Abstract
Moderne innerstädtische Parkleitsysteme arbeiten nach einem einfachen Prinzip. Sind die Anzahl der Parkplätze sowie der Zufluss und der Abfluss der Fahrzeuge bekannt, lässt sich hieraus einfach die Verfügbarkeit freier Parkplätze bestimmen. Durch eine entsprechende Beschilderung der Zufahrtsstraßen und einer dynamischen Aktualisierung der Parkplatzinformationen lassen sich Fahrzeuge zu freien Parkplätzen navigieren. Prinzipbedingt ergeben sich hieraus aber die folgenden Beschränkungen, und zwar, dass die Parkflächen klar umgrenzt sein müssen, sowie muss der Zu- und Abgang der Fahrzeuge stets genau kontrolliert werden. Hierzu sind bauliche Maßnahmen, wie Schranken oder dergleichen, erforderlich. Es ist daher eine Navigation nur zu einer kleinen Zahl von freien Parkplätzen möglich. Die weitaus größere Anzahl von freien Parkplätzen am Straßenrand oder nicht kontrollierten Parkplätzen, werden jedoch nicht betrachtet.Modern inner-city parking guidance systems work according to a simple principle. Signposting the access roads and dynamically updating the parking information allows vehicles to navigate to free parking. Due to the principle, however, this results in the following restrictions, namely that the parking areas must be clearly defined, and the entry and exit of the vehicles must always be precisely controlled. For this purpose, structural measures, such as barriers or the like, are required. It is therefore possible to navigate only to a small number of free parking spaces. However, the far greater number of free parking spaces at the roadside or unchecked parking lots are not considered.
