Claims (19)
- Dispositif d'extraction de produits d'impression (4) aplatis, à partir d'une pile (19), et de transfert desdits produits d'impression (4) à un dispositif de transport (1) en défilement, comprenant un système de dissociation (11) conçu pour dissocier les produits d'impression (4) d'avec la pile (19), ainsi qu'un système rotatif de convoyage (13) dévolu au prélèvement des produits d'impression (4) dissociés, et à la délivrance audit dispositif de transport (1), ledit système de convoyage (13) comportant un axe de rotation (50), ainsi qu'au moins un organe de préhension (49) prélevant les produits d'impression (4) dans un plan de préhension (58), et ledit dispositif de transport (1) présentant une direction de transport (6), ainsi qu'un plan médian vertical (59) qui s'étend dans ladite direction de transport (6), et ledit axe de rotation (50) étant orienté au moins approximativement à angle droit par rapport audit plan médian (59), sachant que ledit plan de préhension (58) dudit organe de préhension (49) à présence minimale est situé, pour l'essentiel, dans ledit plan médian (59) du dispositif de transport (1), et sachant qu'il est prévu, dans la région située devant un poste de prélèvement (68) dédié aux produits d'impression (4) et interposé entre ledit système de dissociation (11) et ledit système de convoyage (13), au moins un moyen d'approvisionnement (73) qui présente lesdits produits d'impression (4) audit organe de préhension (49) par au moins un bord (18) orienté, pour l'essentiel, dans le plan de préhension (58) dudit organe, caractérisé par le fait que le moyen d'approvisionnement (73), à présence minimale, est réalisé sous la forme d'un magasin (10) voisin du système de convoyage (13), qui reçoit la pile (19) et est muni d'une butée (17), ainsi que du système de dissociation (11).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif (12) d'ouverture de feuillets est interposé entre le système de dissociation (11) et le dispositif de transport (1).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le système de convoyage (13) offre un rotor (47) entraîné et pourvu d'au moins un bras rotorique (48), un organe de préhension (49), doté d'une paire d'éléments (56) de préhension des produits d'impression (4), étant disposé sur chaque bras rotorique (48), et au moins un élément de préhension (56) de chaque paire étant de réalisation mobile.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le système de convoyage (13) est équipé d'un propre moteur d'entraînement (53), notamment d'un servomoteur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de préhension (49), à présence minimale, est fixé sur un levier de support (60) muni de première et seconde extrémités (61, 63), la première extrémité (61) dudit levier étant reliée à un bras rotorique (48) du rotor (47) par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation (62) et un galet de roulement (65), assigné à une came de commande (64) située sur un bâti (9) dudit dispositif, étant implanté sur la seconde extrémité (63) dudit levier.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe de préhension (49), à présence minimale, est relié à un élément de commande (66) affecté aux éléments de préhension (56) et implanté sur le levier de support (60).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif mesureur (67), dévolu à une mesure de l'épaisseur des produits d'impression (4), est installé sur l'organe de préhension (49) à présence minimale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (12) d'ouverture de feuillets est placé dans la région du système de convoyage (13), directement après le système de dissociation (11) dans une direction de convoyage (25) dudit système de convoyage (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (12) d'ouverture de feuillets comprend un système d'ouverture (29) et un élément de guidage (30) placé en aval dans la direction de convoyage (25).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que le système d'ouverture (29) comporte une lame pivotante (32).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de guidage (30) est réalisé en forme de croissant.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de guidage (30) comprend une partie d'entrée (36) et une partie de sortie (37), réalisées réglables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins une tête d'impression (43), et/ou au moins une tête d'encollage (43'), se trouve(nt) sur l'élément de guidage (30) et/ou sur le système d'amenée (71).
- Procédé d'extraction de produits d'impression (4) aplatis, à partir d'une pile (19), et de transfert desdits produits d'impression (4) à un dispositif de transport (1) en défilement, dans lequel les produits d'impression (4) sont dissociés d'avec la pile (19) au moyen d'un système de dissociation (11), sont prélevés, dans un plan de préhension (58), au moyen d'un système de convoyage (13) comportant un axe de rotation (50), ainsi qu'au moins un organe de préhension (49), puis sont délivrés audit dispositif de transport (1) au moins approximativement à angle droit par rapport audit axe de rotation (50), ledit dispositif de transport (1) présentant un plan médian vertical (59) orienté dans une direction de transport (6) dudit dispositif de transport (1), sachant que lesdits produits d'impression (4) sont prélevés, convoyés, puis transférés au dispositif de transport (1) pour l'essentiel dans le plan médian (59) dudit dispositif de transport (1), caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un moyen d'approvisionnement (73), placé dans la région située devant un poste de prélèvement (68) dédié aux produits d'impression (4) et interposé entre le système de dissociation (11) et le système de convoyage (13), présente lesdits produits d'impression (4) à l'organe de préhension (49) par au moins un bord (18) orienté, pour l'essentiel, dans le plan de préhension (58) dudit organe ; et par le fait que ledit moyen d'approvisionnement (73), à présence minimale, est réalisé sous la forme d'un magasin (10) voisin dudit système de convoyage (13), qui reçoit la pile (19) et est muni d'une butée (17), ainsi que dudit système de dissociation (11).
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que les produits d'impression (4) sont prélevés par le système de convoyage (13), au niveau d'un poste de prélèvement (68), directement à l'issue de la dissociation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que les produits d'impression (4) sont orientés devant le poste de prélèvement (68), par au moins un bord (18), pour l'essentiel vers le plan de préhension (58) de l'organe de préhension (49) à présence minimale.
- Procédé selon la revendication 15 ou 16, caractérisé par le fait que les produits d'impression (4) sont transférés au dispositif de transport (1) au niveau d'un poste de transfert (69), sachant que l'organe de préhension (49) à présence minimale est orienté, avant même d'atteindre le poste de prélèvement (68), parallèlement au bord (18) à présence minimale du produit d'impression (4) devant être prélevé, et parallèlement audit dispositif de transport (1) avant même d'atteindre ledit poste de transfert (69), cette orientation étant entretenue jusqu'à l'emplacement respectif succédant directement audit poste de prélèvement (68), ou audit poste de transfert (69).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que les produits d'impression (4) sont ouverts au cours de la délivrance ou du convoyage et sont transférés, à l'état ouvert, au dispositif de transport (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 15 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que les produits d'impression (4) sont revêtus d'inscriptions, et/ou encollés, au cours de la délivrance et/ou du convoyage.
