Abstract
Es wird eine flexible elektrische Leitung für ortsveränderliche Verbraucher angegeben, die mindestens zwei jeweils aus einem elektrischen Leiter und einer denselben umgebenden Isolierung bestehende Adern als Verseilelemente aufweist, welche um einen aus Isoliermaterial bestehenden Kern mit in Längsrichtung verlaufenden Dellen, in denen die Verseilelemente liegen, herum verseilt sind. In dem Kern ist zentral ein von einer Schicht aus Isoliermaterial umschlossener nichtmetallischer, zug- und stauchstabiler Träger angeordnet. Die Schicht aus Isoliermaterial besteht aus einem auf Dauer elastisch bleibenden, eindrückbaren Material, das die Innenzwickel zwischen den Verseilelementen vollständig ausfüllt, und sie ist von einer Gleitschicht aus einem Material mit gegenüber den Verseilelementen guten Gleiteigenschaften umgeben. The invention relates to a flexible electrical cable for portable consumers, comprising at least two cores, each consisting of an electrical conductor and an insulation surrounding the same, as stranding elements around a core made of insulating material with longitudinally extending dimples in which the stranding elements lie are stranded. In the core, a non-metallic, tensile and compression-resistant carrier enclosed by a layer of insulating material is centrally arranged. The layer of insulating material consists of a permanently elastic, compressible material which completely fills the inner gussets between the stranding elements, and is surrounded by a sliding layer of a material with good sliding properties in relation to the stranding elements.
