Claims (7)
- Procédé de fabrication de copeaux plats pour matériaux dérivés du bois orientés structure, avec les méthodes de procédé suivantes :1.1 Un produit primaire est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau contenant de la lignocellulose1.2 Le produit primaire possède une longueur comprise entre 20 et 200 mm ;1.3 Le produit primaire est soumis à un traitement hydrothermal, comprenant une thermothérapie ainsi qu'un traitement par humidification ;1.4 La durée d'application est d'au moins trois minutes et la température d'application est d'au moins 40 °C.1.5 Le produit primaire est soumis à un enlèvement de copeaux ou un fendage
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que de la chaleur sèche ou de la vapeur ou de l'eau chaude ou un bain marie ou un traitement par micro-ondes ou un traitement par haute fréquence est appliqué lors du traitement hydrothermal.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le traitement hydrothermal du produit primaire a lieu avant la mise en copeaux ou le fendage ou pendant la mise en copeaux ou le fendage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le produit primaire présente une humidité atro supérieure à 35 % après le traitement hydrothermal.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le traitement hydrothermal a lieu avec une pression sur-atmosphérique ou sous-atmosphérique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'enlèvement de copeaux du produit primaire a lieu dans des enleveurs de copeaux à lames montées sur anneau, des enleveurs de copeaux à lames montées sur hélice ou des enleveurs de copeaux à disques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé selon les caractéristiques suivantes :7.1 Le produit primaire (20) est alimenté par un enleveur de copeaux, comprenant une multitude de lames (4) qui s'articulent sur un anneau à lame, dont le tranchage se déroule au moins de façon approximativement parallèle à l'axe de l'anneau et qui enclavent un espace de travail ;7.2 Le produit primaire (20) est déplacé autour de l'axe de l'anneau à lames en rotation, ajusté pendant ce temps de la sorte qu'il soit pour l'essentiel parallèle à l'axe de l'anneau et que la force centrifuge appuie sur le tranchage de la lame (4) ;7.3 Les paramètres opératoires comme la forme de la lame, l'angle de la lame, sont choisis de telle façon qu'ils produisent des copeaux plats avec une épaisseur de copeau de 0,2 à 0,8 mm, de préférence de 0,2 à 0,6 mm ;7.4 Une phase de dépoussiérage pneumatique est placée en amont de la mise en copeaux afin de ne laisser passer que des produits primaires de dimension déterminée.7.5 Une phase de classification est montée en aval de la mise en copeaux afin de classer les copeaux selon des critères de forme, dimension ou poids.
