Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und ein System zum Markieren (Taggen) eines Analogsignals, z.B. eines Songs, über ein mobiles Endgerät (12), welches über ein Funknetzwerk (20) mit einem Server (42) verbindbar ist, wobei dem Endgerät ein erstes Betätigungselement, z.B. eine Taste (38) mit einer Markierungsfunktion zugewiesen ist,
wobei
das Endgerät einen internen Empfänger, z.B. FM-Tuner aufweist und bei Betätigung des ersten Betätigungselements eine Nachricht erzeugt wird, die
- wenigstens die aktuell eingestellte Sendefrequenz des internen Empfängers und optional Positionsdaten des Endgeräts oder die Sender-ID des aktuell eingestellten Senders und
- gegebenenfalls den Zeitpunkt der Betätigung des Betätigungselements enthält,
und/oder
eine Anzeigeeinrichtung (34) des Endgeräts zusammen mit wenigstens einem weiteren Betätigungselement (39,40) als Auswahleinrichtung benutzt wird, um einen Sender aus einer seitens des Servers angebotenen Sendertabelle auszuwählen, und bei Betätigung des ersten Betätigungselements eine Nachricht erzeugt wird, die dem Server die Betätigung des ersten Betätigungselements mitteilt und gegebenenfalls den Zeitpunkt der Betätigung des Betätigungselements enthält,

wobei die Nachricht
a) über das Funknetz an den Server (42) zur Identifizierung des Analogsignals und zur weiteren Verarbeitung des identifizierten Analogsignals , z.B. zum Download, gesendet,
und/oder
b) mit Daten über den Zeitpunkt der Betätigung des Betätigungselements versehen und in einem im Endgerät vorgesehenen nicht flüchtigen Speicher (15) für eine spätere Übertragung an den Server (42) gespeichert wird.
