Claims (9)

  1. Method for producing cylindrical workpieces by using a roll-forming method, in which by means of concentrically arranged profile rollers (13) a profile is produced on the circumference of a workpiece, wherein a blank (10), which is used as the starting form for the roll-forming method, is produced from a flat plate (8) by means of a forming method, which is arranged upstream of the roll-forming method, and said forming method and the roll-forming method are performed beneath the same ram (4) during the same ram downwards stroke, characterised in that by means of pressurised lubrication through a lubricant line (15) lubricant is introduced between the bearing shell halves (11, 12) for the profile rollers (13) and the profile rollers (13), so that lubricant surrounds the profile rollers (13) and in the region in which the profile rollers (13) are in engagement with the workpiece (10) exits the bearing shells and is supplied to a lubricant circuit.
  2. Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the forming method, which precedes the roll-forming method, is a deep-drawing method.
  3. Method according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the roll-forming method, which follows the deep-drawing method, is performed in multiple stages, that is by means of a plurality of rolling units (7) arranged above one another.
  4. Method according to one or more of the preceding claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the deep-drawing method and the roll-forming method are performed by means of a common tool (1).
  5. Tool for producing cylindrical workpieces by using a roll-forming method, comprising concentrically arranged profile rollers (13), by means of which a profile is formed on the circumference of a workpiece, wherein above at least one roller unit (7) consisting of concentrically arranged profile rollers (13) a drawing unit (6) is located, inside which a plate (8) is drawn by means of a upper die part (2) by a drawing ring (9), characterised in that pressurised lubrication is provided, which is designed such that via a lubrication line (15) lubricant is introduced between the bearing shell halves (11, 12) for the profile rollers (13) and the profile rollers (13), so that lubricant surrounds the profile rollers (13) and in the region, in which the profile rollers (13) are in engagement with the workpiece (10), exits the bearing shells and is supplied to a lubricant circuit.
  6. Tool according to claim 5, characterised in that the pressing force of the upper die part (2) acts via the plate (8) on the lower die part (3), which is forced downwards during the forming procedure.
  7. Tool according to claim 5 and 6, characterised in that a plurality of roller units (7) are arranged above one another.
  8. Tool according to one or more of claims 5 to 7, characterised in that for shaping the plate (8) a controlled plate holder can be used.
  9. Tool according to one or more of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that a lifting unit (5) is provided for moving the workpiece (10) upwards, after its forming procedure.
