Abstract

The method involves casting and hardening a concrete element step-by step in two sections that are connected over a concrete reinforcement. Claims (10)

  1. Method for manufacturing a reinforced slab-like concrete element, particularly a ceiling, a floor or a wall, by means of pouring concrete into a formwork (10, 20), wherein the concrete element is gradually poured into multiple sections (18a, 18b) connected via the reinforcement (19) and hardened, wherein an elongate formwork element (10) is used for the edge-sided formwork (10, 20) of a first section (18a), the formwork element being lost after the pouring of the next section (18b), characterized in that the formwork element (10) is inserted into the reinforcement (19) in a rolled-up or bent shape with respect to its longitudinal axis (15), is at least partly bent back or unrolled respectively and is attached.
  2. Method according to claim 1, wherein the formwork element (10) is attached to the reinforcement.
  3. Method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein at least a reinforcement net is arranged on each of opposite sides inside the concrete element, wherein the formwork element (10) forms a shuttering between the reinforcement nets.
  4. Method according to claim 3, wherein the formwork element (10) is attached to the reinforcement nets.
  5. Formwork element for manufacturing a reinforced, slab-like concrete element for use for the method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by a web (11) made of flexible material, which is reinforced along opposite longitudinal edges (12), wherein the web (11) is formed at least partly of fibre-glass-reinforced or carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic or fibre glass, wherein the formwork element can be reversibly bended or rolled-up.
  6. Formwork element according to claim 5, wherein the web (11) is formed of a flexible net.
  7. Formwork element according to claim 5, wherein the net has a mesh width of 1 to 5 mm, particularly around 2.5 mm.
  8. Formwork element according to one of the claims 5 to 7, wherein at least a reinforcing rod (14), particularly of metal, is arranged at each one of the longitudinal edges (12) of the web (11).
  9. Formwork element according to claim 8, wherein the web (11) is turned around the reinforcing rods (14) at the longitudinal edges (12) and particularly wherein the longitudinal edges (12) are turned over and seamed.
  10. Use of the formwork element according to one of the claims 5 to 9 as lost formwork between gradually manufactured sections of a reinforced, slab-like concrete element.
