Description
Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung Verfahren zur Herstellung der AbdeckungThe invention relates to a cover for walls, z. As for masonry, especially for the top of the masonry, wherein the cover on the wall or the masonry by means of a wall or the masonry crown cross arch is attachable or attachable. Moreover, the invention relates to methods for producing the cover
The building regulations stipulate that the walls, which are still under construction, must be covered and protected against penetrating moisture. Protection against wind and sun is also desirable. Ingress of water can damage the durability of a wall. Especially when freshly masonry walls get damp again on the mortar, it can cause cracks in the masonry later on. Such cracks must be repaired consuming as structural damage. Other wall constructions such as clam-shell wooden walls or concrete walls must also be protected from excessive wetting with rain or moisture during construction. In the past, sometimes very elaborate slatted and foil constructions were provisionally provided on the construction site, and these slipped over the masonry crowns. Although such devices provide sufficient protection against the weather, but can be lifted in strong winds from their position.
A disadvantage of this known cover that it must be assembled from the individual parts of the construction kit just described on the site. The items and their production are also relatively expensive.
The present invention has therefore set itself the task of providing a cover that is cheaper to manufacture and easier to assemble and allows easy slope mounting, and requires less space on site. Besides that is It is an object of the invention to provide a method for producing the cover.
This object is achieved in a cover in that the cover is designed as a bendy fabric by the meter and can be attached or fastened to the wall by means of a crown over the arch, the flexible fabric by the meter has at intervals bending elastic, omega-shaped, one-piece, provided with a scaling clamping arcs , wherein the clamping arches are formed undetachably connected to the bendable meter goods, at least some clamping arcs have a distance from each other, which is formed larger than the arc length of a clamping arc, and at least one clamping sheet is formed translatable by another clamping arch, and that the cover on an open Hollow section part can be arranged as an assembly and / or storage aid. The use of bend-soft meterware with connected clamping arches makes construction and usability of the cover much easier. Due to the special shape of the gripping arcs in the style of a Greek Omega, whereby this form could also be described as an open "O", the entire arch becomes particularly elastic. From the term omega-shaped according to the invention, a web is detected, which has no exact circular segment-like curve, but is sharpened or flatter shaped and / or whose free legs have no exact circular segment-like curves. The free legs of the clamping arches nestle with a suitable design of the bracket at least in places on the side walls of the wall, but preferably almost over its entire length to achieve the strongest possible frictional engagement. The distances of the clamping arches are bridged by bendy meter goods made of plastic film, fabric or the like according to light-resistant, tear-resistant and waterproof material that is welded, glued or sewn to the clamping arches.
The omega-shaped clamping arches can be formed from spring band steel, the thickness and width of which is dimensioned according to the desired clamping strength. By suitable choice and dimensioning so the bending line of the clamping arc can be adapted to the cross-sectional profile of the wall. With great advantage, the clamping arches have an internal width, which allows use for at least two of the standardized wall thicknesses. As a result, a separate devices need not be kept ready for each of the standard widths.
With appropriate dimensioning, can be used instead of the spring steel and plastic, in particular fiber reinforced plastic, whose fibers consist for example of glass or carbon and which is thermoplastically sprayable or extrudable in the appropriate form. Such a plastic clamping sheet is as well as one made of spring steel with a scaling to allow easy slope assembly of several interconnected cover with.
It is provided according to the invention that the clamping arches are permanently connected to the bendy meter goods. This can be done for example in the manufacturing process by welding by the meter and Klemmbogen. Such a design has the advantage of less number of components and thus simplified storage.
It is advantageously provided that at least some clamping arcs have a spacing from each other that is greater than the arc length of a clamping arch. In this way, the cover at the ends of the wall crown can be guided around both horizontal and vertical corners and easily secured by connecting two adjacent clamping sheet ends. In this case, the nail openings of the two adjacent clamping arches are preferably brought to coincide with vertical corners and together by means of a nail or a bracket against storm secured. In the case of horizontal corners or horizontal / vertical corners, such as wall angles with 90 ° or another included angle, stepped masonry, the distance between two clamping arches must be selected correspondingly larger. Advantageously, it is further provided that the clamping arches are designed to be translatable to one another. In this way, a secure continuation of the wall covering over indefinite lengths is possible with great advantage, since the last bracket of a wall covering segment with the first bracket of the follower element is translatable.
In an embodiment of the invention, it is provided that at least some clamping arches are detachably connected to the bendy piece goods. In this way, a simple adaptation of the device to a variety of masonry is achieved with great advantage. For larger openings so a clamp arch can be removed to have a longer stretch of flexible meter goods available. According to the invention, a self-made clamping arch can be placed after laying the cover on a wall between two integrally connected with the bendable piece goods Klemmbögen to achieve at this point a firmer connection of masonry and cover.
The frictional assembly of the cover can be secured by a positive connection when the cover and / or the clamping arches have nail openings. After positioning the cover then nails or wall brackets are driven through the openings in the wall, which secure the cover in position for a long time and in strong winds. Here, the nail openings are provided such that they meet the requirements of the wall geometry satisfy, for example in the form of multiple nail openings under or next to each other.
Advantageously, the cover has a reinforcement, which is formed, for example, in the form of a welded or extruded with the film of the cover network, reinforced by type pressure-resistant hoses. The reinforcement thus gives the cover a crack resistance which makes it possible to use the cover for a long time under rough construction site conditions. This reinforcement can according to the invention also consist of a material with high tensile strength, which has a certain restoring force, so that the device according to the invention automatically stretches and contracts. This design also serves better handling, storage and increases the reliability The reinforcement can therefore have stretchable reinforcing threads, with at least some reinforcing threads in the flexible material overlap in their longitudinal extent, so that the greatest possible restoring force results without transverse pulling forces. According to the invention, the flexible fabric by the meter may also have a different structure, provided that it has a high elasticity while at the same time having an automatic restoring force.
If tensile elements are provided in the region of the edges of the cover, the lower edge can be additionally secured with the cover. For example, such tension elements may consist of elastic bands which are guided through the nail openings or openings provided specifically for these tension elements. The ends of these tension elements can in turn be secured to nails or brackets.
In order to have the cover at hand at all times and to store it with a small footprint, it is provided that the cover is arranged on an open hollow profile part as an assembly and / or storage aid. As such a hollow profile part may serve a slotted tube on which the cover is pushed under wrinkling. If the cover is additionally excluded in this position in an outer solid protective cover, it can hardly be damaged when not in use. For the assembly will the hollow profile part, which is also formed correspondingly elastic, placed on the crown of the wall and attached one end of the cover to the wall. The hollow profile part can then be pulled over the entire wall crown, wherein the cover is then pulled taut from the hollow profile part. In this way, the cover can quickly bring in their desired position to protect the wall crown from the weather.
The cover can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively, if the cover is designed to be produced by means of a continuous process.
If at least one free end of a cover is covered by a hollow profile, an automatic unfolding is prevented with the simplest means, thus enabling secure storage.
A transport container, which forms no part of the invention, which is also used for storage, has with great advantage in its interior at least two open hollow profiles such that they each engage around a free end of a cover.
The process task for producing a generic cover for walls is achieved in that the cover is extruded as a tube and wrapped in or after extrusion at regular intervals of, preferably closed, clamping sheets and connected to these and the tube is then opened in the longitudinal direction. The cover is made in a known manner by blow molding an extruded tube in the desired dimension. Concentric to the hose, the clamping arches are supplied. These are initially preferably closed, so that the inflated inner tube during inflation against the clamping arches applies. The extruded and possibly reinforced foil of the tube is, for example, by appropriate gluing or welding with the clamping arches connected. After a cut in the longitudinal direction of the tube, which is also feasible with two spaced apart knives for the separation of a piece of the cross-sectional profile, then the cover is separated. Depending on the desired length, this finished product can then be separated and used as a cover on construction sites. Before, depending on the desired design, the cover thus produced can be equipped with nail openings or additional tension elements.
