Claims (7)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un revêtement, notamment pour laminés, comportant les étapes opératoires suivantes :a) déroulement d'un papier de revêtement de base d'un rouleau dans le but d'obtenir une bande de papier (10) ;b) humidification unilatérale de la bande de papier (10) avec un agent d'imprégnation (14) ;c) imprégnation de la bande de papier (10) dans son noyau et dosage de l'application d'un agent d'imprégnation prévu pour l'imprégnation ;d) application unilatérale humide dans humide d'une dispersion de résine/corindon brut (27) sur la bande de papier (10) et dosage de l'application ;e) application humide dans humide sur la face opposée d'une masse de revêtement (29) sur la bande de papier (10) ;f) dosage de la masse de revêtement appliquée (29) au moyen d'un dispositif de dosage, notamment d'au moins une racle (31, 32), jusqu'au poids d'application souhaité ;g) séchage de la bande de papier (10) en utilisant la totalité d'une longueur et d'une capacité de canal de séchage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, après imprégnation de la bande de papier (10), il y a un rinçage unilatéral de la bande de papier (10) par une dispersion de résine/corindon (27).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'application unilatérale humide dans humide de la masse de revêtement (29) prend la forme d'une application d'additif de résine.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la masse de revêtement (29) est conduite entre deux racles (31, 32).
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face inférieure de la bande de papier (10) est amenée contre la racle (31, 32) et raclée par la racle (31, 32).
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la masse de revêtement (29) est appliquée de manière homogène.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la masse de revêtement (29) est acheminée par une fente d'arrivée (33) de la bande de papier (10).
