Claims (8)

  1. Method for separate installation and removal of a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (5), which is used as an oscillation drive, in the oscillation exchange unit (1) of an oscillation device, which is constructed as frame oscillation, of a continuous casting mould capable of oscillatory movement, characterised in that the installation and removal is carried out directly through a mounting opening (4) provided in the oscillation exchange unit (1) for the installation and removal, wherein the piston-cylinder unit (5) for installation thereof is brought up to the oscillation exchange unit (1) with the help of a movable mounting device (10, 20) with a supporting function and is pushed horizontally into the mounting opening (4), wherein the piston-cylinder unit (5) comprises a cylinder plate (6) and the piston-cylinder unit (5) is secured by means of the cylinder plate (6) to an inwardly projecting web (4') of the receiving opening (4) and for removal thereof is extracted from the mounting opening (4) in a reverse procedure and removed from the oscillation exchange unit (1) and wherein the cylinder plate (6) for the mounting is lowered or raised on the inwardly projecting web (4').
  2. Oscillation device for oscillatory movement of a continuous casting mould and for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterised in that the oscillation device comprises an oscillation exchange unit (1) and a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (5) used as oscillatory drive, wherein the oscillation device is constructed as a frame oscillation system and integrated in the frame of the oscillation device is a mounting device for the piston-cylinder unit (5), which comprises a cylinder plate (6) and a mounting opening (4), which is arranged at one of the wide sides of the oscillation exchange unit (1), with an inwardly projecting web (4') is accessible from the outside so that the cylinder plate (6) for mounting can be lowered or raised on_the web (4') and wherein two insertion openings (9) are laterally present in the cylinder plate (6) for insertion of fork-shaped projecting plug mandrels (13) of a mounting device (10) for the installation and removal of the piston-cylinder unit (5) or a supporting transport pin (24) is arranged below the cylinder plate (6), the length of the pin corresponding with the internal spacing of two limbs (22) of a guide element (21) of a mounting device (20) for the installation and removal of the piston-cylinder unit (5).
  3. Oscillation device according to claim 2, characterised in that for coupling the piston-cylinder unit (5) with the oscillation exchange unit (1) a flange connection, which is arranged within the oscillation exchange unit (1), in the form of a quick-action coupling is present.
  4. Mounting device (10, 20) with a supporting function for separate installation and removal of a hydraulic piston-cylinder unit (5), which is used as an oscillatory drive, in the oscillation exchange unit (1) of an oscillation device, which is constructed as a frame oscillation system, for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterised in that the mounting device (10, 20) is so constructed that it can be moved by a crane or by an auxiliary hoist and that the piston-cylinder unit (5), which comprises the cylinder plate (6), can for demounting be pushed horizontally out of the mounting opening (4) at one of the wide sides of the oscillation exchange unit (1) and for mounting can be pushed back in again and the piston-cylinder unit (5) can, by the cylinder plate (6), be lowered or raised on an inwardly projecting web (4') of the receiving opening (4), wherein the mounting device (10) is formed from a supported support plate (14) which has fork-shaped protruding plug mandrels (13) at its front end (17) and is provided at both ends (16, 17) with crane hook loops (11, 12) or the mounting device (20) consists of a guide element (21) which is formed from two limbs (22), which are connected together by cross members (29, 29'), with lateral guide rails (22') and which is pivotable about a centrally arranged rotational axle (23).
  5. Mounting device according to claim 4, characterised in that the support plate (14) is loaded by a draw weight or draw cable (18) at its lower end (16) below the crane hook loop (11) for stabilisation during transport.
  6. Mounting device according to claim 4, characterised in that each limb (22) of the guide element (21) is provided below the rotational axle (23) with a respective passage opening for reception of a retaining pin (25), which can be plugged through, and is narrowed in step-shape at its front end (28).
  7. Mounting device according to claim 4 or 6, characterised in that the ends (23'), which project laterally out of the guide element (21), of the rotational axle (23) and a crane hook eye (26), which is arranged at the rear end of the guide element (21), are used for the crane suspension, wherein the crane hook eye (28) is also usable for attachment of a draw weight and/or draw cable (18) for pivotation of the guide element (21) into the horizontal position.
  8. Device according to claim 4, characterised in that for adaptation to the separate installation and removal and to the mounting devices (10, 20) used for that purpose the piston-cylinder unit (5) is secured to the lower side of the cylinder plate (6), wherein a piston rod (8) of the piston-cylinder unit (5) is inserted through a passage opening of the cylinder plate (6) and projects upwardly out of this.
