Claims (7)
- A building comprising at least one building aperture and a closure element (1', 1") which is mounted on the building in the building aperture in a rotatable manner about at least one rotational axis and which closes the building aperture in a closed position and in an open position permits the passage of a person through the building aperture, the closure element (1', 1") being able to be locked in the closed position against unauthorised opening by means of locking elements and the locking elements being able to be transferred by an actuating element (3, 3") from a locked position into an unlocked position in which the closure element (1', 1") may be rotated into the open position, by the actuating element (3, 3") being transferred from an initial position, in which the locking elements are located in the locked position, into an actuating position, in which the locking elements pass into the unlocked position, the actuating element (3, 3") being able to be blocked in the initial position by means of a blocking device and the blocking device being able to be transferred from a locked state, in which the actuating element (3, 3"), is blocked, into a released state, by a tripping device emitting a tripping signal, characterised in that the blocking device comprises at least one swing door opener (14, 14") which is arranged concealed on or in a casement frame profile, a transmission element (30) coupled to the actuating element (3, 3") being able to be blocked by the latch (19, 19") of the swing door opener (14, 14").
- The building according to Claim 1, characterised in that the actuating element (3, 3") is a panic unlocking element and is arranged on a side of the closure element (1', 1") facing the interior of the building, and in that the actuated position is an emergency position adopted in a panic situation.
- The building according to Claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the tripping device comprises a trip button, trip switch or trip sensor arranged at a distance from the closure element and which may be actuated by a person located in the interior or in a monitoring centre or identifies a person located there and in that the blocking device comprises an electromagnet which may be operated without current by means of the trigger device.
- The building according to Claim 2, characterised in that the panic unlocking element arranged on the closure element (1', 1") is a pivoting arm pivotably mounted about a horizontal axis and respectively fastened at both ends in an articulated manner to a casement frame profile or a horizontally extending push bar which, in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the closure element, is displaceable relative thereto and respectively fastened at both ends to a casement frame profile.
- The building according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the swing door opener (14, 14") is arranged on a side of the casement frame (2', 2") opposing a lock of the closure element (1', 1").
- The building according to Claim 4 and optionally according to Claim 5, characterised by an angular transmission element (30) which may be displaced by an actuating rod (28) of the push bar in the horizontal direction and by means of a blocking member (32) penetrates a concealed opening in the casement frame profile (33) and bears against the latch of the swing door opener (14").
- The building according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterised by at least two separate cables for the electromagnet, said cables being separate on the blocking device, extending at a distance from one another and being only brought together again immediately in front of the tripping device.
