Claims (15)
- Machine de travail, en particulier machine de pliage de fil métallique ou de bande, pour le formage de pièces (32) passant par la machine de travail, avec un corps de base (12) de type paroi, se trouvant sur un fond (U), lequel présente un côté d'usinage avant et un côté d'usinage arrière (A, B), et avec au moins un groupe d'outils (14) pour l'usinage des pièces (32), sachant que le groupe d'outils (14) est ou peut être monté sur le côté d'usinage (A, B) avant ou arrière,
sachant que la machine de travail présente un dispositif de transport transversal (30) réalisé de telle manière que des pièces (32) à former peuvent être transportées d'un côté d'usinage, de préférence du côté d'usinage arrière (B), à l'autre côté d'usinage, de préférence le côté d'usinage avant (A), par une ouverture de passage (28) réalisée dans le corps de base (12), et en ce que les pièces (32) peuvent être directement amenées le long d'un sens de transport transversal (QT) sensiblement orthogonal aux plans des côtés d'usinage (A, B), en particulier le long d'un axe de pliage (BA) du groupe d'outil (14), au groupe d'outil (14) disposé dans la zone de l'ouverture de passage (28),
caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport transversal (30) est en liaison de transmission de force (38, 42) avec le groupe d'outil (14) de telle manière que des forces générées lors du formage des pièces (32) sont en appui au moins en partie sur le dispositif de transport transversal (30). - Machine de travail selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport transversal (30) présente un rail central (36) s'étendant au travers de l'ouverture de passage (28), le rail central étant réalisé de telle manière que des pièces (32) puissent être transportées le long de celui-ci.
- Machine de travail selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport transversal (30) est en appui au moyen d'un élément d'appui (38) sur le groupe d'outil (14) et/ou sur le côté d'usinage (A) du corps de base (12) sur lequel le groupe d'outil (14) est disposé.
- Machine de travail selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce que le rail central (36) est relié à l'élément d'appui (38).
- Machine de travail selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un mandrin de pliage (24) du groupe d'outil (14) est ou peut être relié au dispositif de transport transversal (30), en particulier au rail central (36) et/ou à l'élément d'appui (38).
- Machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport transversal (30) est configuré de telle manière qu'il puisse être relié au groupe d'outil (14) dans différentes positions relatives par rapport à celui-ci.
- Machine de travail selon les revendications 3 et 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'appui (38) est un disque de segment de cercle qui est en appui par son bord périphérique (72) dans un évidement (42) correspondant sur le groupe d'outil (14) et/ou sur le corps de base (12), sachant que le disque de segment de cercle (38) est disposé de préférence de manière concentrique à l'axe de pliage (BA), sachant que le disque de segment de cercle (38) est dimensionné de préférence de telle manière que des pièces (32) puissent être transportées le long de l'axe de pliage (BA) devant le disque de segment de cercle (38) vers le groupe d'outils (14).
- Machine de travail selon la revendication 2 ou l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7 en combinaison avec la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un chariot de transport (46) déplaçant les pièces (32) vers le groupe d'outil (14) est disposé de manière mobile sur le rail central (36).
- Machine de travail selon les revendications 2 et 8, caractérisée en ce que le rail central (36) est disposé de manière sensiblement concentrique au mandrin de pliage (24) du groupe d'outil (14).
- Machine de travail selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce qu'au dispositif de transport transversal (30) sont associés des rails de glissement de pièce (52-1, 52-2) latéraux et disposés parallèlement au rail central (36), sur lesquels des pièces (32) à transporter reposent de manière mobile, sachant que la distance entre les deux rails de glissement de pièce (52-1, 52-2) peut être réglée de préférence afin de l'adapter à la dimension des pièces (32) à transporter, sachant que les rails de glissement de pièce (52-1, 52-2) sont fixés de préférence de manière amovible au groupe d'outil (14) et/ou au corps de base (12) afin de pouvoir modifier leur position par rapport au rail central (36).
- Machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de transport (46) présente plusieurs éléments d'entraînement (48-1...48-7) pouvant être amenés en contact avec des pièces (32) respectives à transporter, qui peuvent être pivotés par rapport au rail central (36) autour de l'axe de transport (QT) et sont mobiles conjointement avec le chariot de transport (46) en allers-retours dans la direction de transport, sachant que les éléments d'entraînement (48-1...48-7) peuvent être pivotés de préférence entre une position d'entraînement, dans laquelle ils sont ou peuvent être amenés en contact avec les pièces (32), et une position de libération, dans laquelle ils peuvent être déplacés devant les pièces (32).
- Machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transport transversal (30) est fixé par une fixation (44) sur le côté d'usinage (B), éloigné du groupe d'outil (14), du corps de base (12).
- Machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que des pièces (32) peuvent être amenées sur le côté d'usinage (B) éloigné du groupe d'outil (14) du corps de base (12) le long du corps de base (12) sensiblement orthogonalement au sens de transport (QT) du dispositif de transport transversal (30).
- Machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte, sur le côté d'usinage (B) éloigné du groupe d'outil (14), un autre groupe d'outil couplé au dispositif de transport transversal (30) qui amène dans une préforme des pièces amenées avant leur transport de l'autre côté d'usinage (A).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une douille cylindrique en une pièce de type plaque en métal, en utilisant une machine de travail selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes :amenée des pièces (32) sur un côté d'usinage (B), de préférence du côté d'usinage arrière, de la machine de travail (10) ;de préférence prépliage des pièces (32), en particulier pliage des sections d'extrémité extérieures (32-1, 32-2) des pièces (32) ;transport des pièces (32) d'un côté d'usinage (B) à l'autre côté d'usinage (A), de préférence le côté d'usinage avant, directement dans un groupe d'outil monté sur ce côté d'usinage ;pliage de la pièce (32) dans le groupe d'outil (14) pour la douille finie, sachant que les extrémités (32-1, 32-2), se rencontrant lors du processus de pliage, de la pièce sont reliées entre elles de préférence à l'aide d'un rivetage établi lors du processus de pliage ;de préférence suite du transport de la douille dans un poste d'étalonnage, en particulier presse annulaire;expulsion de la douille finie.
