Claims (7)
- Châssis pour portes coupe-feu composé de deux profilés en acier galvanisés disposés parallèlement, et d'une bande solide de matériau isolant également disposée parallèlement entre les deux , pendant que, vue en section transversale, au moins une partie de la surface du châssis de la zone de dépassement entre les deux profilés en acier galvanisé est revêtue par le vantail lorsque celui-ci est fermé, pendant que les deux profilés en acier galvanisé (1, 2) forment un profilé en C ou en U, lequel est disposé avec le côte de profilé ouvert sur le mur sur lequel le châssis est fixé, pendant que la surface de section transversale de ces profilés en C ou en U est séparée par la surface de section transversale de la bande de matériau isolant (3), s'étendant dans l'espace intermédiaire entre les deux côtés de ce profilé à partir de la base des profilés en C ou en U formé par les deux profilés en acier galvanisé, sans s'y appuyer, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau isolant (3) s'étende jusqu'à l'extrémité supérieure de ces côtés.
- Châssis selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi de profilé (1.2, 2.2) est disposée environ au milieu de la base du profilé en C ou en U formé par les deux profilés en acier galvanisé (1, 2) sur chaque profilé en acier galvanisé, que cette paroi de profilé est elle-même posée à peu près parallèlement au plan du vantail (20), et que ces deux parois de profilé (1.2, 2.2) sont posées sur les surfaces opposées l'une à l'autre de la bande de matériau isolant (3), et qu'elles sont liées entre elles par des éléments de fixation (4) en métal, ponctuellement accrochés.
- Châssis selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que sur les deux parois de profilé (1.2, 2.2) liées entre elles par des éléments de fixation (4), une première paroi de profilé (1.2) soit liée au côté opposé du mur avec le profilé en acier galvanisé (1) restant duquel elle fait partie, et que la deuxième paroi de profilé (2.2) soit liée au côté tourné vers le mur avec le profilé en acier galvanisé (2) restant duquel elle fait partie.
- Châssis selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale de la bande de matériau isolant (3) opposée du mur soit revêtue d'une zone de paroi d'un profilé en acier galvanisé (1, 2).
- Châssis selon les revendications 2, 3 ou4, caractérisé en ce que la face frontale de la bande de matériau isolant (3) opposée du mur soit revêtue d'une boucle (1.3) du profilé en acier galvanisé (1), et que la paroi de profilé (1.2) dépasse cette boucle (1.3), sur laquelle la liaison avec le deuxième profilé en acier galvanisé (2) est disposée.
- Châssis selon les revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone de paroi d'un des deux profilés en acier galvanisé s'étendant au-dessus de la face frontale de la bande de matériau isolant (3) soit plus large que la largeur de la bande de matériau isolant, incluant la zone de paroi apposée du deuxième profilé en acier galvanisé, et qu'une bande intumescente (10) soit disposée dans la zone du dépassement.
- Châssis selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux extrémités des côtés du profilé en C ou en U formé par les deux profilés en acier galvanisé soient entretoisées à des endroits uniques et distancés par des cornières en tôle (5) fixées, et que la fixation du châssis doit être faite par des vis (6) sur le mur adjacent, vissées dans les trous sur ces cornières en tôle.
