims (14)

  1. Consumer unit comprising a so-called main electrical breaking module and at least one so-called outgoing individual electrical breaking module, said main module comprising at least one electrical breaking pole comprising a switch and, associated with the or each electrical breaking pole, electrical protection means against short-circuits suitable for actuating so-called first trip means making it possible to open the corresponding switch in case of short-circuit in the breaking circuits to be protected situated downstream of the corresponding breaking pole, the or each outgoing module comprising at least one circuit for thermal protection against electrical overloads, the or each circuit for protection against overloads comprising so-called second trip means suitable for actuating control means of the so-called first trip means of the main module so as to produce the opening of said switches in case of electrical overload in the circuits to be protected situated downstream of the abovementioned circuit for protection against overloads, these modules (1 to 11) being housed in a single-piece casing B, and these control means (26) comprising a single trip bar (35),
    characterized in that said bar (35) comprises a rectilinear beam (36) supported at its two opposite ends by two so-called end supports (37, 38) mounted to rotate inside the abovementioned casing B, said beam (36) being returned to the position of engagement with the so-called second trip means (26) of the outgoing modules (1 to 8) and being able to be driven in rotation by these same means so as to actuate the abovementioned so-called first trip means (26) of the main module (10, 11) in case of electrical overload in the circuits to be protected situated downstream of the abovementioned circuit for protection against overloads and in that one so-called first of the abovementioned supports (37) is mounted in a so-called reference intermediate module (9), interposed between the set of outgoing modules (1 to 8) and the so-called main protection module (10), said reference module (9) ensuring the referencing of the abovementioned beam (35) so that the latter is always in a correct position relative to the so-called first trip means (18 to 20) of the main module (10, 11).
  2. Consumer unit according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises, from one side to the other of said consumer unit T, outgoing modules (1 to 8), a main module (10) and a differential protection module (11).
  3. Consumer unit according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises a spring (47) fixed on one side to a support (48) of the reference module (9) and on the other side to the trip bar (35), so as to bias the trip bar (35).
  4. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the reference module (9) comprises a neutral terminal (31) intended for the electrical connection of the output conductors of the outgoing modules to said neutral terminal.
  5. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises an axis-forming rod (39) mounted to rotate relative to the casing B of the consumer unit, said rod passing through the mechanisms of the outgoing modules and forming the axis of rotation of said mechanisms, and in that the abovementioned two supports (37, 38) are fixed respectively to the two ends of said rod (39).
  6. Consumer unit according to Claim 5, characterized in that the articulated link between at least one of the abovementioned end supports (37, 38) and the abovementioned rod (39), is a link of joint type so as to neutralize the defects of alignment of the rod with the second support (38).
  7. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of the abovementioned sports (37, 38) comprises a counterweight (44, 45) suitable for preventing the unwanted tripping of the mechanisms of the outgoing (1 to 8) and main (10, 11) modules, when vibrations occur.
  8. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of the abovementioned supports (37, 38) comprises an opening (42, 43) extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the beam and in which one of the ends of the beam is slidably mounted.
  9. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said first support (37) comprises a portion of rod (46) extending parallel to the axis X of the beam (36) towards the so-called main module (10) and forming an actuation means for the so-called first trip means (18, 19, 20) of the so-called main module.
  10. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outgoing modules (1 to 8) and the main module (10, 11) are positioned relative to the reference module (9) via centring pins (32, 33, 34, 50, 51).
  11. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the width of the outgoing modules (1 to 8) parallel to the direction of alignment of the modules is 9 mm.
  12. Consumer unit according to any one of Claims 5 to 11, characterized in that it comprises two seals (40, 41) interposed respectively between the two ends of the rod and respectively the two supports (37, 38).
  13. Consumer unit according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the trip bar (35) comprises an abutment suitable for cooperating with a needle manipulated by the operator to perform a trip test.
  14. Consumer unit according to any one of Claims 2 to 13, characterized in that the differential protection module (11) comprises two earth terminals (29, 30) linked together.
