Claims (15)

  1. Plieuse (1) pour une machine d'impression rotative à bobines comprenant :

    * une première nappe de bandes (6) formée d'un premier ensemble de bandes imprimées arrivant dans l'installation de coupe transversale (11) est coupée transversalement par l'installation de coupe transversale (11) en des premiers produits d'impression qui sont ensuite pliés transversalement par le cylindre collecteur (12) et le cylindre de pliage à volets (13),
    - une installation de coupe transversale complémentaire (21) telle que par exemple un cylindre à couteaux (21) ou une paire de cylindres de coupe,
    * une seconde nappe de bandes (7) formée d'un second ensemble de bandes imprimées (8, 9) étant découpée par l'installation de coupe transversale complémentaire (21) en des seconds produits d'impression, et
    - une installation de transfert (26) pour transférer les seconds produits d'impression provenant de la seconde nappe de bandes (7) sur un cylindre collecteur (12) de façon que chaque fois un premier et un second produit soient réunis sur le cylindre collecteur (12) et soient pliés en commun lors de leur transfert au cylindre à volets de pliage (13),
    plieuse caractérisée en ce que
    l'installation de coupe transversale (11) et l'installation de coupe complémentaire (21) sont précédées chacune d'au moins un cône de pliage (5, 16, 17), et

  7. Plieuse (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les cônes de l'installation de coupe longitudinale et/ou le cas échéant l'installation de coupe longitudinale en amont sont réglables en position de manière que la largeur du format du premier produit imprimé et celle du second produit imprimé soient variables.
  8. Procédé de pliage selon lequel on superpose des premiers produits d'impression et des seconds produits d'impression et on les plie transversalement en commun en ce que les premiers et les seconds produits d'impression de chaque fois deux installations de coupe transversale distinctes (11, 21) d'une plieuse (1), notamment d'une plieuse (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, provenant de nappes de bandes coupées transversalement et sont superposés sur un cylindre collecteur (12) garni des premiers et des seconds produits d'impression,
    procédé caractérisé en ce qu'
    un premier ensemble de premières bandes imprimées arrivant comme première nappe de bandes (6) dans l'installation de coupe transversale (11), passe en amont sur des cônes plieurs (5) et est coupé longitudinalement au milieu et un second ensemble de secondes bandes imprimées (8, 9) fournies à l'installation de coupe transversale complémentaire (21) arrivent comme seconde nappe de bandes (7) guidées en amont sur les cônes plieurs (16, 17) pour être pliées longitudinalement au milieu.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les premières et les secondes bandes imprimées (8, 9) sont de même largeur.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les premiers produits imprimés sont fournis au cylindre collecteur (12) sur un chemin direct passant sur l'installation de coupe transversale (11) associée au cylindre collecteur (12) et les seconds produits d'impression sont fournis au cylindre collecteur (12) par une installation de coupe transversale complémentaire (21), un cylindre collecteur complémentaire (22) et par une installation de transfert (26) entre le cylindre collecteur (12) et le cylindre collecteur complémentaire (22), notamment un cylindre plieur à pointillés (26).
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 8, 9, 10,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le premier ensemble de bandes imprimées superposées, arrivant comme première nappe de bandes (6) dans l'installation de coupe transversale (11) et le second ensemble de bandes imprimées (8, 9) arrivant dans l'installation de coupe transversale (21) comme seconde nappe de bandes (7), sont différentes l'une de l'autre.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les seconds produits d'impression sont collectés de manière simple ou multiple sur le cylindre collecteur complémentaire (22) avant d'être transférés à un premier produit d'impression sur le cylindre collecteur (12).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les seconds produits d'impression sont au format « feuille large » (Broadsheet) et les premiers produits d'impression sont au format « tabloïde ».
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 8 à 13,
    caractérisé en ce que
    pour les seconds produits d'impression, on a superposé deux bandes imprimées et les seconds produits d'impression sont collectés de manière simple ou multiple sur le cylindre collecteur complémentaire (22) de façon que chaque produit final présente quatre feuillets en grand format et un feuillet en petit format.
