Definitions

  • the invention relates to a system for installing a finished window or the like prefabricate wall elements according to the preamble of the protection claim. 1
  • Ready-made windows also called monoblocks or double-glazed windows in the construction industry, enable an active, versatile interior design in a simple way. They usually consist of a peripheral frame, in which two glass panes are arranged parallel with distance from each other. This usually prefabricated in the factory “Monoblock” can be installed in a wall opening of a stud wall.
  • a stud wall is meant a built in the desired area of space framework of vertical and horizontal uprights or uprights elements on the outside in particular one or both sides plates, in particular lightweight panels in the form of plasterboard are preferably secured by screws.
  • the uprights or uprights have a wide variety of profile cross sections on, such as B. U, C, M or ⁇ profile cross-sections and are also called stator profiles.
  • stator walls can be constructed with one or more wall openings for the installation of prefabricated windows or similar wall elements.
  • subsequently formed wall opening of the stud walls are carried out, in which the prefabricated window elements are used and fixed, wherein joint areas are covered to the outside by screens.
  • fastening means in particular screws and sealants are used.
  • Fasteners are for example in the DE 101 34 396 C1 described which shows a combination of screws and mounting clips.
  • Deviations in the range of about +/- 2 to 7 mm can usually occur in the case of a stator wall designed for 100 mm thickness, with the effect that a custom-made ready-made window can no longer be fitted or installed properly in the stator wall. Committee would be the result.
  • Another possibility, such as a new custom tailor-made manufacturing of a finished window also does not provide a viable solution to the problem due to the high cost and time involved.
  • the window frame is usually made of aluminum, which makes a subsequent processing and adjustment of the finished window element or the like wall element either impossible or much more difficult.
  • a new individual window element must be completed with a new frame, which, however, only requires a precise profile dimension of the wall opening, or the stud wall to be adapted to the finished element.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a fastening system for inserting or installation of a finished window or the like finished wall elements so that finished windows or the like finished wall elements can be installed easily, easily and flexibly.
  • the system according to the invention with and for the installation of a finished window or the like prefabricated wall elements in a wall opening of a stud wall, characterized in that it comprises at least one tolerance adjustable angle element for attaching the finished window to the stud wall.
  • the stud walls are in this case formed essentially of horizontal and vertical stud profiles with which one or both sides attached plasterboard, wherein the plasterboard terminates with the edge of the stud profiles. It is advantageous that the stator walls are formed so that the wall opening for inserting the finished window at least on both sides, preferably circumferentially bounded by the uprights, from above and below by horizontal profiles and from the left and right, that is laterally, by vertical profiles. CW profiles are provided in particular as upright profiles.
  • stator walls constructed in this manner have, as standard, a stator wall thickness of 100 mm.
  • stator wall thicknesses often deviate from the standard value in practice due to tolerances.
  • the tolerances arise in particular in horizontal assembly of the wall construction, so when consolidating the plasterboard on the framework.
  • processing-related material doubling of the framework and / or frequently necessary Anspachtelfound can lead to deviations from the standard value of the stator wall.
  • angle element according to the invention it is possible according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention to compensate for a deviation of -4 mm to +7 mm.
  • the angle element in the form of an L-profile, one leg of which is preferably fastened by means of a screw on the stator wall. This attachment to the stud wall takes place on the stud profile through the gypsum plaster boards.
  • the second leg of the angle element is designed such that it can be fastened with respect to the central axis of the stator frame facing window frame in the x and / or y-direction adjustable on the window frame preferably by means of a screw connection. Due to the possibility of the x and / or y-direction adjustable attachment of the angle element to the window frame, the finished window element can be mounted tolerance adjustable. As a result, its installation is tuned stably and optimally to the stud wall thickness of the gypsum plasterboard, which have both one or no deviation from the standard stud wall.
  • the angle element in its second leg on an oblong hole which is obliquely set or inclined to the outer edge of the second leg. Due to the oblique position of the elongated hole, the displacement of the angle element in the x and y direction and thus the tolerance compensation of the stator wall thickness, in particular the strength of the plasterboard is possible.
  • the adjustment or displacement is infinitely variable, whereby a fine tolerance adjustment is possible.
  • the range of tolerance compensation can be varied by varying the sizes, such as length, orientation, inclination of the elongated hole.
  • the angle elements are arranged only on one side of the finished window element, which is very advantageous in terms of acoustic and fire-protected properties.
  • the fastening system comprises at least one attachable to the window frame fastener, preferably made Metal, which has at its two ends tabs for receiving angle elements, wherein the angle element instead of the elongated hole in its second leg has at least one open and substantially limited by U-shaped grooves for positive and / or non-positive cooperation with the tabs.
  • a gypsum fiber board can be relatively easily reshape, z. B. by cutting, whereby the window frame or a window frame from the window frames also subsequently optimally, individually and without much effort to the peculiarities of the stud wall is customizable.
  • a further advantage of the invention is that, when multiple prefabricated windows are installed next to one another, the prefabricated windows with window frames or window frames can be fastened together from a mineral product by means of an adhesive connection.
  • the interlinking profiles have the disadvantage that an additional frame must be installed between the adjacent windows.
  • the window frame can also be made of aluminum, steel, or wood or wood-based materials.
  • the glass plates or windows of the window are fastened by means of an adhesive connection to the window frame.
  • This ensures a secure hold of the two plates on the window frame, and on the window frame of window frames.
  • the plates can be used with different glass thicknesses up to a maximum glass thickness of 15 mm.
  • glass plates can have glass plates of different colors, patterns and, where appropriate, ornaments.

  • the system comprises in the final assembly state, at least one the angle element and the mounting bracket overlapping bezel, which has a substantially flat bezel strip and at least one perpendicular to this bezel strip applying web for insertion into the formed in the mounting angle U-grooves and For frictional interaction with a usable in the grooves seal molding. Due to the frictional force between the seal molding and the web, the web sits firmly in the U-groove. It can be achieved by the depth of insertion an adapted to the adjustable L-angle element arrangement of the cover strip.
  • the web at the top of two circumferential mutually arranged, protruding lips is adapted to the size of the U-grooves so that a secure hold of the web is ensured in the U-grooves with a gasket molding.
  • the lips are formed parallel to the bottom of the U-groove, whereby the interaction is reinforced with the sealing molding.
  • Other embodiments of the lips for example in the form of hooks, pins or the like are also conceivable.
  • the sealing molding is made of an elastic material, preferably made of sponge rubber.
  • the application of the sponge rubber achieves acoustic decoupling of the trim strip from the glass element. Further, by the length, i. H. the surface of the blank of the foam rubber, these forces of interaction are controlled and adjusted. The larger the area, the smaller the force. It should be noted that the blank of the sponge rubber must be at least as large as the circumference of the groove area in which the web is inserted in order to ensure a stable system.
  • the hinged strip strips are attached with their legs by means of an adhesive connection to the glass plate of the finished window and to the plasterboard of the stud wall.
