Claims (11)
- Pistolet de distribution automatique pour le flexible de distribution de carburant d'une pompe distributrice d'essence de station-service pour la distribution de carburant diesel, comportant un tuyau de distribution (1), un logement (2) avec embouts de logement (3) et un collecteur de gouttes de récupération (4) avec rigole de récupération (5),
dans lequel le tuyau de distribution (1) s'emmanche dans les embouts de logement (3), dans lequel le collecteur de gouttes de récupération (4) est intégré dans les embouts de logement (3),
dans lequel la rigole de récupération (5) du collecteur de gouttes de récupération (4) est raccordée à une chambre de réceptacle (8) du collecteur de gouttes de récupération (4) disposée dans l'embout de logement (3), respectivement dans le logement (2),
caractérisé en ce que les embouts de logement (3) sont recouverts d'une housse de protection (11), dans lequel la housse de protection (11) est constituée d'un matériau plastique et dans lequel le matériau plastique est conçu de manière à rétrécir sous l'action du carburant diesel et d'entraîner ainsi une isolation étanche. - Pistolet de distribution selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le collecteur de gouttes de récupération (4) est en totalité intégré avec sa rigole de récupération (5) et sa chambre de réceptacle (8) dans les embouts de logement (3), respectivement dans le logement (2).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le côté intérieur de la paroi de protection du logement (6) du côté du tuyau de distribution forme la paroi extérieure de la rigole de récupération (5).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel la paroi de protection du logement (6) est constituée d'un métal, de préférence de l'aluminium.
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel la surface extérieure du tuyau de distribution (1) forme la paroi intérieure de la rigole de récupération (5).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel la rigole de récupération (5) est raccordée par l'intermédiaire d'au moins deux canaux d'étranglement (10) à la chambre de réceptacle (8).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel la chambre de réceptacle (8) s'étend sur au moins une partie de la circonférence du tuyau de distribution (1).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le côté intérieur de la paroi de protection du logement (6) du côté du tuyau de distribution forme la paroi extérieure de la chambre de réceptacle (8).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la surface extérieure du tuyau de distribution (1) forme la paroi intérieure de la chambre de réceptacle (8).
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'embout de logement (3) est encapsulé par une manchette de protection extérieure (12) enveloppant sa circonférence extérieure.
- Pistolet de distribution selon une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel au moins un joint d'étanchéité (13) disposé entre l'embout de logement (3) et le tuyau de distribution (1) isole de manière étanche l'espace intérieur du logement (14).
