Dementsprechend besteht die Gefahr, daß dann, wenn das Band sich vom Kabel löst, das Beschrif- tungsfeld bei Wiederverwendung des Universalbinders neu beschriftet werden muß. Es ist zwar noch vorgesehen, daß das Band dauerhaft mit dem zugeordneten Kabel bzw. Kabelabschnitt verbunden bleibt dadurch, daß der vorstehend erwähnte Ring mit einer Zange zugepreßt wird. Dadurch wird jedoch dauerhaft auf den Universalbinder eingewirkt derart, daß er bei Bedarf auch nur mittels eines weiteren Werkzeuges wieder vom Kabel bzw. Kabelabschnitt entfernt werden kann.
