Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen elektrischen Zuheizer zur Lufterwärmung, insbesondere einen Zuheizer für ein Kraftfahrzeug, mit einem Schichtaufbau (10,12) umfassend ein wärmeerzeugendes Element (10) mit wenigstens einem PTC-Heizelement (30) und beidseitig an dem PTC-Heizelement (30) anliegenden Leiterbahnen (34;36) zur Bestromung des PTC-Heizelementes (5) und wenigstens ein mit dem wärmeerzeugenden Element (10) wärmeleitend verbundenes wärmeabgebendes Element (12), und mit einem den Schichtaufbau (10,12) aufnehmenden Gehäuse (2) sowie Kontaktzungen (14) zum Anschluss des Zuheizers an eine Stromquelle. Zur Verbesserung des Zuheizers im Hinblick auf einen möglichst guten und einfachen Anschluss an eine Stromquelle über ein Steckerelement und im Hinblick auf eine wirtschaftliche Herstellung des Zuheizers wird mit der vorliegenden Erfindung vorgeschlagen, die Kontaktzungen (14) durch gestanzte Blechstücke (112) auszubilden, die elektrisch mit ausgewählten Leiterbahnen (34) verbunden sind.
