- Appliance for ironing or steaming linen comprising a device for spreading an additive over the linen comprising a container of additive (20), characterised in that said container of additive (20) comprises a solid substrate (22) bearing microcapsules and in that the microcapsules of said substrate are carried off progressively by a flow of fluid discharged by the device in order to spread the additive over the linen, said flow conveying said microcapsules outside of the appliance.
- Appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the microcapsules are glued or impregnated on the substrate.
- Appliance according to any of claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the appliance is a steam appliance and in that the device for spreading the additive is a spray device that uses the driving force of steam.
- Appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that said substrate (22) is a textile impregnated with microcapsules and in that the device for spraying comprises means for sending a flow of steam through said textile.
- Appliance according to claim 3, characterised in that said substrate (22) is a grid onto which microcapsules are glued and in that the device for spraying comprises means for sending a flow of steam through said grid.
- Appliance according to any of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the additive contained in the microcapsules comprises a scent or an anti-odour active ingredient such as undecylenic acid.
- Appliance according to any of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the container (20) is removable.
- Removable container (20) intended to equip an appliance for ironing or steaming linen according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that it contains at least one additive packaged in the form of microcapsules, said microcapsules being carried by a solid substrate.
- Removable container according to claim 8, characterised in that the microcapsules are glued or impregnated on said substrate (22).
- Removable container according to claim 9, characterised in that the substrate (22) is a textile impregnated with microcapsules.
- Removable container according to claim 9, characterised in that the substrate (22) is a grid onto which microcapsules are glued.
