Claims (20)

    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de commande (1) comprend un élément ressort (26), qui maintient élastiquement l'élément de commande (3) dans le premier plan de fonctionnement (2) et contre la résistance duquel l'élément de commande (3) peut être amené au deuxième plan de fonctionnement (12) par un mouvement de levage, et dans laquelle, lorsqu'on relâche l'élément de commande (3), celui-ci revient élastiquement dans le premier plan de fonctionnement, en ce qu'en tournant cet élément de commande (3) dans le premier plan de fonctionnement (2), on peut changer la température de l'eau provenant du point de prise d'eau (8) indépendamment de l'angle et de la position, et en ce qu'en tournant l'élément de commande (3) dans le deuxième plan de fonctionnement (12), on peut modifier le flux de l'eau provenant du point de prise d'eau (8) indépendamment de l'angle et de la position, l'attribution du premier et du deuxième plan de fonctionnement pour modifier la température ou le flux pouvant être intervertie en concevant le dispositif de commande (1).
  2. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le mouvement de levage est linéaire et peut se faire dans un sens de mouvement perpendiculaire aux deux plans de fonctionnement (2,12).
  3. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément ressort (26) est agencé entre le corps de base (6) et l'élément de commande (3) et réalisé de telle façon que sa résistance vient s'opposer à une pression sur l'élément de commande (3) pour déplacer ce dernier au deuxième plan de fonctionnement (12).
  4. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'élément ressort (26) est agencé entre le corps de base (6) et l'élément de commande (3) et réalisé de telle façon que sa résistance vient s'opposer à une traction au niveau de l'élément de commande (3) pour déplacer ce dernier au deuxième plan de fonctionnement (12).
  5. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un élément ressort (26) est sélectionnée à partir du groupe composé au moins d'un ressort en spirale, au moins d'un couple magnétique et au moins d'un élément piézoélectrique, ainsi que toute combinaison de ces éléments.
  6. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un premier capteur (16) et un deuxième capteur (17) pour une détection mécanique, optique, capacitive ou inductive du mouvement de levage et/ou du mouvement de rotation de l'élément de commande (3).
  7. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un commutateur rotatif avec un encodeur incrémentiel avec ou sans fonction «bouton-poussoir» pour la détection mécanique, optique, capacitive ou inductive du mouvement de levage et/ou du mouvement de rotation de l'élément de commande (3).
  8. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif d'indication visuel (21) qui est conçu pour indiquer les réglages actuels du dispositif de commande (1) ou du mitigeur (9).
  9. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'indication visuel (21) comprend une LED RGB ou plusieurs LED couleurs qui indiquent l'écoulement d'eau froide et/ou tiède et/ou chaude avec différentes couleurs.
  10. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'indication visuel (21) comprend une LED RGB, qui est installée au moins partiellement dans un anneau de plexiglas agencé au niveau du dispositif de commande (1) ou est intégrée dans cet anneau de plexiglas (25).
  11. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'indication visuel (21) comprend une LED RGB et/ou plusieurs LED couleurs qui sont agencées à distance du dispositif de commande (1).
  12. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la commande électronique (4) pour ouvrir le mitigeur à commande électronique (9) est réalisée de façon à pouvoir être activée, cette activation de la commande électronique (4) se faisant au moyen d'au moins un mouvement de levage de l'élément de commande (3) par un opérateur.
  13. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la commande électronique (4) est conçue de telle façon qu'elle amène, avec un seul mouvement de levage de l'élément de commande (3), le mitigeur à commande électronique (9) à libérer un écoulement d'eau froide depuis le point de prise d'eau (8).
  14. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la commande électronique (4) est conçue de telle façon qu'elle amène, avec deux mouvements de levage de l'élément de commande (3), le mitigeur à commande électronique (9) à libérer un écoulement d'eau tiède depuis le point de prise d'eau (8).
  15. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que la commande électronique (4) est conçue de telle façon qu'elle amène, avec trois mouvements de levage de l'élément de commande (3), le mitigeur à commande électronique (9) à libérer un écoulement d'eau chaude depuis le point de prise d'eau (8).
  16. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications 13, 14, ou 15, caractérisée en ce que la commande électronique (4) comprend un mode mémoire qui peut être activé par le biais d'une durée d'activation en arrêtant momentanément l'élément de commande (3) sur le deuxième plan (12), de telle sorte que les valeurs modifiées sont mémorisées et seront activées la prochaine fois que de l'eau sera tirée.
  17. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un émetteur sonore (18) qui est conçu pour émettre un signal sonore pour confirmer chaque mouvement de levage de l'élément de commande (3).
  18. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est réalisée de façon à pouvoir être intégrée dans un point de prise d'eau (8), agencée au niveau d'une surface (19) d'un point de prise d'eau (8) ou séparée de ce point de prise d'eau (8).
  19. Robinetterie sanitaire selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif de transmission (20) qui est conçu pour transmettre les ordres de commande de l'élément de commande (3) à la commande électronique (4), ce dispositif de transmission (20) étant réalisé avec ou sans fil.
  20. Robinetterie sanitaire selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de transmission (20) est réalisé en outre pour la transmission sans fil d'énergie électrique à l'élément de commande (3).
