Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de fractionnement d'aliments, notamment hachoir avec un boîtier (1) et un pilon (3) guidé en déplacement dans le boîtier (1) et comportant un outil de fractionnement (2),
    le pilon (3) étant susceptible d'être bloqué dans une position prédéfinissable par rapport au boîtier (1) et
    le pilon (3) étant déplaçable d'une position de repos précontrainte contre le boîtier (1) dans une position de travail, caractérisé en ce que le blocage peut s'obtenir par la poursuite du déplacement du pilon (3) par delà cette position de travail.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le blocage est réalisable par une rotation du pilon (3) autour de l'axe de déplacement (5) du pilon (3) défini dans le sens de déplacement.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au boîtier (1) est associé un mécanisme de guidage et de renvoi (6) avec des moyens de blocage.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mécanisme de guidage et de renvoi (6) comporte une pièce de renvoi (7) associée au pilon (3).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comportent au moins un tenon d'enclenchement.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comportent une lame à ressort.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le tenon d'enclenchement et/ou la lame à ressort (8) sont associés à la pièce de renvoi (7).
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comportent au moins un creux (9) ou évidement d'enclenchement pour l'enclenchement.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au creux (9) ou à l'évidement d'enclenchement est associée une inclinaison de guidage ou d'introduction (10) à l'extrémité d'une zone de rotation du mécanisme de guidage et de renvoi (6).
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage comportent une butée (12).
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de blocage sont conçus comme un mécanisme de blocage d'un stylo.
