- Procédé de fabrication d'un arrangement de volet (5) pour un véhicule ferroviaire, en particulier pour un train à grande vitesse, des éléments mobiles (7, 8, 9) de l'arrangement de volet (5) étant mis à disposition, lesquels forment dans un état fermé une partie de la surface extérieure sur l'avant ou l'arrière du véhicule ferroviaire et recouvrent un dispositif de couplage (56) disposé dans l'avant ou l'arrière du véhicule ferroviaire et qui permettent dans un état ouvert d'utiliser le dispositif de couplage (56), trois des éléments mobiles (7, 8, 9) étant mis à disposition et les trois éléments mobiles (7, 8, 9) étant disposés de telle manière qu'un premier (7) des éléments mobiles (7, 8, 9) dans l'état fermé présente une ligne limite s'étendant à peu près horizontalement avec le deuxième (8) et troisième (9) éléments mobiles et le deuxième (8) et troisième (9) éléments mobiles dans l'état fermé présentent une ligne limite s'étendant à peu près verticalement l'un avec l'autre,
caractérisé en ce que
le premier élément mobile (7) est relié à un porte-volet (19) mobile en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (11) s'étendant à peu près horizontalement, qui présente deux branches (23a, 23b) reliées ensemble par une zone de liaison (24) en forme d'étrier de sorte que le premier élément mobile (7) puisse tourner pour l'ouverture et la fermeture de l'arrangement de volet (5) autour de l'axe de rotation s'étendant à peu près horizontalement (11).
