Abstract
Claims (6)
- Alliage d'acier pour un acier faiblement allié destiné à la fabrication de tubes d'acier hautement résistants, soudables, laminés à chaud et sans soudure, en particulier des tubes de construction, présentant la composition chimique suivante (% en masse) :0,15 à 0,18 % de C,0,20 à 0,40 % de Si,1,40 à 1,60 % de Mn,0,05 % de P au maximum,0,01 % de S au maximum,> 0,50 à 0,90 % de Cr,> 0,50 à 0,80 % de Mo,> 0,10 à 0,15 % de V,0,60 à 1,00 % de W,0,0130 à 0,0220 % de N,la partie restante étant constituée de fer comprenant des impuretés liées à la fusion, avec un apport éventuel d'un ou plusieurs des éléments Al, Ni, Nb et Ti, de sorte que les éléments d'alliage ajoutés en option présentent les teneurs suivantes :0,03 % d'A1 au maximum,0,40 % de Ni au maximum,0,04 % de Nb au maximum,0,04 % de Ti au maximum,à condition que le rapport V/N présente une valeur de 4 à 12 et que la teneur en Ni de l'acier n'atteigne pas une valeur supérieure à 0,40 %.
- Alliage d'acier selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
la teneur en W se situe dans la plage de 0,7 à 0,9 %. - Alliage d'acier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2,
caractérisé en ce que
l'apport en Cr, Mo et W s'élève au moins à 1,5 % en poids. - Tube d'acier soudable hautement résistant sans soudure, en particulier tube de construction fabriqué par laminage à chaud, suivi d'un traitement thermique, constitué d'un acier présentant la composition d'alliage suivante :0,15 à 0,18 % de C,0,20 à 0,40 % de Si,1,40 à 1,60 % de Mn,0,05 % de P au maximum,0,01 % de S au maximum,> 0,50 à 0,90 % de Cr,> 0,50 à 0,80 % de Mo,> 0,10 à 0,15 % de V,0,60 à 1,00 % de W,0,013 à 0,0220 % de N, avec4 ≤ V/N ≤ 12la partie restante étant représentée par du fer comprenant des impuretés liées à la fusion, contenant un ou plusieurs des éléments Al, Ni, Nb et Ti, de sorte que les éléments d'alliage ajoutés en option à l'alliage d'acier présentent les teneurs suivante :0,03 % d'A1 au maximum,0,40 % de Ni au maximum,0,04 % de Nb au maximum,0,04 % de Ti au maximum,et une teneur en Ti de 0,40 % au maximum.
- Tube de construction selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que :la teneur en W de l'alliage d'acier se situe dans la plage de 0,7 à 0,9 %.
- Tube de construction selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'apport en Cr, Mo et W s'élève au moins à 1,5 % en poids.
