Diese Aufgabe wird ausgehend von einem Verfahren nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1, durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruch 1 und ausgehend von einem Werkzeug nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 5, durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruch 5 gelöst. In den Unteransprüchen sind vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens bzw. des erfindungsgemäßen Werkzeugs angegeben. Der Erfindung liegt der Gedanke zugrunde, den abwärts gerichteten Hub einer Umformpresse für einen kombinierten Umformvorgang, besteht aus Tiefziehen und Rollumformen innerhalb eines Werkzeuges zu nutzen. Vorteilhaft wirkt sich dabei aus, dass die Bauhöhe des Werkzeugteiles, welches für die Rollumformung vorgesehen ist, durch eine neuartige Profilrollenlagerung deutlich reduziert wird. Die Lagerung der Profilrollen besteht aus zwei Lagerschalenhälften, welche die Profilrollen auf dem überwiegenden Teil der Umfänge der Profilrollen umhüllen. Auf der der Werkstück zugewandten Seite ragen die Profilrollen und den Lagerschalenhälften hinaus. Zwischen den Profilrollen und den Lagerschalen wird Schmiermittel über eine Druckschmierung eingebracht. Die beiden Lagerschalenhälften sind vorzugsweise massiv ausgeführt und in ihrer Bauhöhe nur unwesentlich höher als der Umfang der Profilrollen. Dies ermöglicht im oberen Bereich des Werkzeuges einen Ziehring anzubringen. Dieser Ziehring hat zusammen mit dem Stempeloberteil, welches mit dem Stößel fest verbunden ist, die Aufgabe, den für den Rollvorgang erforderlichen zylindrischen Rohling aus einer ebenen Platine tiefzuziehen. Dies geschieht vorzugsweise blechhalterlos. Der Aufbau des Werkzeuges lässt es allerdings ebenso zu, den Ziehvorgang mittels eine zusätzlich installierten Blechhalters durchzuführen.This object is achieved on the basis of a method according to the preamble of

Claims (9)
- Method for producing cylindrical workpieces by using a roll-forming method, in which by means of concentrically arranged profile rollers (13) a profile is produced on the circumference of a workpiece, wherein a blank (10), which is used as the starting form for the roll-forming method, is produced from a flat plate (8) by means of a forming method, which is arranged upstream of the roll-forming method, and said forming method and the roll-forming method are performed beneath the same ram (4) during the same ram downwards stroke, characterised in that by means of pressurised lubrication through a lubricant line (15) lubricant is introduced between the bearing shell halves (11, 12) for the profile rollers (13) and the profile rollers (13), so that lubricant surrounds the profile rollers (13) and in the region in which the profile rollers (13) are in engagement with the workpiece (10) exits the bearing shells and is supplied to a lubricant circuit.

- Tool for producing cylindrical workpieces by using a roll-forming method, comprising concentrically arranged profile rollers (13), by means of which a profile is formed on the circumference of a workpiece, wherein above at least one roller unit (7) consisting of concentrically arranged profile rollers (13) a drawing unit (6) is located, inside which a plate (8) is drawn by means of a upper die part (2) by a drawing ring (9), characterised in that pressurised lubrication is provided, which is designed such that via a lubrication line (15) lubricant is introduced between the bearing shell halves (11, 12) for the profile rollers (13) and the profile rollers (13), so that lubricant surrounds the profile rollers (13) and in the region, in which the profile rollers (13) are in engagement with the workpiece (10), exits the bearing shells and is supplied to a lubricant circuit.

- Tool according to one or more of claims 5 to 8, characterised in that a lifting unit (5) is provided for moving the workpiece (10) upwards, after its forming procedure.
